Hi friends!

How are you all? Hope you are all enjoying 12/24 Karol Bagh and falling in love with characters, especially Simi and Abhi. As so many felt, there is definitely an electrifying chemistry between them. Hope creatives don't spoil it by introducing unnecessary twists.

Main dhamekedar event on the show was Rajender sethi Cancelling the wedding at the last minute. We were all so relieved and cheered Mr Sethi. Especially the way he slapped RB.

There is only one major point to be discussed now…all other points are not so important when compared to this one.

Major point to be discussed…

1. Its about Manju ji, the MOTHER…. As a mother she should be happy that her daughter was saved from getting married to a crook like RB. Its understandable if she gets lil upset and depressed about the turn of events. Yet, She should feel relieved thinking about Simi. Instead she taunts Simi n her husband, Mr Sethi. She should feel proud of her husband, witnessing how protective about his daughters. How can she forget they are her daughters too… we hear step moms usually do such things like getting their step daughters married to some horrible guys. Being a real mom to Simi, she reacts exactly like a step mom. I can understand her fears to certain extent. But, no mother in my opinion should behave the way she behaves with her daughter Simi.

What do you all think?? Please come forward and discuss…

2. Another most important point…which you all love, and eagerly waiting for. Simi-Abhi story. I feel they should get a chance to spend lot of time together…enjoy each other's company like true friends without realizing the fact about their true feelings towards each other. I feel the final realization of love should happen after a long time. Coz once the love is expressed, we lose some kind of mystery in the relationship. It shouldn't happen sooner. What do you all think…If you are the story writer for this show, how you will take their story forward?

So, all KB fans…come forward ..and let us know your opinions! Hope you all enjoy these discussions!

Ciao!

If what I write will have some influence in the storyline - here goes.
No, Mrs. Seethi is not her step-mother because a step-mother would never have passed out nor slapped RB. Plus she would never have blamed herself for Simi's decision. Mrs. Seethi is very much a mother. She is not upset that Simi did not marry RB; she is upset that her daughters will never marry anyone and she feels that as a mother she has let her daughters and family down.
It's important to understand that she wants Simi married because she believes that is what all girls want. After all how can her daughter be happy single (she's not happy about it). Plus, she hears all the taunts by others and she does not like them. I would not be too hard on Mrs. Seethi and see her as a bad mother. Instead she is a worried mother and wants her daughter married.
Second, I think the relationship with Abhi and Simi can develop slowly overtime. However, I think the writers should also make their friendship realistic. I realize that they want Abhi to appear younger, but please, let us NOT have him act like a 12 year old. It really looks stupid. He would be great if he kept with his chacter that we have seen all along - he looked ridiculous throwing the box of confetti (cut up paper) everywhere. Plus giving her a clown puppet? What the heck was that? You give a girl something memorable - a musical box or something touching - but a puppet? If he wanted he could have given her a stuffed toy or clown - at leat that would make sense.
Plus I just find the writers making him act like a 12 year old in order to emphasize that he is younger than her is a bad move. The writers can show is youthfulness by protraying him as a free spirit, unafraid of people, life and things and willing to take risks and act impuslively. The writers can show the grow as friends and really have them care for each other. And then of course move them to a romance. If the romance is done well, it can be wonderfully entertaining.
I really hope the writers can create some witty dialogue and humor between these two characters instead of giving us a dull, lifeless and forced romance. I was really disappointed with today's episode.

I understand Manju getting upset about the way Simi's marriage was cancelled at the last minute. I do understand her worry as a mother about her daughters marriages. all mothers want their daughters to settle down "happily".
But the thing i dont understand about Manju the way she hurts, humiliates n criticizes Simi... A real mom can talk to her daughter like that. After watching todays episode...I was literally shocked. She is behaving exactly like a step mom, not her real mom. As a mother should give her daughter all the moral support she needs, as a mother she should make her daughter feel confident. But, all she gives her is terrible inferiority complex. She doesn't leave chance to tell Simi that how terrible looking she is... Even after knowing simi's love for family...even after knowing the fact that simi got ready to get married to a guy like RB just becoz of anuj's marriage. Yet, she is so cruel to her own daughter. She might love her daughter , but who cares about it...if she goes on humiliating her daughter like that..?
If i am in Simi's position...either i would have committed suicide or would have ran away from home. I feel simi should leave her parents house, n live alone. It will do lot of good for er. She becomes more confident n more self assured. Atmosphere at her mothers place is definitely terrible.

About Abhi behaving like 12 year old... Plz understand one thing, he just wants to make Simi smile. he knows that she will be very sad and worried about her family, especially after what all happened. He knows that she will be terribly depressed... So, he wants her to come out of it as soon as possible...
So, for that he has gone over board in trying exactly for that. I have seen many guys at the age of 26 or 28 or 30s..behave the same way when they want to make some1 spl happy. Plzz understand his intentions behind it. How can he give her some personal gifts like chocolates, or flowers or stuffed toys? Simi as per now is not his GF??
I liked him a lot...n liked wat he did for Simi...He was much better than any of her family member.. he cares for her! n thats what is most imp!

I agree with you.
Manju is infulenced by her society so she is venting her frustrations on Simi😕
As for Simi & Abhi I really liked their scenes all along the way😳
Simi really opens out her feelings to Abhi..thats a sign that she is just sooo comfortable with him nad can share everything with him..
This is INDEED a TRUE portrayal of realistic love😃

👏 very good points friends.....
Reg. Manjuji, we can understand her feelings and worry as she has 3 daughters to get married off and plus simi's age factor. But she needs to chill as her husband says...whatever Mata Rani ( God ) has in store for them will happen come what may. Moreover in today's age and times no girl has to depend on anyone and can spend the rest of her life with dignity and head held high even if it means staying single.👏
and reg. abhi and simi 😳..just them being together and happy is what matters...the chemistry is amazing and you have made a very good point...once love enters the friendship gets sidelined and the friendship part is the most imp. as thats what matters in todays times and getting a friend for a lifetime is what is really precious..
