hello friends, i am back, my NET had taken holiday leaving me in a deep trouble, finally it started today!! hush, well well well, i'll post one more long update of savior today and two updates tomorrow. and will try to finish the WINGED PRINCE part. so HAPPY READINGS! i hope its big enough!!

Chapter three

"part TWO"

Part One: (PAGE 47)

Khushi lied down on her bed and remembered her moments with savior. When he kissed her, when he made her understand, when he said he'll come when she needs him...did she needed him now?? Will he come if she called him??

She felt a known wind around her as her hairs tussled on her face, she sighed as by just feeling the gentleness she knew he was in her room but she didn't call him. Even her heart did a jig that he came!!

"Khushi?? Are you awake?? Can we come in??" Amy asked from the outside door.

"hmm"

Amy and Jeff entered in the room.

Khushi got up and sat placing her back against the pillow as Jeff sat beside her. Amy gave her hot chocolate and Jeff asked: "Khushi..are you ok??"

"hmm"

"what hmm Khushi how many times should I tell you...your hmm irritates a lot!! Stop it please"

"Amy why don't you get me a coffee till I talk with my sister?" Jeff said looking at Khushi fondly.

Amy sighed in anger: "Jeff Just a simple GET OUT in easy words would have been far better than OK" Amy went out angrily making Khushi realize that they both have fought!

Khushi chuckling: "what happened?? You fought again??"

Jeff nodded: "hmm"

Khushi looked at Jeff as he replied like her and in next second both burst out laughing.

Jeff smiled as Khushi was back to herself with his mimic act: "Khushi what happened?? I am observing you since few days and in morning too you behaved very weird. Is ASR troubling..

"..ohh no Jeff he is such a gentleman but that's not why I am worried." Khushi said and realized the next moment that she said ASR... The ASR asgentleman!!

Jeff chuckled: "ohh ok.. *laughing and scratching his brow with finger* I guess I have to talk with ASR coz I don't know now how to handle you both!"

Khushi laughed and said: "Jeff relax...I know you're worried for me but if I needed your help I'll always call you"

Jeff held her hand and patted: "that's like my sister!! Now..*sigh* time to woo your best friend.. since she must be chanting my name with every possible curse on earth till now"

Khushi laughed as Jeff stood up and went near door that's when she called: "bhaiyya!!"

Jeff instantly turned as he knew it were rare occasions when Khushi called him by that name however he liked it a lot!

"What's it jalebi??"

Khushi giggled hearing Jeff say her pet name which he gave her, she was happy that he knew her so well that just to make her smile he came to her.

She smiled and said sweetly: "thank you"

"you better save that for next time" Jeff winked and went away.

Khushi smiled feeling home. But she knew savior was watching her however she remembered his betrayal and her mood was a little good now so she lied down and turned off the light and slept! Ignoring him royally!

When Arnav was sure she has slept he came down the ceiling and kissed her forehead and said "I am sorry to hurt you...but trust me...I won't make you cry ever! I promise I'll be back soon!" and he went away.

Khushi opened her eyes after he was gone and said: "I'll wait for you" and slept peacefully.

Isis:

Macedonian fortress; Sultan's palace:

"Chotte relax..look what you r thinking may be your misunder...

"I AM NOT MISUNDERSTOOD DI!!" Arnav shouted at top of his voice.."that man has just ruined my life.. first he didn't even let maa let live in peace and now after her he is behind me!! Why?? I have already accepted his terms then why is he doing this??Whatever it is dii..I am not going to leave Khushi alone. She had just started to trust me and aslan ruined it!"

"he your father chotte" Anjali shouted.

"Cerelia!!" sultan tried to calm Anjali but she was not going to hear him..after all she was also a ROY.. A true Salvatore!!

"He is NOT my FATHER!' Arnav said darkly and went away from his sister; Anjali and sultan were shocked at his rudeness but both knew nothing can stop him. His anger for Aslan...his father was justified but both were perfect and loyal at their positions yet Arnav hated his dad from core of his heart.. Anjali sat down and wept.

