Why is Sandeep doing this??

Guys,

I had started watching aek Chabhi primarily because of Sandeep, i think he is a class actor and his chemistry with Urmi was too fantastic for words. But for the last few episodes i am begining to realise that there seems to be something amiss!!!...for starters his hair is spoiling his look so much to the extent that he looked odd hugging urmi in the first scene today..i wanted him to back off from her for the first time ever. 3 months ago i would have loved that scene!

Apart from his appearance, its his acting, his style, the dialogues for him...his kind of insignificance in the show altogether. 6 Months ago he was the light of the show. Today it seems he is nothing but a character just like Rangeela or Rahul!!! Infact Rahul plays a better and more significant part it seems.

Today, sandeeps dialogues and attitude in the fight scene with Urmi was so so badly acted out...or directed..or whatever you may want to call it. It just took the cake from a viewers perspective...it was awful to watch really.

I am seriously put off and am feeling genuinly bad as to what seems to be causing all this and why is this happening????..i Mean i hardly post a topic unless i feel too strongly about something and cant control myself and this is exactly what has happened today.

Why is he spoiling this for himself..the show..and us?????

Dont be sorry.......u said it.......i dont know whats happening....as it is he gets such a small part to play n that also, its not wokring u know.......aoh baat nahi rahi hai.......i want that old urmi n sandeep back.....urmis fine....but somethings very wrong with sandeep........n im not liking it a bit......not at all........ 😡

You know i hardly post topics..but could not control myself after watching him today!!!..how long more will we have to see him act look and behave like this???...aek chabhi needs the old sandeep back...there is no doubt about it....

very true...chabhi needs the old sandy back...hair and all. it also needs more of urmi as well as missing but fun characters like vaibav and zoya. im waiting till prolly mid-june. if things dont change maybe i'll catch the show if its convenient else watch it online.

i agree sandeep shud definitely do something with his character. first of all he is in urgent need of a haircut. his chemistry with urmi is simply not working these days.

Mid June is the deadline I've set too, last few epis have not been up to standard. There used to be a magic about the show - not just Sandeep/Urmi but in general, the interaction between the mohalla. Yes, Sandeep was kinda the lynchpin the show centred on..but his personality has changed recently and I don't like this new Sandy.

Wow a deadline for Nisha.. hope this deadline is not serious yaar.. Wat abt the forummmm.. 😭
I strongly feel that Varun is wholly responsible for this.. Somehow his direction dreams are not going well.. We can feel the difference in the show.. I think the previous episodes were much better than the current ones.. Moral science was present in previous (pre Dec) episodes but they were presented so well that viewers could appreciate that.. There was a right mix.. But present day episodes just dont have the right mix, if there is mohalla there is no U-S, if there is U-S which is scarce there is no mohalla, if there is comedy then there is no story and if there is a story then nothing else is in picture..Then Sandy's disappearing act from all mohalla activities and even the romantic scenes becoming only filler will definitely not go well with the viewers.. 😕

I agree about episodes lacking character like yesterday..where are all the people??...and if varun badola has taken to directing the show only recently..then i am afraid he isnt doing a good job..he needs to solely concentrate on his look and his acting and maybe have a say into his dialogues which was pathetic in that fight scene with urmi yesterday!!!!!..i am not giving any deadlines but yes i dont want to be watching only to be a part of discussions here in the forum..and believe me..thats exactly what is happening now!

Yeah Sandeep had been asisting in direction before and it takes no brains to guess that he now full fledged into that.. Thats why we see so many change w r t his character and presence in chabhi.. 😊
