Randeep's vast network of informers - like Firoze and others - they truly know who is honest police officer and respect him for it
Maybe Rashmi is talking about Nani when she says family (but we know Randeep's parents died in accident and his sister in terror attack).
I hope they are talking about his STF family. Even while working for SIU Randeep never considers it his agency. His loyalty is always with STF he sends TAPT to his STF buddies.