"Cerelia...you should control your anger" sultan tried to shh' his wife.

Anjali hugged him and cried in his embrace: "why sultan?? why has dad made such things which made him this away from Arnav.. I can't see them both this apart. I am tired now"

Stroking her hairs constantly, sultan said: "relax sweetheart...you have to give them both TIME.. it's a big healer you know right? Come you need rest...hmm?" sultan said and made Anjali lie in bed. He slipped beside her and said over and over everything will be ok making her drowse. Soon Anjali slept and sultan kissed her forehead before he stood up and went out.

Calling the maid he ordered: "Cerelia is slept, make sure she eats when she gets up. And if you need any help you know how to call me. I don't want anyone to disturb her. Make sure no one enters the chamber after I am gone. And where is mom?? Tell her that I am going on earth"

The maid nodded and sultan ebbed away.

Sultan had made up his mind and so he we AR industries knowing only one person could help him in such situation!

"AMAN" sultan shouted making everyone root on spot.

They knew Ajinkya Khurana as a fashion designer and great friend of ASR but the way he shouted Aman's name they knew something large has happened. All the girls almost dropped their work as it was rare to witness AK as Ajinkya Khurana the second hot personality after ASR in his own office.

Ajinkya directly went in Arnav's cabin making Aman sigh as he knew there must be a bad news from the Isis and hence sultan is roaring like his brother-in-law!

"what happened sultan??" Aman said calmly as he entered in the cabin.

"Arneus has told you or should I repeat??" Ajinkya said.

"yes I know it was abbu who changed the chit that ASR wrote for Khushi. But I am not getting why is abbu doing this?? I mean what has happened that he is behaving strangely now??" Aman said in confused tone.

"first thing that I need your help in making all things ok and second thing we have to keep an eye over Khushi, ASR and also Cerelia"

"di?? What happened to her?? Is she ok??" Aman shouted.

"relax bro...she is ok but yes your ASR is definitely not." Sultan said.

"wha.. wait..wait..wait..sultan!! start from first" Aman said and sultan smiled. Sultan told Aman all the things which happened in his chamber few time before and also Arnav's anger.. Aman asked him that where abbu knew that Arnav knew that he changed the chit? But sultan cut him saying he doesn't know.

Sultan thinking deeply: "before that tell me who lives with Khushi I mean is there anyone who can help us?? *pauses and adds* I mean from her side??"

Aman twitches his bros and thinks acutely: "yes I mean I know she lives with her best friend Amy.. who works for Deen"

Ajinkya paused and ask: "urm.. anyone male??"

Aman laughs: "yes we should get male coz Amy is practically mad for ASR *winks* and I guess you r on her list too!"

"shut up and speak fast" Ajinkya growled.

Aman stiffed his laugh: "sultan it's her fianc Jeff Mosby who works with Amy and is very close to Khushi too! But what's the point in all this?? Why are we even looking for him?? I mean what's cooking in your head??"

"that I'll tell you after we meet Mosby but look you have to save this thing between me and you. If you dared to spill the beans in front of Arneus.. I swear I'll not leave you" Ajinkya said in authoritive tone.

"are you scaring me or trying to make me feel that I am a human???"

"I don't care..think whatever you want just remember my words" Ajinkya smiled and stood up.

"shut up sultan. You know I am not afraid of any of your stupid things. Tell me why are you interested in meeting Jeff??" Aman said crossing his hands on his chest and glaring sultan.

Ajinkya sighed: "FINE! In that case come here."

Aman was not having good feeling for whatever Ajinkya was going to tell him yet he went and Ajinkya whispered in Aman's ear and left the office winking Aman with a grin on his face.

"AJINKYA KHURANA..WHAT on EARTH YOU THINK of ME?!?!?" Aman roared and sat on the chair and saw up and said "ammi I asked you help me...not put me in trouble! Now what should I do??"

