Part 7 :: Last Part

 

"What the!!"

 

"That's my line, sweetheart! It doesn't suits you! You are lacking my cadence! " Arnav winked at Khushi.

"Shut up!! What are you doing here?!"

"I am here for you!"

*wink*

"I don't want you!"

 "Oh! Don't lie, sweetheart!"

*wink*

"I am not lying! Get lost from here!! And stop winking!"

" tsk tsk tsk, Khushi. Bad manners. Is this a way to welcome guest?"

"You are not my guest!"

"But I am your neighbor"

*smirk*

"What?!! Arnav just go away from here!"

Arnav took a step forward and Khushi took a step backward

"I said go away!"

Another step forward, another step backward

"Arnav, I said go away"

But Arnav again took a step forward.

"Aranv...I...I said...G...go...a...away..."

Arnav put his one hand beside Khushi's head, which was plastered on the wall, and blocked her way out.

"Yes, what were you saying?" Arnav whispered seductively.

Khushi closed her eyes as her cheeks tasted his hot breath and sent tickle down her spine.

"Are you trying to seduce me in?"

"Do I need to "try" ?"

"I don't want you in my life!"

"Why?"

"I don't want. As simple as that"

"There isn't anything simple. I want you both in my life. Why you don't want me? I want a valid reason"

"I...I just don't want.."

"Why you "Just don't want"? And your "just don't want" isn't a reason enough"

"I...I..."

"You what?"

"I..."

"You what, Khushi?"

"I don't want my heart broken again"

"I will never do that"

"You have done that"

"No! I haven't. if you would have told about your pregnancy, then I would have never left you"

"That's the problem! I don't want to force you to live with me"

"Khushi, try to understand. I had to leave! You know my father needed me there. He was facing  loss. And your parents too needed you here. Your mother was ill. Believe me I too didn't wanted to leave you. but I HAD to, Khushi! Believe me.. "

"No! You are lying. You were happy that day. You were so happy to leave me"

"No I wasn't , you idiot! I wanted to take you with me but I didn't want to do that and put you in a fix spot because I know your parents needed you here. Believe me Khushi.."

"You were not happy in leaving me?"

"No! I wasn't."

Arnav inched closer and snaked his hand around Khushi's waist, bringing her close to him. He breathed in her hair, the familiar fragrant , evoking some buried emotions and making him nostalgic.

"God! I didn't realize I missed you so much."

"Believe me, Khushi. Many times I thought of contacting you but the fear of seeing you with someone else, always stopped me. I can live without you but can't see you with someone. I know I am sounding selfish. But you know I am selfish. Who better than you knows this. And you know I get what is mine. So it's up to you to decide whether you want to say yes now, or you want me to bug you constantly to say yes. Because one thing is crystal clear, I am not leaving without you and Jennifer. "

Khushi listened everything what Arnav said. She slumped dejectedly in his arms, her hand crawling on his back and resting there. God! Why he is so irresistible and stubborn?

"You will not leave me again, will you?"

"Never, only death can do me apart from you and Jennifer"

"Don't say that, Arnav..."

Khushi covered his mouth with her palm.

"Tell me Khushi, Yes or No?" Arnav asked removing her hand from his mouth.

"Khushi?"

"Hmm?"

"I asked yes or no?"

"Hmm...I don't know.."

"Accha? I hope this will help you decide"

And with that said, Arnav slammed his lips on her. Khushi closed her eyes, stimulating the kiss. Arnav's strong arms anchoring her to him. Arnav kissed her tenderly, taking his sweet fill he had so missed. Khushi's  fingers buried in his hair. Arnav lost himself in her riches. Soon the tender kissed turned into something fierce. They kissed eachother, till they had no oxygen to amuse their lungs.

"God! I missed you so much, Khushi! please say yes, please.." Arnav said breathless, resting his forehead on Khushi's.

Khushi lifted her dazed eyes to look into his. Her chest heaving.

"I ...I can't leave my Dad, Arnav..."

"You don't have to. I will shift here. I have no one back home. Is that ok with you?"

"You will shift here?" Khushi asked, unbelievingly.

Arnav nodded his head.

"For me?"

"Of-course , Khushi!"

"Now, please say yes.."

"Hmm...I mean...Then...Then it's ok..."

"Is It a yes"

"Yesss"

"Oh God! Thank you so much Khushi!! Thank you! Where is Jennifer?"

"She is with Dad" Khushi pointed towards a room.

"I will just come" Arnav said and moved towards the room.

Arnav pushed the door open and saw Jennifer. She was clinging to her grandfather and was sobbing.

Arnav moved towards her and put a hand on her shoulder.

Jennifer lifted her head and turned to look back.

"Daaddyy!!" Jennifer squealed and jumped in her Daaddyy's arm.

"Jennifer" Arnav kissed her hair.

"Daaddyy you are here? You kept your promise"

"Of course I did. Arnav Singh Raizada never breaks his promise.."

"Daaddyy you will not leave right?"

"Never!"

Jennifer lifted her head to look at him.

"But Mommy?"

"Your Mommy had agreed too, sweetheart"

"Really?"

Arnav nodded his head.

"Oh Jesus! Mommy agreed? Thank you thank you, Daaddyy!" Jennifer showered him with kisses.

Arnav chuckled and looked at the other occupant of the room.

"Hi, Mr. Gomes" Arnav greeted.

"Hello, Arnav!" Mr. Gomes reciprocated the greeting.

 

"Now happy Miss.Gomes?"

Everyone turned to look at Khushi who was standing near the door.

Jennifer nodded her head vigorously.

"You guys talk, I will see the dinner"  Mr. Gomes exited the scene.

Khushi came and stood in front of the father-daughter duo.

"But, Mr.Raizada, what about the lost eight years?" Khushi crooked her eyebrow.

"I can make up for that.." Arnav grinned at Khushi and winked at Jennifer.

"Yes, Mommy. Daaddyy is really good at making up" Jennifer grinned.

 

Arnav moved forward and kissed Khushi, sealing the deal just made by him.

So, Guys! How was it? Here's the journey of Jennifer finding her Daaddyy comes to an end! I hope that you enjoyed this story! And as I had said in the starting the concept is inspired by a movie, so the movie is The Game Plane-starring Rock. It's a great movie, so if you guys are free then you should watch it.
