[Guys, this is going to be more of a shorter update, and sorry yaar i think the next update is going to a bit late, as in, it may or may not be on next saturday as i'm going to be busy the whole week. I will try to update if i have time. Hope you guys can understand.]

Chapter 7:

[ The next day.. ]

                 And it began a game of sort's between arnav and khushi. Each trying to outdo the other by planning ahead. One trying to catch a glimpse and the other trying to avoid the said person's vicinity. It began in the morning when arnav was about to go to take a shower and khushi was trying arrange his toiletries in the bathroom. 

                 Seeing arnav whose head was bent enter the bathroom khushi simply managed to slip past him running managing to fit perfectly in the gap between him and the door and arnav who was in the process of raising his head had to take a double take when something went past him flying. Just getting a hint of jasmine floating by.

                   And the second time it was at the breakfast table, arnav who was about to sit on his chair had a slow time processing when khushi rushed to him kept his black coffee on the table and rushed out before he could even take notice of what had actually happened. Shashi who saw all this simply chuckled at his crazy daughter. Arnav after trying to process what happened tried to hide his smile hiding behind the coffee cup.

                    The other time, It was in the evening, arnav was checking his files trying to talk to aman about the details of his upcoming fashion show, he saw all the files he brought perfectly arranged in an order on the table and smiled. 

           

                    He thought about what happened a few hours before, when he was yelling to aman about the missing file regarding the sketches of the bridal wear he had to finalise for the show. Checking all the files which are spread around the bed and the one file he wanted nowhere near him. His frustration ranged to the near boiling point, began to yell for khushi her name slipping past his lips as it was just a day to day occurance. 

                    Thus about to call her name but just ' khush..' leaving his lips when he saw a hand holding the blue file suddenly appear before and without thinking thanked khushi and smiled at her returning to talk to aman, when he remembered, she was avoiding him and turned around. Missing the oppurtunity just by a second when he saw she already left as if she was not even there and what happened had been all his imagination. 

                     And this happened to continue with khushi taking care of the smallest things for arnav and him trying to catch her so that they can atleast look at eachother for his hearts content as it seemed next to impossible for them. 

           

                      Arnav after having his dinner with the guptas tried to get some air going to the terrace. Seeing khushi standing near the wall just gazing the stars with her hair flying around in the wind he stood still at the entrance, just to take a second to appreciate the beauty infront of him and capture this moment in his heart.

      

                      Walking up to her, taking a deep breath, silently preparing how to start the conversation, arnav raised his hand to touch her shoulder, and suddenly heard his name. Registering she was rambling on her own. He stopped what he was about to do and Crossed his hands, started listening to what she was going on about with amusement dancing in his eyes.                    

                  " Humph !! Laad governor, what does he think of himself? " 

                      Coming here in the middle of the night and smirking. 

   " Agar aap Arnav singh raizada hein, toh hum bhi khushi kumari gupta hein " 

 

 Aur, hum kasam kathe hein ki, ' hum aapko itni aasani sein jeetne nahi dengi '    

 samajh gaya aap ??

[ If you are Arnav singh raizada, then i'm also khushi kumari gupta,

And i vow that, i will not let you win that easily. Do you understand??]

 "Yes, I understand ! Khushi kumari gupta singh raizada" !!

Making a certain gupta shriek and tumble straight into arnav's awaiting arms..