Next day Khushi groggily woke up. It was early dawn. She stood near her window and enjoyed the cool breeze when Amy entered her room saying: "Khushi are you up??"

"yes Amy"

Amy smiled chirpily: "hey morning!"

Khushi however was concerned for her: "Amy are you and Jeff ok?? Why you both..

Amy cut her in between: "..ohh Khushi relax its nothing. Just a small fight..well we patched up with a kis...

Amy shut up and Khushi raised her brows mischievously. Khushi bursted out laughing as Amy turned beet red!!

Changing the topic Amy said: "Let's go for jog"

Khushi giggled at Amy's craziness: "sure wait let me get my shoes"

Both girls came down and started to walk. Amy was speaking and speaking. Both shared what they did since last few days and also what was the daily news. Being the reporters both had same likes and dislikes.. Amy filled Khushi with fresh tittle-tattle too!

As they sat on the grass near the fresh water Lake Amy huffed and wiped her sweat: "Khushi its so peaceful right"

Khushi nodded in yes as Amy lay down on grass.

Suddenly she jumped: "khushii"

Khushi was scared at her sudden jump: "Amy are you alright?? What happened?"

Amy excitedly rounded her sleeves of her t-shirt before showing a tattoo to Khushi: "Khushi look what I made!!"

Khushi's mouth was in full "o" shape as she touched the tattoo on Amy's wrist which was inscribed as J' in a feathery pattern.

Khushi smiled: "Amy you love Jeff so much that you made this tattoo! Aww..its so sweet..but what is this feather about??"

Amy chuckled and feeling herself silly she said: "ohh Khushi you know that shop beside the new complex?? There the tattoo makers had came and they were giving a discount *giggles*to those who made the feather tattoo in honor and love for the midnight savior *laughs* but since Jeff would have got mad on me..i made a deal with maker and made a J along with feather! *laughs again*

Khushi laughed on Amy's craziness and both of them went home.

"Amy your really crazy!" Khushi said as they entered the home.

"I know sankadevi..that's why I am your friend" Amy laughed running in her room.

As Khushi was getting ready for the office she remembered to take a note pad. Reaching the drawer she pulled out a new one but in haste her remaining things got scattered and she sighed: "Khushi kumari Gupta you can't do a single thing in correct way. *huffs* ohh no I'll now get late and that laad governor will shout again."

She started to put the things back when she noticed the blue feather in her drawer. It was the same which the midnight man had given her. She touched it and felt as if she was touching him! She held back her emotions and put it inside and stood up when her eyes perked up and opened wide!!

"CAN THIS BE??" she sat and thought but brushed the feeling which came in her mind saying herself: "Khushi you're just trying to put things together only to make yourself feel comfortable. That midnight man used you and you're trying to compare him and ASR. You don't even know ASR.. *sighs* lets go to laad governor's cabin...he must be ready to fire his words on me!" she stood and went in office only to find a new girl near her cabin. When she inquired Aman told Khushi that she's Catherine and would be assisting Khushi from now.

Khushi welcomed Catherine and talked with her. Soon she got call from Arnav and she went in his office.

"Khushi you met Catherine??" ASR asked working on his laptop. He didn't saw her.

"yes but wha..

"well the work load is much and till you get shifted to the main office of AR press I don't want you to get unwell. She's here to help you. Just make sure the originals which we would publish are once or twice undergone from your eyes so that the readers would not be disappointed!" Arnav said it so fast and so straight that Khushi's eye's opened wide as her mouth.

Arnav stood up and went near her and shut her mouth and went away.

Khushi was still standing at her place till Aman came in: "ASR I need your sign...

.. but he stopped looking at Khushi.

Tapping her shoulders he asked: "you both fought again??"

"huh??"

Aman shouted: "Khushi!!"

Khushi was such startled that she shouted: "what happened just now??"

