I think its not a good idea to obsess around an actor and why the character she is playing is not liked by anyone. Pinky character cannot be liked by us. And Shivshakti is doing justice to the role. She has to make the character disliked by all for vices and here we are totally disliking her.
For further discussion, this question is best answered by two people:
1) Why Shivshakti chose a negative role of Pinky when she might have known very well that she does not have much positive things to bring forth.
2) Why show producers have designed Pinky's character so dark and boring that she cannot be liked even in the entertaining sense. She does not entertain us the way Bihari makes his evil + comic faces with his superb dialogues, like Dihati with her silliness, envy and all evil schemes in the boisterous manner and finally Tuntun with amazing dialogues and stalwart presence.
Definitely age and acting experience has something to do with MEATY part given to VAMPISH and VILLAINOUS characters as the negative characters need that extra oomph to make their presence felt over the positive characters.
And maybe Shivshakti is training herself for this kind of acting experience, that makes her screen presence felt everywhere. She is still young and has to learn a lot. And there is lot of potential for her in the nature of growth curve.
