Even I agree with you. If you are compatible with hte preson and know you will be happy, nothing else matters.There have been so many examples in real life too.

The fact is that men do it all the time and its okay. Why can't a woman be attracted to a man her junior? If a man appreciates a woman's qualities and loves her, what difference does age make? If this show has Simi marry a younger man, then bravo and hats off. Finally a serial willing to show the reality of the year 2009 heading into 2010. Age is increasingly become a non-factor in relationships. It's great that a show is finally acknowledging that fact.

I agree with you... com on we are almost entering 2010.. but its not matter of what year we are in... as there were many instances or a girl marrying younger guys.
Our mythological hero Sri Ram was also younger to Sita.
I feel it should be like that be cause psychologically women are more matured when compared to the guys of their age.. so i don't think it does matter.

The older we get, the less age plays are role. When I was young, I liked a guy who was three years younger than me. At first I thought it was odd but the guy didn't care. We never married, but he went on to marry a girl who was four years younger than him. Three to five years should not be a problem. If Simi is 30 ish and Abhi 25 ish, then it really should not be a problem.

even though sciety rejects it I feel age should not matter if 2 ppl love each othr and are good for each other and do not cause othr family memebers pain and suffering.

truly, i have seen ppl who have huge age gaps and they are happy, so no age is no barrier in relationships...!

In my hometown Kolkata, 20 years ago, a guy known to us married his neighbourhood Didi....a girl who lived nearby, whom he called Phool di as a kid! 😆

I also feel that age doesn't matter, and the best example I have is of my parents. My Mom is older than my Dad, but even today they still love each other and aren't afraid to show it. They aren't the typical Indian Married Couple. They hold hands, kiss each other on the cheek in front others. But they also show each other and those around them that are in Love and age does not matter. No one in my family cares that my Mom married a younger man (my Dad is just a couple of years younger than my Mom), because they have been happily married, are now grand parents, and never have had any martial problems.
