But you know something Monu, I feel sometimes it's better to have men in the office instead of gals...having an office full of women (so yes, ahem ahem 😛) can lead to a lot of ego/power/gossip issues. In my last job there was a balance between the 2 and it was nicer (I think)

I neva had this experience of working with gals..So dunno.. but yea i would neva want to talk about clothes and hairstyle wen i am working..So if i find such colleages am sure to run away from them..

i mailed 100 times but they cant run a show for 500 people[who mailed them].....actually ther should be a big movement against chaabi bandh. i m thinking ....and you too
