Chapter 9
Arnav sensed something wrong and was heading towards Khushi . Just then Khushi no longer could control herself and she fainted and was about to fall when rang caught her hand .
Arnav was looking at Khushi who was now fainted . He took her in his arms .
He placed her on a chair near by and sprinkled water on her . She came back to conscious and saw Arnav with worried expressions .
She was about to get up when
Arnav : Khushi . I need to talk to you . Khushi : But I don't want to . Arnav : Khushi listen . It's our siblings wedding now and we can't avoid each other as we both must look after everything . And I don't want to fight over small things with you . So we both must grow up now and be more sensible . Khushi : Ok fine then . Can I go now ?
Arnav just nodded his head in approval . He wonders why Khushi hates him so much .
Khushi just wants to go far away from Arnav but she knows that she is growing feelings for him .
All the while in the mandir she was just thinking about her feelings for Arnav .

Evening
Khushi wore a red saree for sisters engagement . But she didn't know the consequences of this .
Everything was arranged .
Khushi was lighting the diyas which she arranged in the morning .
But she didn't observe that she was surrounded by those diyas and she can't pass through without any help
Then she saw Arnav coming towards her and giving extending his hand to help her .
She placed her hand on his and Arnav was looking their hands . He held her hand tight and looked and her possessively .
He then helped her in crossing the diyas .
Though Khushi was looking down , Arnav was only looking at her and was crossing the path .

Engagement
Everything was arranged now only the guests had to arrive .
Soon the guests too arrived and the party started .
But both the love birds were busy in staring at each other . Arnav left no chance to go near her .
Khushi was asked to go to the poolside for some reason .
Arnav was also there in the poolside trying to control his urge to kiss Khushi .
Then Khushi entered the poolside .
Arnav lost all his control and was moving forward towards Khushi while she was taking her steps backward .
Both were lost in each others eyes .
Khushi was breathing hard due to their closeness .
Her back gently clashed with the wall .
Here Arnav placed his palms on her cheeks and leaned to kiss her trembling lips .
Just then they heard Anjali's call for them and they came back to their senses . Khushi pushed him and started to run away from that place .

Night
Both of them were thinking about their encounter .
Arnav's POV
" Why did I do that ? Already she hates me so much and now she would never like my presence around her . But I wanted to show her how much I love her in that kiss . I love you Khushi . And I am really sorry for what I did . "
Khushi's POV
" why didn't I stop Arnav ji ? Where was I lost ? Why was I about to submit myself to him ? "
