Well for the first time,I'm making a post in the forum. Because just as the title suggests,something very poignant has happened in the last episode. I'm not able to express the satisfaction! I need to confess, this drama may not be the most logical thing out there and many can agree on this. Like the whole exile track for no reason was ridiculous and funny but giving it a benefit of doubt, just for the sake of the raw emotions portrayed by Sahil aka Karan. This guy is living this character Sahil. The passion, compassion in his every word, in his voice modulation, in his eyes, in his every breathe is praise worthy! Okay after already admitting that the track was not that much of great logic, yet when Sahil and Vedika came face to face, it felt like the floodgates of emotions were open,and open in a fashion never seen before. The meeting looked like some catharsis happening on screen, uniting the two souls.
Okay, I am not getting proper words yet. I will try to say the things in my mind and how the whole meeting had an impact on me. This meeting had some important points.
First the idols Vedika was holding,I believe it is of Radha-Krishna! In the show it has been mentioned earlier too that Radha was elder to Krishna ji yet their love was pure and people accepted it but people don't allow humans to fall in love like that. However, the presence of Radha-Krishna idols made the meeting very pure, like even god and goddess are blessing their union.
The reason to choose this title is because of Vedika. Yesterday,before the meeting, she accepted Sahil as a bharosemand mard,a man! Previously she used to taunt him as a young blood, she confessed it in her letter also. Suddenly the event of separation gave her courage to at least let him know about her deep feelings through a letter. To me,it appeared as Vedika is clearly giving him the rights of being her man. Why Vedika had this change of heart ? I was thinking about it. but then in her letter she clearly said it, it is due to the role Sahil played in her life, the role of a protector, a guide, a guardian, a friend and of course a lover. I guess he filled her colorless life with myriad hues. After this if she didn't acknowledge his efforts, it would be a crime. Hence the letter was an obvious outburst from Vedika.
The thing, when she was asking Badi Amma not to forget her son's goodness, many may say it was her goodness. But it is not, it is her love speaking for him. The much awe and respect she has grown for him is doing the talking. The way she left Badi Amma and again took steps towards Sahil and said the due thank you to him with so much relief on her face! She knew he would never let her go and she was thanking him for not letting her go. It was magical. The pent up emotions were finally getting their way to see the light of existence. Yesterday the baby steps Vedika took towards Sahil were enough to give Sahil hope. It was so unlike the previous Vedika. Even Badi Amma couldn't stop her for a moment. Finally Sahil's love has started to store the courage in her. She was not being meek anymore. She was fearless for the first time. And then also she accepted his obvious triumph over her heart 'tum jeet gaye Sahil,main nahi jaa payi'
Sahil bachcha ek mauka chod diya kar! How he directly proposed her. Maybe that's the guts his character has to offer. He is so direct in love, it acts as a positive in his story. But I am happy that he didn't force her this time. I want him to remain clam from now on. I think his character needs more thehrav. I don't mean to say that he should loose the zeal but more patience. I hope CVs will definitely work on that.
I was waiting for this turn of story where tables are turned, where now Sahil seems like a mature man who is ready to fight the world for her,with her but with an unseen ease in him. Like yesterday when she didn't reply to him or press, he was not going behind her. I guess this development in his character should remain now, CVs should not lose it. On the other hand, in Vedika I saw a girl in love, suddenly from a woman with boundaries to a girl fearless in love was seen in her. I know maybe even CVs will forget the developments tomorrow and again show drama(as it is common for TRPs) but I am thankful to CVs for giving us this episode.
Special shout out for Maya. She is so like fandom who was asking Vedika to say YES in the background.😆 I love her, such a positive friend. Even Karan too was happy to see them together, another genuine friend. Also Arya and Nani too were pleased yesterday to see the guy's dedication in love.
Yesterday I realized Karan's voice is so apt for Sahil! I love his voice. When they used dubbed artist's voice,I felt so bad lol. I know it is due to the reason that he is unwell so couldn't dub again. Hope that he will get well and come back soon.Sorry for not being able to make any point. Maybe just ramblings.
