I was never close to my grand mother as she always scolded me and stopped me from doing many things saying I can and I can't do certain things as a girl. My dad always favored me but still he obeyed his mom So I always felt I was being stopped from having to do certain things. also she will always make me do everything in the house lecturing me.
Then all of a sudden one day we found out she had throat cancer and it was in 4th stage pretty soon she was bed ridden. As it got worst i took care of he including holding and carrying her every where. Then she started rejecting every one except me from coming near her including my parents.
one day she sat me down and told me why she was always hard on me because she wanted me to be a good person like she was . From that moment on i started looking at her totally diffrent way. 2 days later she lost her speech. and few days later she died. That was the first death in my family and I realized how much I loved her and she loved me and wanted best for me in life . I guess she changed my outlook for the world to make me realize that the person who loves you most is the one who criticzes you most because he/she wants what is best for you.
Now if some one says something bad or criticiz me or my work I try to analyze first before getting angry or upset and accept my follies that is the one lesson my grand ma taught me she was my angel who made me what I am today. even though she was always hard on me she was hte nicest person you can meet as she always helped every one and all the ppl around her called her an angel.

Thanks.😊 No you did not hurt me but you make me think about her and her loving memories. and the values she taught me to always find goodness in every human being as I am not perfect either. She taught me not to give up on any one even though they hurt me and give them a 2nd chance.
