Its night………

 

Arjun slowly remembers the incident and bhumi's face……..face filled with tears come in front of him………..

 

He is very angry with what happned but also feels very sad and and sudden urge to see bhumi fills him…..

 

 

Thinking that  whether will she talk to him……he finally musters up courage and goes to see bhumi….

 

 

He hesistantly enters her house and rings the door bell and he sees bhumi opening the door……..

 

 

Bhumi is shocked to find him……..and tears again flow down her cheeks……her eyes full red as if she had been crying the whole day……..

 

 

B: yahan kyun aaye hain…?

 

A: who main us bachche ko dekhne ke liye aaya tha……..wo ab kaisa hai.

 

B: chintu….bilkul theek hai……..aapko uski fikar karne  ki zaroorat nahi……..(trying to balance her voice)

 

 

A: (his voice curt) agar aap uska utna hi khayal rakhti to aaj who is halat main nahi hota……..agar main wahan nahi hota to…

 

 

Bhumi suprisedly looks at him… …but doesn't say anything……..she is still crying

 

 

Arjun sighs and continues:

 

A: see bhavri……

 

B: nahin …….. mera naam bhumi hai……..

 

Arjun is a bit shocked……..

 

B: theek hai aapne use bachaya hai(wiping her tears) to jakar mil lijiye…par who so raha…….(gives him the way to move in)………she goes away and stands on the other side

 

Points him the room of chintu…..

 

He sees the child and while returning sees bhumi who is standing near a window and crying very much…………..

 

 

He goes near her and touches her arms….

 

A: bhavri……

 

B: (removes his hand) aapne chintu ko mil liye ………to jaa sakte hain……..(angry)

 

Arjun comes closer to bhumi and holds and turns her to face him……but she looks away………

 

A: bhavri……..main janta hoon tum mujse naaraz ho…..par socho agar us bache ko kuch ho jata………to log tumhe hi bura bhala kehte mujhe nahi………..

 

bhavri tumhe us bache ko akele chodkar nahi jana chahiye tha…..woh chota bachcha hai………use samaj nahi hai par tumhe to hai na……..hmm

 

 

Holding her arms tightly……

 

 

Bhumi sees point in his words and looks at him………

 

 

A: bahvri mujhe galat mat samajo………main to bas tumhari galti samjhana chahta tha tumhe………aur kuch nahi…..

 

B: sach aur kuch bhi nahi……..

 

Arjun looks a bit confusedly at her

 

B: to phir tumne yeh kyun kaha ki main aksh ke saath romance kar rahi hoon………

 

 

A: (gets a bit annoyed on hearing aksh's name) isiliye kyunki tum wohi kar rahi thi…..(removing his hands from her shoulders…….his voice stern)

 

Bhumi is shocked………

 

B: tum aise soch bhi kaise sakte ho ki main……aksh ke saath…..woh sirf mera ek achcha dost hai aur tum………mujhe yakeen nahi hota ki tum aisa soch sakte ho(disgustingly)

 

A: (looking at her sharply) soch sakta hoon bhavri…..bilkul soch sakta hoon….agar  tum din raat usi ke saath rahogi……yeh tak bhul kar ki main kab aa raha hoon…..main aisa soch sakta hoon….

 

Continuing………

 

A: (curtly) tum janti ho main wahan tumhe pal pal miss kiya karta tha………..aur tum ho ki………tumne to mujhe yaad tak nahi kiya hoga……kyun yaad karogi…company dene  ke liye  tumhara dost jo tha yahaan par………

 

.tumne to ye bhi nahi socha ki arjun wapas aaya hoga ki nahi………frusta jo nahi thi……

 

 

Bhumi listenes all this quitely

 

 

B: sach kaha tumne……..main aksh se saath bahar gaayi kyunki chintu chahta tha….main nahi…..(almost screaming and looking in his eyes with anger)….lekin main jaha bhi thi……tumhe hi yaad karti thi…….raat ko tumhare wajah se so nahi paati thi….

