Was Parth Samthaan the original Madhav?

I have recently read somewhere that Parth Samthaan aka Manik was due to play the role of Madhav. But due to some issues there was a last minute replacement. I was quite surprised to know that Laksh wasn't the original choice. As much as a good actor Parth is, no one but Laksh would have been able to do justice to Madhav.

What are your thoughts? Btw this isn't an attack on anyone or the comparison between the two guys. Just something I read. Old news, but definitely caught my attention.

Yeah I think he was gonna play Madhav/Krish but thank god he didn't and we got Laksh instead I can't think anyone playing Madhav than Laksh now!!😊

Yes..he was the one chosen first to play the role of Madhav

Later he had some fight with the production house and he was replaced

Gosh im glad laksh got the role. The way he is doing justice to the role i cant imagine anyone else. I cant get the friday episode out of my head. Madhav/laksh made me cry when he was telling manu his angst. Then when he wiped manu's sindoor and told her he breaks all ties with her.

I remember there was an article that he was due to play the lead on some new show on this channel but I didn't know it would be this one. Nevertheless Laksh is doing a supendous job and he is perfect for this role. I can't imagine anyone else doing this role.
