Laila, This is my first time to watch a serial too.
I kept trying to get some positive out of this mess. I am an optimistic person. still get frustrated many times and stopped watching the show. But I got hooked to this forum. Even though I am not watching all the episodes but I kept coming back to this forum.

laila I did'nt mind her asking him and when he abruptly said that he loved her on that day coz of guruji's prediction..
the parts which dissapoint me were that inspite of her dad giving her the green signal many times think abt urself and since the very begning her mom taunting her u r thirty now and still unmarried and all that , now when a guy comes to yoiu and says he is ready to take the life full of happiness for you give it a hiot go explore this angle and if things are actually right and have to be that way with guruji's ashirwad see the ups and downs you have TOGETHER !!
Every time she has put her love down that was soo disspointing
'And Abhi 's trust has been questioned !!!

There could have been many obsticles in their life and there would have been a great focus done how a couple where the guy is younger and the girl os older face society and their criticize toghter ..
Even if her mom is among the critizing team prove her wrong and see how she ios compleed to accept this relationship coz parents may be really good at what they want their kids to have in life but somtimes with change in time and if there is excellent harmony between couples parents will definaly see that the guy is worth their daughter and he keeps her happy
People will shut uop as and when the time falls in place
These are the good ways to show such relationship

I think you are referring to the India tv soaps and not all shows bcos there are shows like DID etc.
If you are referring to Indian TV soaps as I think you are, then I guess after watching 4 Zee TV dramas by now, I am think why leave out that 0.1%, it should be changed to 100% of all Indian TV soaps!!! I guess you agree with me?😊
I was disgusted with 1 of them and was watching 3. The 3 I am watching currently KB included, all at a juncture where I am disgusted with each one of them. I am thinking off dropping these 3 too.
I wish I could be like you and watch just for the pleasure. I am cursing myself for getting addicted to these desi drama crap bcos I was watching after 10 yrs.

yes I agree. When children go against the parents and marry, initially the parents are unhappy. But all the parents want at the end is the happiness of the children. So, here if Simi had lived happily with Abhi. Automatically over time Manju will see that happiness. For any parent it is not so easy to accept children's love marriage. Once they see them loving happy they will come around. Such highly educated Simi did not think this way and she will not even if Abhi or RS or Mili or Anusha points it out to her. Simi will be miserable because Manju hasn't accepted and Abhi, RS, Mili, Anusha will be miserable seeing Simi miserable! The sooner Simi can understand that it is good.

Simi should give her life a chance !! She should decide now what she wants and not be ruled by her mom's command..
An individual cam make wonders with his or her life by focusing what one wants and make it happen ...
So if Simi uses this formula she can make her life happy and not think abt her mom who dose'nt want to see her happiness just for her unhappiness and rule over her all the time
