Now we have Karan enter. He has a very fearful look on his face. He has been trying to get a hold of Kripa the whole night. The German doctor that will be doing Kripa's surgery after the concert wanted to meet her and discuss everything with her. If he didn't get a chance to meet her then he would cancel the operation. Karan was frantically trying to locate Kripa. He spotted her standing in the corner. He then approached her and was tying to be as pleasant as he could be. Kripa was really surprised to see him. Karan explained to her the whole situation and said that she must go with her immediately. They were about to leave when Naina approached and asked what was going on. She looked at Kripa very sternly and said that please don't create any scenes. Karan looked at aunty and said I am really sorry but Kripa and I have to go for a very important meeting. Naina without knowing the situation said that right now we are having a very important party. Please reschedule your appointment. She walked away. Kripa looked at Karan and said, please don't be upset. I know we need to meet the doctor but this party is very important for Angad's upcoming tour. He needs Nitin uncle to sponsor him and I don't to do anything to jeopardize this. Please Karan you understand don't you. Karan obviously didn't, to him the most important thing was Kripa's health. He looked at Kripa and said if we don't go meet the doctor tonight, he will cancel the surgery and we can't risk that. Kripa looked at him and said, Karan its okay, if he can't do the surgery tomorrow after the show then you can. I trust you more then you can ever imagine. She patted him on his hand and said, don't worry everything will be fine. Kripa didn't know why she was risking her own health but she had to be with Angad. This was an opportunity that he couldn't miss and nor did she want him to.

Finally Sonia aunty and Rahul came back and went straight to Kripa. Kripa introduced Karan as her childhood friend. They mingled for a while and then Karan excused himself saying that he had some unfinished business at the hospital. He was going to try to talk to the German doctor and convince him to keep the surgery.

After a bit of dancing, and eating Nitin went up to Naina and Damini and said that I would love to do the promotional tour for Angad and Kripa. We can work out the entire contract deals the day after the concert. Right now you guys focus on the concert for tomorrow. Then he spotted Kripa and excused himself. He went over to her and said that it was a pleasure meeting her and that he was very excited to do business with a talented girl like herself. Kripa was really confused but just nodded and smiled. The Ahuja's all left and so did everyone else.

The only people left were family and the Boses. At this point Kripa went over to Damini Aunty and asked her what Nitin Uncle meant. Damini went on to explain that he will be doing a promotional tour for both Angad and herself. Kripa looked at aunty shocked. At this point the whole family was all there listening. Some were really happy (Angad) and others were smirking (Naina).

Kripa looked at Damini aunty and said that she won't be able to do the show. She said it with a bit of confidence and sternness but in a nice way. She wasn't trying to be rude but with the operation and everything there was no way that she would be able to go on tour. Everyone was absolutely shocked. They looked at her like what are you doing that is so important that you won't be able to go on a tour that make you one of the biggest stars.

Naina looked at her and said, why won't you be able to do the tour. Kripa said that after the concert tomorrow I will be going back to Nainital. I was under the impression that I was only doing the concert and so I decided to go back and start working at the music school in Nainital. Damini aunty with a smile said, that's okay beta call them and tell them that you won't be able to come because you have something far more important to attend. At this point Kripa was totally lost. She had no idea what to say but someone how she had to figure out how to get out of this mess without telling everyone that she was a severe heart patient. She had no choice but to just nod and say okay.
