I think it is Devyani the Master mind. Dhruv was stable and he is dead suddenly after Devyani goes to meet him. Ans when his dad's oxygen tube was busted, they had very wicked look on Divyani's face.

My new guess it is Devyani's dad. The way he said to PM that he should put the health bill off for few months.He is the owner of the pharmaceutical company and he already had the treatment for the virus that is being spread. So he can make a fortune by inventing the treatment for that virus. Dhruv must have mentioned his name to Devyani. And when his oxygen tube gets busted Devyani had that wicked expression, thinking that you gave this virus to others and now you yourself feel the pain.

S when he was talking about the bill to pm... culdnt avoid the suspection on him at tht time...

He may hv involved..out of 2 virus, he was the one to select or confirm on which virus can be used for antidote...

Thts possible he being the culprit... but other things so far happened culdnt clearly suspect on him..

Wht if he is affected with virus, if he is involved with dhurv, then he too wuldnt be afraid of tht virus, his body might hv antibodies too...he knows antidote to tht if he was the one...

But i liked ur guess...thts wuld be good...bcoz the way she was giving tht expression, it has something to do definitely...

Hi... I am not new to India forums, but new to this Forum😊... I have been following the show ardently but never commented. Seeing all your discussions, I too felt like sharing my views.

@bold: The wicked expression on Devyani's face is certainly alarming. But assuming that her father is the real culprit, and assuming that she wanted her father to feel the taste of his medicine, even then she wouldn't allow him to go out of the hotel, because she wouldn't want others to get infected

If Devyani indeed knows that her father is now infected, and still hasn't stopped him from going out, it means Devyani herself wants the citizens to be infected, and therefore she is the main culprit. Otherwise the chances are that she does not know that her father is infected.

Personally, I had my doubts on Dr. Bhowmick until the last episode. I thought he had probably planned all this, so that pharma companies can make good amount of money through anti-dotes.

However, after seeing the last episode, his character is under obvious suspicion, and plus he is going to die, which genuinely makes me think, he is not the real culprit.

I still doubt Devyani, but she would only be part of the bigger racket. The main culprits could be Prithvi or Naina Singhania. Although it's hard to know what would be their vested interests behind such a dangerous virus release.

My take is Devyani dad...because he can help Dhruv to create the virus... And only his company has anti dots which will give him money.
May be it Devyani...she helped Dhruv...but for sure shot either Devyani or her dad is involved

Very smartly they showed some subtle and some very glaring clues..every now and then, since the begining

1.That drug dealer being her patient-and eventually him being connected to the sherchan drug network and his infected body being delivered at the ATU.

2.Devyani's own past of being a Drug addict..

3.her connection with Dhruv who turned out to be the virus dealer

4.and her sleeping over the 'confidential' files..indicating that she might have peeped in..

So yes the writers have thrown in these clues at very very regular intervals..

And we see Aditya Singhania confronting devyani abt dhruv in coming weeks precap (seems the ATU wld find out that dhruv had called devyani and wld be inforning the same to the PM)

BUT BUT BUT..

Normal rule in any storytelling, be it films or TV or even Novels is..

The real culprit is the one who is the least suspect..

Now are the writers throwing a similar googly at us..by throwing in these clues..so the viewers are intrigued..

Or yes it is as straightforward..

I remember is season1 they had thrown some pointers at prithvi too...bt he came out totally clean..

What do we have in store this time around...we shall knw with time..

Till then let us all keep on guessing!

Here are more clues -- for Devyani as the mastermind:

Doctor says, Dhruv was stable all night and is not sure why suddenly he went into shock.

Since this happened soon after Devyani met him, I am guessing, she might have something to do with it.

Maybe she killed him to make sure he doesn't tell ATU anything.

The only thing is, doctors took blood sample before he died. And this is the only thing she is not aware of. So, hopefully they might come across something to nail her.

ATU knew about virus for 6 months before they actually saw it.

So, Roshan can't be the mastermind, because he was in Jail. He heard about virus for the first time from Haroon.

Dhruv was in touch with the female terrorist, who tried to kill the PM. Maybe she and Devyani are the masterminds.

She failed in her attempt, so Devyani is trying now, to befriend Aditya. She used Dhruv to spread virus, because she wanted her father to be hurt, too. She hates her father.

She also had a strange look on her face when they showed her father's suit cracked. Maybe she knows but is not saying anything because she knows he is going to meet the PM.

😊😊 Ok my imagination is working over-time today. Maybe nothing I say makes sense.

But, going by the rules for thriller (as @pinky27 said) they are taking us on this whole Roshan, his wife, his daughter ride, while the real culprit and the real intention is something else.

So, just taking a wild guess... 😊
