About the argument that Krishna is turning weak in love-commitment when she agrees to Vidya's word of forgetting Pinto.
No she is not. Some people will never go for anything that is not blessed by their parents. Krishna is one such person for whom her father is her lifeline and the faith with which she lives. So nothing can be higher than that. Seeking happiness in itself is not a valuable principle in life. She knows she can weather any pain as long her faith is there.
And true to her faith, when she sees that the sacrifice her father has made her promise does not actually merit it, she starts arguing against in her mind. That will reflect on her face. Which will be seen by Vidya. This is called working with faith...the silent yet relentless communication.
About elopement
- It seemed such a good idea until yesterday's episode with overall lunacy beyond redemption.
- But the tables were turned today by Pinto and Vidya. They started fighting the lunacy with reason. So until this cycle of reason completes its turn, there cannot be any elopement.
- If reason fails to prevail, then Vidya should bless Pinto and Krishna to elope and get married. The next level of reason.