Aman burst laughing: "Khushi you ok?...never mind then tell me you n ASR fought again?? You should have..

"Aman relax!" Khushi sighed. "I didn't fought with him neither he did...its just he didn't even shouted on me for once!"

Aman chuckled: "so you want him to shout on you??"

"no silly...its that I am feeling weird.. *suddenly she smiles and clap her hand* hey you're his best friend...aren't you??"

Aman feeling awkward: "yeah...but why??"

"when he is upset that time what he does?? You must know" Khushi asked.

"ohh at such times finding ASR is very easy" Aman said happily.

"why??"

"why means??...ohh Khushi this is only such time you'll see ASR sitting calmly doing nothing otherwise he's working 24x7! But when he's sad or hurt...he sits at lake side...till he feels good!!" Aman replied.

Khushi felt very strange knowing about ASR like this she asked Aman: "and when he's angry?"

"ohh my god! Then don't even ask...coz when he's angry you won't even be able to get him!" Aman said remembering Arnav's anger.

"and why is that??"

"why?? Becoz at such angry times ASR takes his car and drives at full speed till his all anger is pent up!" Aman sighed and asked: "but why are you asking about ASR like this??"

Khushi thought for some time and said: "just tell Catherine that make a report on the documents which are on my desk. Please do this for me Aman! I'll be back in an hour or so" Khushi said and ran out bumping Lavanya in middle and saying "sorry gaga" at millions of times fuming la even more!

"Sometimes I feel I am a servant here!" Aman said to himself and went to Khushi's cabin.

Khushi knew where will be Arnav and by just guessing she started, even she had work in that area so she thought to have a look at her favorite spot, what if she finds Arnav...by lucky guess!!

"Mind if I joined you??" Arnav heard the soft voice of his lady love.

He was shocked and happy. Shocked that she found him at that place which only he knew and happy to see her at this time.

Yet the ASR in him was still there and he said: "what the!! How are you here?? And why are you not in office"

Khushi knew he'd react like this so she sat beside him near the lake side and sighed: "lets just keep work aside for sometime.. *sighs looking at his raised brow* Well I am here for my work only ASR. I was going for my field inspection for my next article on the midnight savior and I came here not for you *smiles* but for me!"

Arnav was confused: "for you??"

Sitting beside him Khushi smiled and pulled her heels out: "yes for me.. this place is also mine like yours. I visit here often with Amy and Jeff." She saw him keenly and found his eye color caramel brown. Although she brushed out the thought to ask question to him as she knew that he didn't like the way she caught him wearing lenses. "It's his personal matter!!" she thought herself.

Arnav smiled little and saw the lake: "its peaceful here"

"Hmm" Khushi murmured before turning to Arnav.

"ASR.. your ok??" Khushi asked him finally. Arnav smiled as he knew she was thinking to ask this question to him since the moment she came here and now she asked. As he could read her mind he didn't shouted but he said: "why? am I looking different??"

Khushi: "no in the morning you..You...didn't..

Arnav: "...shouted on you for getting late ten minutes."

Khushi gasped and said: "urm.. yes"

"so shall I shout you?? Coz I think you like it a lot" Arnav said grinning.

"no..not that. I mean..leave it. So have fun I should be going for my field work." Khushi was about to get up when he held her hand. He didn't want her to go as her company was making him feel great. She was the one for whom he was fighting...for whom he was living and when she came near him..he knew she cared him a lot..Although she didn't knew him fully!!

"what? She asked confused.

"you said keep work aside for some time..Didn't you??"

Khushi smiled and sat beside him. From Aman's description she knew she would find him here and Khushi being Khushi can't see any one in pain even though that person is harsh or rude or a laad governor by her means.

"So you're asking help from me Mr. Raizada?? Khushi asked cheekily.

"shut up Khushi. I am just asking you to stay for a while. We'll go to the site together." Arnav said and took a pebble and threw it in water. It toppled over the water surface and bounced thrice before sinking in water.

