Episode begins with Bhandari running to meet his lawyer Chandrakanth Dave. He shows Dave Bashir's stay order to the notice that they had sent. The lawyer Dave says that he will send Bashir an eviction notice now. Dave also says that he will accompany Bhandari to Colonel Gunj and give Bashir the notice in person.
Vaibhav comes to meet Zoya and says that he does not have a hand in trying to evict her family out of Colonel Gunj and it was solely his father's decision 😊. Zoya says that she knows Vaibhav and realizes that he has no part in the whole confusion whatsoever. At the same time, there is a huge commotion outside where Bhandari's lawyer has arrived and is forcing Bashir to vacatre the house 😒. Bhandari is standing and watching all of this quietly. Bashir miyan walks up to Bhandari and says that this is all the trust that Bhandari had in him and he will vacate the house at once. Guptaji says that this is not done and calls for Sandip to come and try to solve this issue. The mohalla's superman Sandip comes there and asks what is going on. The lawyer Dave gives Bashir miyan an ultimatum of 1 week to vacate the house. Mustaq says that they will not vacate the house. Bhandari says that look at this youngster who does not even respect the elders and is interfering in matters where elders should be speaking. He questions if Mustaq's father had taught him this behavior 😡. Mustaq asks Bhandari not to speak about his father or else he will forget what is good and bad at this moment. Bhandari lifts his hand to hit Mustaq 😭 when Bashir miyan stops Bhandari and says that Bhandari has lost the right to hit his son. Bashir says that he will give the answer to the notice now. The lawyer says that he will ensure that Bashir miyan goes to jail. Sandip interrupts him and asks the lawyer to leave from there.
Sandip questions Bhandari as to why he is taking advantage of an innocent man. Bhandari says that he is trying to take his own house and says that he will now step inside his own house only when Bashir Ali leaves the house 😭. Sandip requests Bhandari to come and live in his house for the meanwhile till Bashir miyan vacates his house. Bhandari refuses to go to Sandip's house. Sandip reasons with him saying that till Bashir miyan leaves the house Bhandari won't budge from Colonel Gunj. Hence he would need a place to stay and Sandip is offering him to come to his house. Gupta ji comes there and says that this would be the first and last time that Mustaq and Bhandari would be creating this scene in Colonel Gunj.😒
Pammi is angry and complains to Sukha ji that during Akhilesh's visit also Sandip had asked him to stay in his house too. Sandip has been living without paying any rent for so long and even in that he invites other people to stay in their house. Sukha ji says that it is not like Sandip has always offered to pay the rent but he has refused to take it from Sandip. Pammi says that she now understands Bhandari's point of view and urges Sukha ji to go and tell Sandip that he was incorrect. Sukha ji says that he will speak to him next time. Pammi goes away saying that because of postponing things, even they will wash their hands of their house one day. 😭
Mustaq, Rahul, Bashir ji and Gupta ji come to speak with their lawyer – Girish Patel. Their lawyer asks for the name of Bhandari's lawyer. Gupta ji says that the lawyers name is Chandrakant Dave. Just then Girish Patel receives a call and while lifting the receiver, Girish hurls abuses at Dave. The caller on the other line is Dave himself 😃 and is listening to all that his bhanja is telling about him. When Girish speaks to see who is on the other line, Lawyer Dave says that if he had taped his bhanja's conversation, then he could have put his bhanja in jail for character assassination 😉. Patel is apologetic and mentions that he will call his mama back. Mustaq asks him if he can get a stay on the eviction notice and as to how many days will the stay order be valid for. Patel says that the stay order can be valid for as long as they like but they should bear one thing in mind that the longer the stay order is for, the bigger his fees will be. 😡
Zoya is crying saying that she does not want to leave Colonel Gunj. Urmi is trying to console her and she questions Zoya whether even Vaibhav could not convince his own father. Zoya mentions that Vaibhav had tried but failed and he is so ashamed of his father's behavior that he has not yet come to take his bag from their house. Vaibhav is in Sandip's house and Sandip questions him whether he is not going for work today. Vaibhav says that he wishes that he had never come to Colonel Gunj for his work as then even his father would not have come here and there would not be so much confusion 😒. Just then someone rings Sandip's doorbell. As soon as Sandip opens the door he sees Urmi with a bag in hand looking very sad. She says that she has run away from her home and will not go back 😉. She mentions that she is thinking of living in Sandip's house and asks where she should put the bag 😛. Sandip is about to point to his head 😆 but then changes it and points inside asking her to keep the bag in his cupboard and while she is doing that, she can empty the contents of her bag and keep all his things from the cupboard into the bag 😃. Urmi is puzzled and asks why. Sandip says that if she has come to live here then it means that he should run away from there. 