Why does Simi tell Abhi that she needs to get out of her father's house or that she needs to get married quickly? What is that going to solve? I thought that it might get RB of her back. Once she gets married he will no longer be able to destroy her or threaten her, but if you want to get back at someone, then you can still get back at them even after they get married to someone else. The other option was once she got married people would leave her alone and stop bugging her be it her mother, the neighbors or the world.
What do you guys think?

Also, don't you think that Abhi was somewhat abrupt with Simi when he told her to stop crying? I even got the impression that when she called he was fed up with her - he looked at the phone and didn't seem to want to talk with her. It's interesting that while Simi is the elder one in the relationship, the one who is running the relationship, in control and has it together is Abhi (kind of what we want right?). I do wish we could see a more comforting Abhi where he takes Simi in his arms and let's her cry and sob. He has not done that with her and I would like to see that side of him with her.

I think Abhi is just frustrated that Simi is not taking a stronger stance in her life and fighting with him instead. If i was him I would feel the same as well since she always gets angry at people who show her kindness and consideration be it Mili or Abhi ....

laila you make a very interesting point. I never thought about until I read your post and you are right I think Abhi is surely frustrated with Simi because she really is acting very much younger than her age. She listens to everyone else and at the first sign of problems or harrassment from that snake Rajiv she runs and cries like a child. Abhi definitely is the stronger and more stable of the two. She is a very insecure girl and I am hoping that Abhis influence will make her change her ways. I think his attitude when she rang him wasn't that he didn't want to talk to her I felt that he was angry that marriage is the only thing that occupies her conversations with him. I am sure he would love to see her have more fun and talk about normal things just the same as the day she skipped school. And most of all just to be herself and laugh and enjoy life.
