Okay so dudes! How are we suppose to know when a guy likes us, wants to be friends with us, or just notices us? How do we get a guy we like to notice us? What kind of things does a guy look for in a girl !

I guess there are different ways you can figure that... He keeps looking at you almost everytime you're around. He compliments you one your hair/dress regularly. He finds ways of talking to you even when there really doesn't seem like he has a reason and just his general way of talking gives a clue as to whether or not he likes you.

Usually, I've seen girls being shy when the guy they like is around. But I haven't seen many guys being shy around the girl they like. Guys are usually outgoing and initiating conversations and complementing. Girls have different ways to communicate that they're interested like smiling every time you look at him, being more than happy to keep on talking to him...

when i like a guy i will stare at her, and then when she looks away, i would look away slowly..

Also look for a change in the voice...
if its lighter sounding thats a sign!

also...if he is smiling more than average also a sign!

also...if he tries to make a joke and then your not laughing but hes still laughing that could also be a sign....

And.....lastly, if he hints small compliments, like "Hey, nice shoes, or nice hair...etc..