Khushi like a child clapped happily: "wow..how did you do that?? I can't even bounce it once let alone thrice!"

Arnav felt peaceful seeing her happy face. He stood up and said: "we'r getting late. Let's go"

"Your being mean..please teach me also" Khushi said grumpily.

"Khushi we're not kids of five years. Get up now. And It's my order."

"yes yes laad governor. I know you don't want to share your secrets. FINE by me too" Khushi said angrily and stood up only to be caught in his arms.

"you want to learn that?? *she nodded innocently* but then what will I get??"

"wh..at you wa..nt??" she asked scaring his look.

"what can you give me Khushi?" his voice made her heart flip and again she remembered savior...as he had asked her the same question. She didn't know what was happening to her but she felt like she was in the arms of the savior.

"please leave me.. I don't want to learn. I am getting late for my work" she got out of his hold and wore her heels. When she moved to go...he pulled her hand to him so that they were close.

"ASR please."

"here take this." Arnav gave her a pebble.

"what??why?? I can't..

"Khushi I was just kidding.. I don't want anything and here.. Its simple." Arnav said.

Khushi was so shocked that he pulled her hand and gave her the pebble before turning her to the water.. so that her back faced him. He was so close to her that her breathing became shallow. She felt very uncomfortable as such things happened to her when she was extremely close to the savior but now even it happened with ASR!! She was shocked.

Arnav held her hand and made a flip causing the stone drop in water with three bounces. Khushi giggled happily as she could do that.

When she tried herself..it didn't bounce even once. She looked at Arnav who shrugged his shoulders.

"it needs practice" he said before walking around.

"ASR..thank you!" Khushi said happily.

"you're welcome" Arnav replied making her shock again.

"ASR..

"hmm"

"who taught you this??" Arnav halted his tracks on mention of this question while Khushi kept moving. When she knew he stopped she saw him turning back. Her heart pained seeing him in a lost state. He was gazing to lake...with his fists clenched tightly!

As he felt her near him he said: "my mom taught me this. She was the only one nearest to me."

Khushi's eyes got teary as she understood his pain...his mom was no more!

He continued: "mom and I would use to spend hours near lake side. I feel near her when I am near some lake."

"She must be proud of you" Khushi said softly.

Arnav turned to her and whispered: "really??"

"hmm.. your such a successful man..and ..*sighs*..leave it..but She is watching over you and *smiles* is proud on you."

Arnav sighed: "you..how can you say that Khushi?"

Khushi unable to control her tears: "Becoz I know..how it feels..coz I do understand your situation"

Arnav breathed out: "how?"

Khushi with teary face: "my amma and babuji are not with me since I was 8.. they died on my birthday when they were returning from the gift shop. I.. I do miss them every year. *sobs* its just that we.. we don't have control on some things. May be its destiny"

Arnav pained: "ohh Khushi I didn't knew."

Khushi: "never mind.."

Arnav said walking forward with her: "so you believe they see you??"

Khushi stopped looking at sky: "yes.. I do believe they do see me. I feel they are in form of the stars who watch me, protect me..and guide me often"

She looked at Arnav who was looking at her with shocked face. She felt silly that she shared such secret with him: "ASR.. look I am sorry. I know you'll feel all these crap buy..i do believe"

Arnav went near her and held her hand: "my mom fell from the cliff in order to save me n my dad who could have saved her. She was everything to me. I still can't forgive my dad for this. He remarried the next day of her death. I feel ashamed to call him my dad. And I do believe you..coz even I know how it..it feels" he smiled through his moist eyes.

Khushi put her hand on his shoulder; she didn't knew how what and why she said him and he told her his past but she knew may be both were bound to share this.

Arnav on other hand felt great after telling her his pain. He knew someday she'll know him completely with no secrets between them. He would cry in her embrace and would love her with all his heart. He felt as if really his mom was very happy seeing him with Khushi.

