Chapter 41

 

EPISODE – 55

 

She was sleeping peacefully. Her glowing face had a big smile. Her long open tresses lay scattered on the pillow. Her hands were adorned with a beautiful bridal mehndi design upto her elbow. Beneath her shorts, her legs also had henna decked up to her calf. Next to her pollow was a diary, her personal diary and a peacock feather kept between the pages was peeping out.

 

He opened the page where that peacock feather had been kept. There was some dried henna on that page.She had written it after the mehendi ceremony today. It had something that brought a smile to his face. He read it:

 

"Sagai, sangeet, mehendi saari rasmein ab poori ho chuki hain. Aur kal... SHAADI! Sirf 24 ghanton ka faasla bacha hai par yeh ek din, pichle us ek mahine se bhi zyaada lamba lag raha hai jo maine aur Raj ne hamare is naye rishtey mein saath guzaare hain. Hum dono ek doosre ko itne saalon se jaante hain par phir bhi sab kuch naya naya sa lag raha hai. Yeh ehsaas jo aaj mere dil mein hai, bilkul naya sa hai.

 

Sote, jaagte, uthte, baithte aur kuch bhi nahin soojhta. Sirf us pal ke baare mein sochti rehti hoon jab Raj aur main ek saath apni nayi zindagi mein kadam rakhenge. Kal se mera ek naya naam hoga.... Mrs. NAINA RAJVEER SINGH SHEKHAWAT. Oh my god I am going mad thinking about all this. Aaj bhi pata nahin kitni der tak main apni mehndi mein Raj ke naam ko hi dekhti rahi. What the hell are you doing with me Raj?

 

Tumhare pyaar ne meri zindagi badal di hai Raj, I just hope that I don't let you down ever.... Main poori koshish karungi ki main tumhari jitni achchi dost thi usse kahin achchi life partner banoo because I know you will be the best husband a girl can dream of....I love you Raj!"

 

"I love you too." He whispered.

 

The smile on her face widened. She heard it even in her deep slumber. He gently stroked her hair off from her forehead. He took her hand in his own and had a look at her mehendi. She hadn't removed it yet.Henna green colour in a beautiful design was still sticking to her fair skin making a beautiful contrast. She suddenly turned and tightly held his hand in her own. She was still sleeping.

 

He lied down next to her, his hand still in her's. He planted a peck on her forehead and whispered her name in her ear.

"Naina!"

She moved a little.

"Nainaaa..." He whispered again.

She opened her eyes and smiled to see him. She let his hand go, changed the side and slept again. Rajveer got up and shifted to the other side that she was facing now and lied down with his elbow on the bed and head on his palm.

"Naina wake up!"

 

She opened her eyes. Her smile gradually fainted. Her expressions were serious and she looked bewildered. She raised her hand to touch his cheek. The moment she felt his skin under her fingers she got up and sat. She looked completely freaked out.

 

"Kya hua?" Rajveer asked.

"Tum... Tum yahan... Tum sach mein yahan ho. I thought I was dreaming."

"To main tumhare sapnon mein bhi aata hoon... Not bad."

"Shut up Raj! Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho?"

"That is a very stupid question...Tumse milne aaya hoon... Aur kya?"

"Paagal ho gaye ho kya? Kal hamari shaadi hai. We are not supposed to meet before that. Kisi ne dekh liya to.... Agar Bhaiyya ko pata chal gaya TO???"

"To kya... Kuch bhi nahin. Ek to pehle hi main tumse itne dinin se nahin mila."

"Itne dinon se nahin Raj... Sirf ek din hua hai abhi."

"One and the same thing."

"Don't be silly Raj... Kisi ko pata lag gaya tum yahan ho to hum dono mar jaayenge."

"Acha aur maarega kaun? Navin?"

"Haan... I mean may be... I mean... Raj tum please jao."

"Naina... Don't panic! Navin ko pata bhi lag gaya to woh kuch nahin karega."

"Acha... Aur woh kis khushi mein."

"Woh is khushi mein ki janaab khud bhi apni shaadi se ek raat pehle isi tarah chori chuppe Niti se milne gaye the."

"What? And who told you that?"

"No one ned to tell me that. Koi dekh na le isliye I was kept at guard by two of them. Un dono ke romance ke chakkar mein saari raat main jaaga tha."

 

She laughed.

"Hans lo... and by the way, Niti ne tumhari tarah Navin ko get out nahin kaha tha."

 

She made an innocent face. She chuckled and planted a peck on his lips.

"Okay baba Sorry!"

"Much better."

 

Saying this he wrapped his arm around her neck and pulled her closer in a tight hug.

"Nice mehendi." He said after a while.

 

She immediately retreated and hid her hands behind her back.

"Shaadi se pehle mehendi nahin dekhni chahiye."

"Lekin main to already dekh chuka hoon. Infact apne naam ka R,A,V dhoondh bhi chuka hoon. Show me your hand... baaki ke alphabets bhi dhoondhne do mujhe."

"Bilkul nahin... Aaj nahin kal!"

"You are kidding me Naina!" He said going closer to her. He continued when he saw her amused reaction.

"With the world's most beautiful bride with me, you really expect me spend my time searching for my name's alphabets. I think we will be having better things to do. Right!" He winked as he pushed her down the bed slowly, holding her by her waist.

 

She blushed.

"Kal raat ki kal dekhenge... Filhaal aaj stay away!" She said playfully.

"And what if I don't?"

He said kissing on her cheeks.

"Raj stop it!"

"You don't really mean that... Do you?"

 

She bit her lips and shook her head. He got his go ahead. Nothing to stop him now.

"I love You!" His lips brushed against her as these words came out.

 

This time Naina herself pressed her lips on his and he allowed them to enter his mouth. They both let the passion play with their hearts as their tongues interwined inside their mouth and their lips got sealed in a profound kiss. His hands caressed her waist and her belly inside her top.

 

His mouth released hers and his lips moved downwards to her chin and to her neck, her shoulder, her arms..... Her dried henna was coming out of her hands as she clenched his T-shirt tightly. He took her hands in his own after he felt some henna under his hand on the bed.

 

Not much of the Henna had come out but still it was very easy to make out the very dark red of her henna on her palms. They both adored the colour that was looking very beautiful on her palms.

 

He smiled and said.

"Didn't I tell you that I love you a lot?"

She blushed.

Rajveer, for one more time pressed his mouth on hers for a deeper and more passionate kiss.
