For the life of me I cannot find the link where I suggested that there is a good story that could be developed between these two characters. So I decided to post again the idea in that post and if some should find the link, please do post it here. I have checked all my posts and it's no where to be found. I really liked what I wrote, so I am going to do the best I can to repeat it here...
Watching the show, I can see some excellent chemistry between Neetu and Nakul. Nakul is an asshole and I didn't like the fact he threw Neetu against the wall and it kind of does put a damper on what I initially proposed...However, his hatered towards her actually had the foundations of a good romance.
Omi and Vicky are just to wimpy for Neetu. She's got a very strong and aggressive personality and it can only match with someone who is equally powerful. Nakul is by far a better match for her. The dialogue that could be written where both of them try to up one another would be so entertaining to watch. If done well it can have you on the edge of your seats wondering when he's ready to grab, throw her on the floor and make mad passionately love to her. đłđ
Serious, if I was writing the show I would move in that direction. There is an awesome romance that's waiting right there. However, it is not going to happen becaue I can sense that the public are so besotted by the Omi character they are not going to tolerate it.
Honestly speaking, the romance between Neetu and Omi looks more like a big brother looking after his sister. There's really nothing interesting to watch. The guy's nice, but he's dead boring. Nakul's got some fire and a fierce personality.
