Is it right on daadi's part to put such a condition that Simi n Nakul's marriage takes place only if Nitu says yes to Omi??
marriage is something like an agreement or some kind of package deal??

nobody, not even Mili sees any fault in that condition?

I know...but how can Sethis accept such a condition? nobody has ever seen this Omi guy...daadi says its important to know if Nitu likes the match or not...but is it not important for Nitu to see omi then decide about the marriage? how can daadi expect Nitu to take a decision without even seeing Omi? tats too much!

Well,Isn't almost ALL ARRANGED MARRIAGES are 'Deals' upto certain extent..?? I donot mean monterary Dealing like dowry or anything...... but in Modern times Don't the Parents of either side look for Such qualities that make them feel that we 'gain' something..? Don't the parents of the Bride look for a Groom with High-salary..?? Isn't that a Sort of Deal/????????????????? Why judge Dadi in Bad light only because the alliances brought by her can Seperate Simmi-Abhi?!

sure, with arranged marriages, parents look for some sort of good deal...hoping for some sort of security for their child...and somewhere this feeling is mutual between the parents of both guy and girl...however, here, the dadi is being pushy...she is forcing a double marriage ...and I don't think that is right...esp. since neetu and omi have not met...atleast simmi and nakul have met and talked...it seems like dadi is trying to trap the sethi's...

Even Neetu should not accept this deal. A week before she was ready to elope with another person; now how she can live with someone else when she is already pregnant with one person.
These are really puzzling me. How Neetu will live with this?

Does Neetu hate Simi so much that she will marry Omi out of spite and ruin both her life and Simi's?
I don't understand why the CVs have made Neetu into such a despicable character. She started off so nice and silly and fun to watch.

Because there wasn't much they could do with her so they made her evil. They already had one good sister that they didn't need another.

exactly my point uzee....how can daadi force nitu to say yes for marriage with Omi whn she hasnt even seen him?
Arranged marriages sometimes are like deals...i agree1 but at least the girl n guy meets up at least once before they decide...
