Where did the letter cum from

I was wndering how the letter landed up ?? Was it under the bed sheet and Simi felt it or she had t with her and it was under her shawl Or did Abhi go up to her room and place it there..
I did'nt see him burdge either from the living room or when he went to wash his pants.

When did he get time to write it or he had already written it and place it in her bed room

Somthing to think abt or bloopers frm the sde of the director😆😆😆 Or I missed somthing

i was thinking the same thing. maybe he might have come from the kitchen door or somethng :)....