😉Just then Vaibhav comes and exclaims that his bag is here. Just then Zoya who was waiting outside comes in and says that since Vaibhav had forgotten his bag she has brought it. Just then Zoya realizes that Vaibhav has not gone for work. Vaibhav says that he is unwell and hence has not gone to work. Zoya asks if he needs any medicine. 😳 Just then Urmi says a shair (unke dekhne se jo aajati hain muh per raunak, who samajhte hain beemar ka haal accha hai😳) looking at Zoya And Vaibhav. She gives Vaibhav the bag and he goes inside to keep it. Zoya also makes an excuse and runs from there. Sandip wonders that if there is anything going on between Zoya and Vaibhav as he thinks there is, then he might just have a solution for this case (Sandip babu itna dimaag kabhi Urmi aur apni relationship ke liye bhi laga dijiye 😕)
Bhandari comes running to Dave showing the stay order that Patel had given him. Bhandari asks Dave to give a proper answer to the stay order. Dave says that he will once they discuss about his fees. Patel is in Bashir's house and is speaking when Dave knocks on the door and gives a stay order on the stay order and asks them to vacate the house by tomorrow night. Patel says that he will get a stay order for this new notice but this might cost a bit more. He says that he has a lot of work to do and goes away. He comes out of colonel Gunj and gets into a car where his mama is waiting for him. Both mama and bhanja are laughing at how they have fooled Bhandari and Bashir. Jugle overhears their conversation. 👏
Bashir miyan gets angry at Mustaq saying that he should never have agreed to Mustaq's suggestion of asking for compensation. Bashir miyan is worried that the case will go on for several years. Mustaq says that at least that way they can continue living in this house. Bashir miyan says that they can continue living but at the cost of losing their peace of mind. He says that he should not fight with his friend since they had come to Colonel Gunj with the intention of leaving it one day. His wife also agrees that if leaving their home in Colonel Gunj is what is in their destiny then she would accept it. 😒Bashir miyan is just sad about one thing that he will not be able to leave Colonel Gunj on his own willingly but has been evicted out of it.
Sandip is making tea for Bhandari and himself. Bahndari comes in and comments that it looks like it is going to rain heavily. Sandip asks Bhandari to try and get wet in the rain in Colonel Gunj and it will be similar to heaven. Bahndari begins about his Kanpur and how nice it was to get wet in the rain there. Sandip mentions that Bhandari has his roots in Kanpur but has come to Colonel Gunj to evict someone else who have their roots in Colonel Gunj 👏. Bhandari says that he is not committing a sin by asking someone to move out of his house. Sandip says that Bhandari saab do not feel bad but when I talk to you, you call that place as your house but when I talk with Bashir chacha he mentions it as his home 👏. Sandip further says that Bhandari saab you are evicting someone from their home and not their house. He says that Bhandari would have realized how much he is missing Kanpur for the past 2 days that he has been here. He says if he missed Kanpur so much then imagine how much Bashir chacha and his family might miss their home in Colonel Gunj. Sandip informs Bhandari that he will realize how much sorrow Bashir chacha is facing when someone evicts him from his own home in Kanpur. Sandip then leaves Bhandari to ponder over his decisions. By now it has begun raining in Colonel Gunj. Bhandari goes to the balcony and looks outside to find that inspite of everything, Zoya is still offering to share her umbrella with Vaibhav to save him from getting drenched in the rain. Bhandari heeds Sandip's advise and gets drenched in the rain in Colonel Gunj.👏
Bashir miyan and his family are getting ready to move quietly in the middle of the night as they do not want to put themselves and the people in the mohalla in a helpless situation over their leaving. Just then Bhandari arrives and says that he will not let them leave so easily and he wants one last thing from his renters. Bhandari wants a promise that Bashir miyan would make the house that he had rented for the past 25 years his own home for the rest of his life 👏. Bashir miyan is shocked. Bhandari asks Bashir miyan for his forgiveness and says that both the house and the mohalla are Bashir's. Vaibhav is also there and asks Mustaq to keep the luggage inside. Both Mustaq and Vaibhav hug each other.😊
Girish patel comes to the mohalla and says that they have got a stay order for 2 months. Ratiram tears the stay order and says that Bhandari and Bashir are now friends. Girish is shocked at this new development. Girish patel asks ratiRam for tea. Ratiram says why just tea the entire mohaalla is waiting to serve Girish. Girish gets scared to see the entire mohalla surround him threateningly. Dave also arrives there and demands for his payment from Bhandari. Rahul interrupts mentioning that just giving the mama his payment and not the bhanja would be injustice. He is all for paying the mama and the bhanja together. The entire mohalla join together in punishing the mama-bhanja lawyer duo for their deeds.👏
