Episode begins with Mustaq telling the remaining 3 guys about leaving the mohalla. All 3 guys are upset about Mustaq's leaving Colonel Gunj. 😭 Hari asks where Mustaq's family will move. Mustaq says that they might move to Nehru Ganj but will keep meeting them since his shop is here. A person sitting nearby overhears their conversation. He says that he can help Mustaq's family since he is a lawyer. His name is Girish Patel. He advises that Mustaq's landlord has to give them the compensation money as they have been living in that place for 25 years and have been constantly undertaking repairs every other year. He says that he can get 7 and a half lakhs for Mustaq's family in terms of maintainance re-imbursement for the past 25 years that they have lived in the house. 😕
Zoya is standing outside her home and looking at Colonel Guj remoresefully. 😒 Vaibhav stops by and tries to cheer her up. He asks if there is anything he can do to help her. He says that he can try and solve any little problem that might be bothering her. Zoya says that if there is any small problem in the future than she will surely take his help. Right now the problem is big and she says that she does not want to place such a heavy burden on him.
Bashir returns from Gol Gunj and tells Gyani Ji and Gupta ji that there is only 1 house available in Gol Gunj but the rent is pretty expensive. Mustaq calls Bashir and tells him about the re-imbursement money. Bashir is angry at Mustaq. He says that the repairs that they had undertaken has helped his family. Mustaq says that now it will help Bhandari's family. Bashir at first refuses to speak with Bhandari regarding this matter because of their childhood friendship. Bashir's wife is also for asking the money from Bhandari. Both mother and son finally convince Bashir to ask Bhandari for the compensation money. 😒
Vaibhav gives a pack of toffees to Zoya as a gift on his way back from work which Zoya accepts 😊. Mustaq comes there and gets suspicious with the growing closeness between Vaibhav and Zoya 😡. Everyone is assembled for dinner at Bashir's house. Bhandari praises Bashir's wife on her culinary skills (even in this he says that the besan that they get in Kanpur is the best and nothing can come close to it 😃). Bashir tries to hesitatingly bring up the topic of the compensation money with Bhandari. Bhandari asks how much would the total expenses that Bashir had undertaken would amount to. Bashir gives a figure of approx 6 - 7 lakhs. Bhandari gets up in the middle of having his dinner and walks out . He places a call to his lawyer and says that the situation is exactly as per how his lawyer had predicted. The lawyer asks him not to sign any papers given by Bashir and that no tenant wil vacate the house so easily. he hangs up the phone and the lawyer who had advised Mustaq (Girish Patel) is sitting right besides Bhandari's lawyer. Girish is Bhandari's lawyer's bhanja. (Seems like the mama-bhanja lawyers are playing a big game with Bashir and Bhandari.)😡
In the morning, Vaibhav tells Bashir that Bhandari had left early morning since he had a meeting. He also tells Bashir that Bhandari had not ever brought up the matter of taking back the Colonel Gunj house when they were living in Kanpur. He says that he does not know what happened to Bhandari suddenly. Bhandari goes and meets the lawyer who instigates him against Bashir.😭 The lawyer asks Bhandari to look out for his son's interest so that after his death his son should not have a problem with Bashir. Bhandari asks the lawyer to draft papers to transfer the house in his sons name. The lawyer says that he will draft an affidavit which will state that Bhandari does not owe Bashir any money for the house repairs.
Zoya is going to the university when Vaibhav says that he will drop her along the way. Mustaq comes there and asks Vaibhav to leave for his work and says that he can drop Zoya himself. Mustaq gives a barb to Vaibhav and says that it is not their habit to trouble others for their own convenience.😕
Rahul is giving his shirts measurement to Bashir (comic scene where Rahul is stretching his chest and bulging his arms to show his muscles 😃).Bhandari comes and places a notice in front of Bashir. Bhandari asks him to read the affidavit carefully. Bashir gets surprised and tells Bhandari that he could have just said that to him and a notice was not necessary. He says that their friendship is above money. Bashir also says that he had just suggested about the compensation money and had not ordered Bhandari to pay the money. Bhandari tells Bashir that he can help Bashir in any way with moving but cannot give him the money. Rahul overhears this conversation.
Girish comes to speak with his uncle - the lawyer. The uncle asks his bhanja not to come to his office as people might see them and their game will be up.😡 Rahul tells Gupta ji about Bhandari and Bashir's conversation. Gupta Ji asks Naresh to speak to a lawyer regarding Bashir's situation. Gupta ji also asks if Rahul knows a lawyer. Rahul says that he knows a lawyer who can help them.(maybe Girish patel) 😡
Mustaq comes and asks his mom for some money saying that there is an important work and he needs to retaliate to Bhandari's notice. Mustaq, Rahul and the others come to see Girish Patel. Girish says that he has drafted a fitting reply for the notice that Bhandari had given. 😡
Sandip comes to meet Bashir but he is not in his shop. He asks Zoya about Bashir chacha. He finds Zoya to be upset and asks her as to what the problem is. Zoya tells him that even though her dad and Bhandari chacha are friends they are behaving in this manner. Sandip re-assures her and asks her to tell her father that he wanted to speak with him. 😒
Ratiram, Sukha Singh Ji and Rasik Lal invite Bhandari to Sukha Singhji's house. Even there Bhandari does not stop singing praises about his Kanpur. They try to talk Bhandari into going to Kanpur and says that they will ask Bashir to increase the rent. Bhandari does not want to hear anything except getting his house back from Bashir.😒 Rasik Lal says that now the youngsters will take care of Bhandari since they have experience in this matter. The 4 deewane try to scare Bhandari and tell him that there is a ghost living in Bashir's house. They mention that Mustaq had once stolen a baba's slippers from a dargah and since then the ghost haunt their house 😉. Bhandari gets wise to the 4 deewane and says that in his house in Kanpur there was a peepal tree in the backyard and 3 witches used to hang from its branches. All 3 witches ran away when they saw him 😆. Jugle asks Bhandari if the witches used to hang from the branches, where did Bhandari hang from? All 4 deewane run awy from there.😉 😃 😛
Sandip is giving his clothes for ironing when he runs into Vaibhav. He mentions that he tried to speak with Bashir chacha but could not meet him. Vaibhav says that someone is filling his dad's ears against Bashir chacha and his dad does not normally act this way. Mustaq comes to speak with Vaibhav and gives him a notice from their side 😒. Vaibhav speaks with Bhandari regarding the entire matter of the house. He tries to reason with his father. He also shows his father the notice given to him by Mustaq. Vaibhav advises his father to speak with Bashir chacha directly and not through the lawyers as lawyers might complicate matters. 👏
