guyss plz help me out well im sufring from serious depression i hit my self alot i cry for hours n then al of sudden i strt laughing lour for 10-15 mints with out stoping im alone all day in my room cant meet freinds becuse they r out of city n afraid to go out because if ill creat a scene thier my sisters r maried n my mother went to met one of my sister they dont live in lahore brothers r married so its only me n my faher left n my father is not at home til night n im al alone with servnts wht to doo its driving me crazy even i thought i should commet sucide

Sadia - Please calm down. I understand that you are feeling really low but please don't talk about suicide.

That is NEVER a way out. Please, please calm down and think about it in a positive way.

I can understand that life can be very difficult at times but we can never just give up. We have to keep fighting. We have to prove that we can't lose. We have to prove we are winners.

Here's my advice:

Please go see a doctor. Someone I knew was suffering from depression too and she went to a doctor and now she's feeling much better. She does take medicine but if you don't want to then you can just go talk to a psychiatrist and just talking really helps too.

Also, you should go out and meet new people. The more time you spend out of home, the better you will feel. I know that from experience that when you're just stuck in your room doing nothing you tend to think of negative ideas.

Please go out and at least go for a walk for a few minutes. You will feel better in fresh air.

Please Sadia, promise me you won't do anything wrong. You won't hurt yourself and you will see profession help.

I will pray that you find peace and happiness within yourself soon 🤗

thnks forr posting yaar during this peroid of time i have sufred alot butt some times i get this realyy weeird feeling i feel like crapp zindagi bekar lagti ahi

Awee Sadia...i can understand your situation, it sometimes happen but it is Really Wrong if u think life is useless. I think life is the most precious thing that u got frm God, so please don't think of anything wrong like suicide n all that, it's wrong.
U should spend more time with friends, u should go out, if u cant go out call ur frnds to ur home n even u can spend time online with ur frnds..dont stay alone & as Mahi said u should meet a doctor if possible.
Dont feel depressed...now smile n keep smiling....be happy:D
