I like grand narratives and strong, powerful characters against a large-scale background that amplifies things. The promos looked fairly interesting to me also and while I didn't enjoy Bahubali 1, I liked Bahubali 2 and Devsena. Mytho-epics are always exceedingly interesting to me. I can only hope that they can tell the story they set out to and not close down for TRP pressure.

My reasons for watching Aarambh :

1. Varundev. What a character. magnificent , powerful, sweet, humble, loving , cunning, gritty , intelligent , survivor , warrior , mutant , enigma, supersonic hotness * cries at his level of ultra hotness *

2. Arya boyz and their panty dropping hawtness ! I mean...just look at the lot... MAH GAWD ... they're made of sugar , spice and every thing nice. * Cries at their level of lethal hotness * I don't understand why the hell do they need to put up a war to invade Dravid lands , shouldn't any reasonably God abiding person simply hand them over lands , goods , beauties and such things as they deem desirable in a damn big platter ??
I mean freaking look at them , * fans myself * they look they are a clan of DemiGods , with Varundev and Abhruk leading the lot.

3. Varundev-Devsena sizzling chemistry . They're pretty much explosive and organic together ! Very much excited and eager to see their love story.

4. To see the journey of invincible warrior Varundev , conquering his way to glory and become the greatest warrior and leader of his age.

5. Varundev-Abhruk love hate bromance.

6. Establishment of Aryavrat , the first step towards creating Bharatbarsh.

7. Histo- mytho genre . They're my favorite genre and they just up the game and every thing is so grand and magnificent and mystic and mysterious about that era. The aura and enigma of the people, royals , religions, kingdoms, wars , societies , rituals , cultures- I just lap up every thing of that bygone era ,

8. Err.. Varundev. With out him I wouldn't have been watching this show at all , period.

Hello!
I'm intrigued by the Aryan-Dravidian clash concept...quite unique! And then it's from the writers of Bahubali...
The matriarchy followed by the Dravidians and the fearless persona of Devsena interests me!! It makes me feel empowered as a woman, at some level...though I know it's a work of fiction!! Lol

Fantasy concept

Execution

Stellar yet Non-popular starcast (they dont come with star-struck fans and fan baggage)

Great acting (Varundev guy needs to emote a bit more, though his character is supposed to be more subdued compared to Devsena's..yet..)

Love the well written character of Devsena. Powerful, fearless, stunning and graciously beautiful (A complete Queen)...puts to shame the rest of the TV FLs.

Set design, costumes and cinematography.)Would have preferred lead to tie up his hair into a knot!)

Many.
First and foremost Baahubali writer.
Im a telugite basically & I always had faith in Vijayemdra Prasad's stories. For the first time his vision had a different story-telling (director) so I wanted to give a shot.

Then the male lead actor who is an eye-candy for sure. Wasnt sure about the female lead but now I can say she's doing justice.

Next, I've always loved historical kinda shows. Sick of Naagin, bhooths etc which are a total crap with no sense of creativity. Aarambh is a relief. Waiting for the weekend desperately now.

Devsena and Varundev, I cant describe how much Im hooked to them.

Very good, interesting and apt topic at this point .My reason to watch Aarambh are-

1. The Show is written by the writer of Baahubali So it has to be of a good content.
2. The subject of the story itself, which is set on a historical backdrop. I love shows having some history behind it. And i have a curiosity of that era the show is going to present us.
3.The Publicity. It can attract you instantly.
4.Karthika's fierce portrayal as Devsena..i already fond of any character named Devsena after baahubali. This name implies strong character. And after seeing Karthika on an elephant's proboscis, am super excited to watch it.
5.The airing time, weekend is My fav time to watch TV.

Hope the Show will fulfil my expectations. 😳

hola twinkle.

Bahubali writer scores indeed.
though Aryan-Dravidian theory has been debunked there are many myths and theories around. no one knows for sure if it is history or propaganda myth. either ways not much is known of the clash and hence the way the story that will be presented will be fascinating. (i hope). win win for us either ways.

same pinch. Deva sena rocks. she was THE woman. Karthika wowed me and won me over in the promos. she is fierce. let's see how this devasena rolls. may she rock.

i hope this shows definitely fulfill your hopes. cheers.😳
love.

this is nimmi.

finite series sounds music to ears courtesy our desi shows as old as Baas of tele lands.

and yes.. it doesn't claim to be historical series or naatakiya rupaantar of authentically researched history. praise be the lord. i am terrified of such historicals. as someone who believes in mysticism, afterlife, ghosts and all it makes me lose my faith in all that. makes me question why didn't aatma of Akbar do sar kalaam of entire Jodha Akbar unit for turning him into such epic Emperor.

scale and grandeur are on epic level. the makers are not holding it back. moolah or effort. yeah to that.

gee.. now we are talking. eye candies. Rajneesh, Tarun, that India calling serial guy.. aane do. aane do.
casting is terrific indeed. i am looking forward for the all the characters and the actors.

24 June.. C'mon already.

cheers to new Aarambh Ayesha. pleasure meeting you.😳

So true. After the never ending chewing gum of soap operas in our Telly land this finite series sounds heavenly.
The best part is that this series is properly planned and executed. So there is no chance of butchering the story.

Uff!! After watching the recent so called historicals (Jodha Akbar,Ashoka) I have grown allergic to the term Natakiya Rupantar
Seriously even I am questioning my beliefs.Emperor Ashoka and Akbar's spirits should have waged a war on the units of their respective shows.
I have become a fan of Goldie Behl. When asked about Aarambh, the first thing he said that it's a completely fictional show.Dil khush kar ditta!!

And now coming to our common topic of interest. The hawt Aryan boys☺️❤️ Seriously I want the show to begin today itself.
