Why can't life ok...

Change the time 11pm or 7pm or on weekends all crime shows air only on weekends like hum nei...shapath and 2613 air for 1hour 😆

But forgot "life ok" say they don't look at trps or rating but end shows because of trp 😡

btw why they ending the show?

is it for new show or something coz as far as i know they can end Amrit Manthan which is useless keeps repeating sme tracks again and again and its been 1 or 2 years since that show is on air and TRPs are not good either

They r saying that 2613 isnt getting good TRPs,its just 3 weeks we didnt get better TRPs.Since the show started its always get them 0.8-1.1 TRP which is quite decent for a channel like lifeOK whose GRP is only 100-110.But they want 2613 only to get TRP more than 2.0.

Amrit Manthan n Junoon both never got them TRP more than 2613.Seems they have some personal grudge against this particular show.Shame on them.They mailed us that they r nt ending it,GM LifeOK said in an interview on friday that they r nt ending 2613 but friday itself TOI reported its ending on 31st May making d way for some crap show.This is why their previous version StarOne didnt work.And am sure this channel will never ever prosper or accepted by ppl cos they ditch their loyal viewers n fanbase.

Amrit manthan did bring 2.0 TRPs and it just droped few weeks ago and please do not blame new show for ur show's exit coz its Channels decision so deal with them!

Lemme clear a fact that am NOT against any shows here.I mentioned these two shows cos the channel is giving us d excuse of TRPs.As far as my knowledge is concerned the TAM ratings were closed for some months cos of d new system of TRP and when it came after that i've nt seen any show of lifeok getting more than 2.0 other than DKDM.I'll double check all the weeks again to confirm this.And i never watched any show of current time other the 2613,so have no idea what the ratings they got 6 months back.And i've NO interest 4 any other new shows on this channel if they shut 2613 .As a viewer i can only request them nothing more than that.If they wont reconsider then simply i'll quit d channel.Thats it.

All this TRP talk made me actually look up TRPs for 2612-2613 cos that is the real proof

I looked them up from IF this website - available in news till week 15

2612-13 TRPs starting from week 50 upto week 15
0.8 0.8 1.0 0.8 0.8 0.8 0.8 0.9 0.9 0.9 1.1 0.9 0.9 0.9 1.0 0.8 0.6 0.6

Since week 14 IPL started that is when the TRPs dipped

Heena you are right, 2612-13 seems to hav given 0.8-0.9 TRPs consistantly that too from a show even the CH agrees is different and does not have universal acceptance. They will not look at short term TRPs etc. etc.

Now TRPs for Junoon for same period
0.6 0.7 0.6 0.6 0.7 0.7 0.6 0.8 0.7 0.7 0.8 0.7 0.7 0.6 0.8 0.6 0.6 0.5

For AM for same period

Junoon show has given consistantly low TRPs than 2612-13 as anybody can see. TRPs for AM have also dipped in last few weeks

BUT THE CHANNEL IS ONLY TAKING 2612-13 OFF AIR!

Great analysis.My heartfelt thanks for this.On d top of it it has only started in November 26th 2012,not even Six Months.Then why targetting only 2613?Is this d different way of approach the GM was talking abt?

Rima I know we all feel the same. Why are they ending 2613. That too when IPL is about to end and 2613 track is getting so interesting.

We do not want to blame any show, I just want to point out the clear bias against our show channel seems to have

We had to send them emails to get the repeat at night which is at 12.30 night and next day 9.30 a.m.
Tell me how many working poeple can watch 9.30 a.m. They do not show any promos of this show, while we get fed up of seeing the promos of other shows on the channel

I am feeling low and feel they made a 'bali ka bakra' (sacrificial lamb) of this show. They ran it in peak IPL time without any promos and no repeats during reasonable time. They did not have guts to put up their new show during IPL and now that IPL is ending they want to axe our show for their precious show. It seems like pre-planned bias against 2613 to me.

They have clearly made up their mind, they only know the reasons. I just want to say that do not insult our intelligence by giving reasons like story ending cos no story ends in 1-1/2 months after starting.

I started watching Life OK for 2613 and it makes me feel really bad and low that channel does not want to understand all this. They do not seem to care only for the fans of 2613. Can you blame me for feeling like this.

Perfectly put d reasons what we all feel.They never promote this show ...even after Shahana's comeback too they didnt show any promo.They r taking the ratings at d IPL time but rejecting what it gave b4 IPL.The season 2 started on 25th March and its not even 3 months they r saying its not gettng good numbers where as shows having less number 4 six months r running still.Why this partiality against ours?

I agree totally.
I had also sent them email with a request that if they want to put up new show for 9 p.m. prime time slot they please move 2613 to later time telecast but not end.
Which they can do still.
Axing show even when other long running shows are getting lower TRPs than our show and when our show is less than 6 months old and THE MOST UNIQUE SHOW ON ANY CHANNEL is what hurts most

The irony is I started watching 2612 and with that learnt about other shows on LifeOK. We watch Savdhan India and my mother watches Savitri. I actually felt here is a channel that is so different from the sas bahu unending sagas. They want to show different programs.

Seeing the treatment given to 2613 makes me feel more bad cos I had started to like this channel. We 2613 fans are truly not against any show, to each his own. But when they started giving reasons like low TRPs and story ending I have to speak on behalf of my favorite show.

By axing my show, I am feeling cheated that they do not care for such a unique show, for its loyal fans. Why would I then want to watch other programs on this channel cos I would rather watch where I know the serials will not get axed in few months.

We 2613 fans are not against any show, but we are FOR 2613 our show. My viewing time is precious and this experience is leaving a bitter taste. I would rather watch something which I know values my loyalty.
