That night Angad put the little statue on his nightstand. He was truly touched that someone actually cared so much for him. It just made him get all-weak in the knees and a giddy feeling. He probably had one of the best sleeps that night then he ever had.

The next morning, the media had done a number on the show. They were praising the show so much and commenting how the Khannas really knew how to organize a grand event. They also went on to praise Kripa. They talked about her potential and how she would be a wonderful asset to Angad and his career. They actually talked more about Kripa then Angad and the whole show. The media was quite impressed with her.

Well everyone thought this was really good news except Naina. She hated the fact that Kripa was getting so much attention. She didn't want her to be in the lime light as much as Angad. She decided that it was time to have a meeting. She immediately called everyone, Damini, Prithvi, Mishty, Angad, Karthik, and Dilip.

She was very worried that this new potential star, Kripa, could take everything that they had worked for. She was really worried that the media would pay more attention on Kripa then Angad and she would not allow this to happen.

Everyone arrived at the Khanna house. Everyone took a seat while Naina was pacing. Finally Angad looked up and said, mom is everything okay. You seem to be really tense with something. I mean considering that the show went really well, I don't see what worries you could have. Naina gave Angad the sharpest look a mother could give, and said; my tension is that girl, Kripa. Everyone was shocked to hear this. They were like what the hell did she do that you would be tense over her. Naina then threw the headlines from the show at the table. They all looked at but were all still very confused. They didn't understand why Naina was having a cow. Then Naina went on to explain how the media loves this girl and we can't risk that. Any time we launch a newcomer, we cannot afford that newcomer to receive more attention then the star, then Angad. In the future that could prove to be a really big problem for us. Some people understood and accepted what Naina had to say for example, Karthik, Anita, and Dilip. Then we have those that were totally opposed to what Naina had said like Angad and Prithvi. Misthy and Damini were neutral.

Dilip chimed in and said I think Naina has point that we should really consider. If the crowd would want Kripa more then Angad then Angad will lose that fame and position that he has earned. Anita said, masi I think you are right, even last night after the show the press was all over Kripa. They left bhai and ran to that girl. Angad gave a very unsettled look and said, mom I think you are blowing all this out of proportion. I don't think any of this will happen plus I don't think that Kripa is that type of girl. Karthik says, but Angad it doesn't take long for a person to change and become greedy. Prithvi got up and said, I don't think Kripa is like that and I fully agree with Angad, this has been completely been blown out of proportion. There is a really heated argument going between the two sides, and we have Damini and Mishty just listening. They are trying to figure out what is right and what isn't. Then finally, Naina shouts my decision is final, I do not want Kripa to perform with Angad any longer. As soon as she said, we see Naina sideways glancing and we see Kripa standing next to the door with tears in her eyes.