Khushi started the conversation to subside the awkwardness: "shall we modify our relation a little??" *adds faster after seeing his brows raised* I mean from boss- employee to FRIENDS? Outside office!"

Arnav smiled and said: "FRIENDS"

Khushi had huge smile on her face. Arnav got Aman's call and he excused himself..

"hello ASR!"

"Aman I had told you I do..

Aman chuckled: "relax I am not disturbing you with any business call. I want leave for half day. And that too now!"

Arnav exasperated: "what the!! Are you crazy? And for what you want leave??"

Aman grinned: "Ohh ASR.. please I am going on a afternoon date!! My blind date you see!! And I won't miss it anyways Arnav why even I am asking you?? I got the permission already since ages from di"

Arnav now angry: "Aman!! You're on working hours"

Aman relaxed: "nope. I had already given you leave letter yesterday so take care..toodles!!

Arnav was very angry: "Aman!! I won't leave you and why even I am expecting from him..he has given letter and di gave him damn permission!!"

"what happen?? Don't shout on Aman..he is really good" Khushi said as both sat in car.

"yes very good indeed.. that much that he is going on a date in working hours." Arnav said feeling angry while Khushi was very happy: "ohh my god really?? How swee..

She stopped feeling Arnav's angry gaze.

While putting the seat belt she muttered: "even few seconds have not passed from becoming friends..he's behaving like boss again..humph"

Arnav laughed quietly: "Khushi I am here only" and made a fake angry face.

"I mean.. Aman..i am sorry ASR. I was just happy for him" Khushi said.

"first Aman is not dating his love of life as he has not got one till now..its a blind date and second stop calling me ASR if you r considering me your friend."

Khushi's mouth was in "O" shape: "what you mean blind date?? Aman is mad or what??"

Arnav sighed: "I guess you're the first who got him aptly very fast"

Khushi shocked: "but ASR..

"Arnav"

"what?? I can't call you by your name" Khushi said.

Arnav: "why not?? Aren't friends calling each other by name??"

Khushi: "yes they do but your still my boss"

Arnav faking anger and sadness: "then you're breaking the friendship??"

Khushi feeling shocked: "no..i didn't said that!"

"leave it Khushi.. I thought you make friends..not break them" Arnav said stiffing his laugh. He was enjoying her discomfort fully.

Khushi with anger: "fine I'll call you by your name but only outside the office ok?"

Arnav cheekily: "nope either call it every time or forget the deal of friends"

Khushi: "Devi maiyya..this laad governor made friendship a deal..such a crazy man"

Arnav : "khushii!!!"

Khushi angrily: "FINE Arnav...Arnav...Arnav now HAPPY??!!"

"very!" Arnav said and smiled as his name on her lips sounded as sweet to him. He drove to the office hearing her chattering!

Meanwhile:

At AK group of industries;

In Ajinkya's cabin:

"Aman are you sure??" Ajinkya asked.

"what do you mean by sure?? Ohh Hello Mr. sultan.. I am known for my news. They are 100% true and perfect. Understood?"

Ajinkya nodded his head: "yes understood. So according to YOUR news Jeff wants a man who'll love his sister and won't ever hurt her"

Aman pulled his collar and said: "yes"

Sultan whacked his head and said: "you dumb, what's new in this??"

Aman said: "ouch sultan man!! What's wrong with you..read forward, I spend my all evening with Jeff, he is very protective of Khushi and I had hard time to ask him about her."

"shut up Aman..we want help and that too genuine. Ok now arrange my meeting with Jeff this week and that time I need you with me ok?? This time I'll talk"

"yes I got that but ..but you'll have to come to Isis with me when.. *murmurs* ASR will skin me alive"

"..sure I'll be there now run..your blind date time is over. Arnav would get doubt"

Aman left and Ajinkya sighed: "only Arnav can find man like Aman! Jesus!!"