 

Breaking down………

 

B: aur tum kehte ho ki maine tumhara intezaar nahi kiya……….pal pal yehi sochti ke tum kab wapas aaoge…..sirf darwaze par nazare tikaye baithi thi!!....aur tum…….

 

Crying she stops speakin…….

 

Arjun sees the sincerity in her eyes and feels sorry for what he did and instantly holds her in his arms tightly …and she goes on crying in his arms……..

 

After a while arjun releases his arms only to cup bhumi's face

 

He looks at her lovely and bhumi looks at him and arjun strokes a finger to wipe of the tear still rolling down her eyes………L

 

 

Looks lovely  and smiles ……..bhumi's heart melts seeing his smile and she stares at him forgetting everything……..

 

Arjun comes near to kiss her forehead……he kisses her forehead ……….then he kisses her eyes…bhumi closes her eyes and then…..arjun looks at her again lovely and bhumi opens her eyes and gets lost in his eyes……..

 

A: bhavri main tumhe kisi aur ke saath nahi dekh sakta hoon!! Mujhe achcha nahi lagta….(possessively)

 

Bhumi is silent…….

 

A: bhavri I missed you a lot………(coming a bit closer to her)

 

They keep looking at each other……

 

After a moment arjun's gaze slowly shifts towards her lips….. his expression now changed from lovely to passionate ……he looks at her lips …bhumi notices this……….

 

He slowly proceeds to her lips……..bhumi shuts her eyes and is quiet as if allowing him……….he comes very close to her lips ……….and is about  to kiss her……

 

 

When ………suddenly phone rings and they both are bought back to reality ………..

 

they are both shocked and look at each for a second and then arjun releases bhumi and bhumi goes to pick up the phone and arjun is a bit embaraased ……

 

bhumi is a bit shaken up and she goes to pick up the phone…..

 

Its keshav on the line………

 

 

K: arrey bhumi………kaisi hai

 

 

B: bhaiyya aap(nervous by the incident that happened just now)main……who

 

 

K: kya hua bhumi………itni pareshan kyun……….

 

 

B: nahi bahiyyaa(trying to conceal her nervousness)aisa kuch nahi……..aap kaise hai……..aur kaam kaise chal raha hai…..

 

 

K: main bilkul theek hoon……….tu to theek hai na……… (Concernedly)

 

B: haan

 

K: achcha……… maine bahut dino se phone nahi kiya …..isiliye……achcha chalo rakhta hoon main…..apna khayal rakna…..

 

B: hmm..

 

Bhumi keeps the phone down and feels embarrassed to go into other room where arjun was standing……

 

A: (standing near the window facing outside……..turns back on hearing her paayal's voice to face her) bhaiyya ka phone tha……..

 

B: hmm…

 

A: who……bhavri mujhe chalna chahiye …bahut raat ho gayi hai.tum apna khayal rakhna.Good night.(smiling)

 

Bhumi doesn't say anything and retires to her bed…..and remembers the incident just happened……..she starts blushing………when she thinks of how she felt in his arms and  then how he was about to kiss her………..she blushes and digs her face in her pillow……….

 

Thinks to herself………

 

Kuch rishte anjane mein ho jate hai,
pehle dil phir zindagi se jud jate hain,
kehte hai uss daur ko PYAR,
jisme dil se dil na jaane kab mil jate hai

She again blushes;…………she falls asleep……

 

Arjun on the other hand…….also is not able to sleep properly……..he keeps tossing on the bed……….and is very happy……..

 

Thinking what  happened between them……he was almost there to kiss her……he feels like going to her ……again….and again………

 

bahare rangin lagti hai
yaad kisi ki waqt bewaqt satati hai
Dil me ajeeb si tadap hai
aur ye kaisi bechaini hai
shayad yehi pyar ka asar hai
