A map of Delhi was lying on the bonut of Maya's jeep and all the eyes were fixed on it.

"Aaj pehli baar Delhi mujhe bahut bada state lag raha hai."

"Shut up Raj and focus."

"Focus on what Navin... Mujhe kuch samajh nahin aa raha what should we do and where do we start from."

"Sir, quite obviously terrorists would target the areas that are most thickly crowded."

"Lekin aise bahut saare areas hain Delhi mein... How do we zero in on 5 such places ACP Tiwari."

 

They all stared at the map for a little more time.

"Alright guys, it's not gonna work like this. Hamare paas itna time nahin hai ki hum itni detail mein sochne baithein." Rajveer retreated.

"To kya karna chahiye humein?" Neetika asked.

"Time to get going Captain Sahay... Ah... I mean Captain Ahluwalia. Do one thing, you contact the Bomb Squad... Tell them we would need them anytime and anywhere. They should be ready. Alert them. ACP Tiwari, aap apne seniors se immediately permission lijiye aur poore sheher mein isi waqt curfew laga dijiye. Ab se theek ek ghante baad koi bhi Delhi ki roads pe nazar nahin aana chahiye. Aur agar koi dikhe to use custody mein lijiye... Thoroughly check them and if they are clean make arrangements to escort them to some safe place. Captain Shergill you talk to our senior and ask them to help Delhi Police procure the permission for this curfew. Main aur Navin, we'll zero in on the susceptible areas and check them on our own and ACP saab you increase the police patrolling of these areas. Captain Shergill will assist you with the co-ordination task. And Neetika, you are co-ordinating with the Bomb squads and keeping an eye here since rest of us will be busy elsewhere. Am I clear?"

"Ek minute Raj... Agar yeh baat public mein spread out ho gayi ki Delhi mein is waqt 5 Human Bombs khule aam ghoom rahe hain aur is tarah se urgently Curfew laga diya gaya hai... do you realize the extent of panic that will be there in the civilians."

"I do realize that Navin... But the thing is I prefer panic over deaths. We can atleast save them this way and this will also make people cautious."

"Lekin is tarah se hum log..."

"Navin... Panic situation out of control tab hogi jab logon ke paas sahi information nahin hogi... If these terrorists can use radio to reach out to the public, we can resort to bigger mediun... Tele Vision! Cook up a story and headquarters se ek official Press release issue karwa do."

"Leave it to me. I'll make sure only qualified information hi baahar jaaye. No one will come to know ki there is anything at all about 'Human Bombs' and the first one is gonna blast itself sharp at 12." Neetika took the responsibility.

"Do you think unhein message mil gaya hoga?" Naina asked Alekh.

"Let's pray they have got that. Uske baad we don't have any other way to find out except for waiting for a few hours. Uske baad ya to Delhi mein kahin ek dhamaaka hoga ya phir yahan in logon ke beech... On their failure."

"I wish the second one happens. I want to see their faces when they fail."

"And I wish, your wish is granted."

Rajveer and Navin were trying to figure out the five zones where most probably the blasts could take place. Naina had told them that there are 5 Human Bombs and they'll blast at an hour's gap. The first one will blast sharp at 12.

 

"Blast sites should be those jahan destruction maximum ho. Jitna zyada destruction hoga utna zyada log and government terrorise honge." Navin said.

"Correct. Ek-ek karke dekhte hain. Let's start from Chandni Chowk area. This maket is always over crowded. Besides it's also a residential area. Matlab double damage."

"So we have one. Second I think.... CP... Either Pallika... Since it is an underground market to blast mein logon ke bachne ka scope is almost nil. Effect of the blast here will be maximum. Or Janpath, it's also crowded all the time that too with not just Indian crowd but also foreigners hit this market very often."

"That makes the count 2. SN market. Pehle bhi is jagah ko target kiya jaa chuka hai. Yahan ek blast ho chuka hai."

"Total count three. Fourth I think will be multiplexes and malls. Youth ke liye aaj ki date mein it's the most popular hangout."

"But Delhi mein to bahut saare malls aur multiplexes hain."

"I know it's vague but... Possibility hai."

"Correct... Mainly I would say... PVRs, Ansal's and Shopper's Stop!"

"Hmmmm... Aur kahan ho sakta hai... Embassies areas ya historical monuments."

"The latest in Delhi... Akshardham!"

"Point! That can be a possible target."

"Aur kuch ho sakta hai kya?"

"Ab bhi Delhi mein koi jagah bach gayi kya... Vague ideas consider karein to we are talking about more than half of Delhi."

"I know yaar... But we don't have so many choices. Hum kuch bhi ignore nahin kar sakte."

"Lekin hum ek cheez ignore kar rahe hain." Rajveer looked thoughtful.

"Infrastructure... METRO!!"

"Metro ki security ke liye to we'll have to count upon Metro police. Hum log single handedly itna sab kuch handle nahin kar sakte."

"Aur do ghante mein to bilkul nahin. But the question remains.... Itne saari jagahon mein se which one will be hit first."
