I need some help.
So i got a new job a few weeks back. And there is this really cute guy that works there. And he is so sweet and shy, and when he's talking to everybody else at work he's fine and normal but when he see's me or walks past me or talks to me he get's all shy and turns red.
Like a few times when we walk past each other i'll look back at him and he looks back too and we both just turn back around, or i'll look back and i'll see him just put his hands on his heads.
And today at work we did the same thing not talk that much but more so look at each other.
But than we where working together, and i was like so you're really quite and he smiles and was like yeah i like to listen more, and than i was like so your scared of the people working here (i'm just a really sarcastic person, so is he when he talks to people), and he laughs and was like no. And than before i left work i was like you should really talk more and he was like yeah i guess so, we'll have to sit down and have a conversation, and i was like i guess so too, and we both smiled at each other and than left. And mind you the whole time we where taking he was turning red again.
So my question to all you is what does this mean? Because i think i'm starting to get a tiny small crush on him.
