I think sandeep will propose when he is totally ready and when the pressure increases...he would just indicate to her in a shy indirect manner as usual that its her he would like to marry. I guess it would be the happiest day for urmi.
I think this is going to happen soon as they cant keep finding ways to drag it too much further. She will just run away like she always does whenever there is an awkward and an obvious mutual attraction kind of scene between them. Thats what i think, but then again anything is possible
