@Moni: Thanks for clarifying. I am yet to see the promo so I wasn't sure what exactly was going on but based on the fact that Pintu didn't seem at all angry at Krishna and what we know of his character so far, I think your version of the events sounds most convincing. Pintu might tell Krishna that he has to side with his mother, not because he thinks she is wrong, but because of his duty as a son. That would be wonderful because Krishna would only respect him more for that (as she wanted someone to be VP's family when she had to be his BDO) and their relationship will actually grow. At the same time the baba's prediction will get fulfilled in a way. As BDO Krishna Raj, Krishna will be alone but she will have the support as daughter from her dad and as beloved from her Pintuji. 😳

Sam I think This is what I am seeing the possibility . U know In the promo Pintu was looking Positive , yes he was defo Sad and which was obvious but More then him Krishna was worried and in all negative look how much I read Prishna's faces . So that is why I m pretty sure that Pintu not gonna blame krishna for anything . This Guy can never ever do that , he can't even imagine 2 do that .

@Shri - You are absolutely right. I guess the CVs are under the impression that more the rhona dhona the better the TRPs and I don't blame them for that as we are all aware of the saas-bahu type serials seemingly having better ratings than those that do not embrace that tactic. I took a liking to this show simply because of its uniqueness where the leading lady is educated, independent and self sufficient to the most part unlike the other shows where the leading ladies are treated like doormats 🤢.

BTW, I am also a south-indian 😃. I speak both Tamil and Telugu. I have not heard of that movie that you were talking about..May be it came out earlier than my time. But will try to check it out if there is anything online about that movie.
