Just then in the this time of night……her phone rings…….she had just fallen asleep......she picks up the phone......

 

 

Its aksh…….

 

 

As: hey,......arre bhumi tumhe pata hai us town festival ke bare main……its gonna be  a grand affair……..

 

 

B: (yawning) nahi maine to nahi suna……

 

 

As: to ab sun liya naa……to ab chalo who festival kal shaam ko hai…..

Its gonna be lot of fun…….

 

 

Bhumi is a bit worried as she doesn't wanna go…..

 

 

what if arjun comes to know that she had again gone with aksh ….he wont like it……she didn't wanna make him angry again……..

 

 

……so she makes a false excuse

 

 

B: nahi!! Main nahi aa sakti

 

 

As: come on bhumi!! Why not??

 

 

B: dekho aksh wohh party der tak chal sakti hai aur chintu bhi to ghar main akela hai……

 

 

As: arre bhumi its okay naa….chintu smabhal lega ……

 

 

B: nahi aksh….us din beach main bhi sia hi huwa tha…..main phir se risk nahi lena chahti…….

 

 

As: bhumi suno…….achcha hum jaldi aa jaayenge…….dont worry!!

 

 

B:par……..

 

 

As: ab haan bhi keh do…….promise hum jaldi aa jaayenge

 

 

Bhumi thinks to herself:

 

 

B: arjun to office ke kaam main busy hoga……use to is festival ke bare main pata hi nahi hoga…..aur jab tak dinner pe aayega main wapas aa jaaongi!!

 

 

Hmm is tarah who bhi naaraaz nahi hoga aur akshi bhi khush rahega!!

 

 

 

As: bhumi!! Bhumi itna kya soch rahi ho??

 

 

B: theek hai baba chalte hain………..

 

 

Then next day morning…….

 

 

Arjun arrives early to  bhumi's home…….

 

 

B: tum yahan itni subah?

 

 

A: bhavri……main  keh raha tha…….yaha ek local fest hai kal……main chahta hoon tum mere saath kal waha chalo…….

 

 

Bhumi is shocked as to how he knew about that fest and more than that he was aking her out for the same

 

 

B: arjun who……..woh…….

 

 

A: itna kya sochna bhavri…….chal rahi ho naa mere saath……

 

 

B: tumhe koi kaam nahi hai…….mera matlab hai tum bahut busy hote ho naa

 

 

 

A: (surprised) haan par kal mujh zyaada kaam nahi hai……so decided main kal shaam tumhe 8.00 baje lene  aa jaaonga…..be ready……okay……

 

 

Just then…….

 

 

B: arjun main who…….

 

 

Arjun turns around……..

 

 

B: main who…….woh……aksh ko haan kar chuki hoon…….fest ke liye……

 

 

A: ( a bit stunned) what!! Come again come again…….

 

 

B: arjun who aksh ne subah hi aakar fest ki baat kardi…..maine soch tumhe pata nahi chalega……tum busy rahoge……..aur main…….

 

 

A: (angry) aur tum wahan maze udaaogi!!

 

 

Bhumi doesnt like that tone of his.......

 

 

B: nahi!! Mera matlab who nahi tha

 

 

A: alrite then use mana kar do ……(casually) as simple as that………

 

 

B: nahi main ……..er……use achha nahi lagega…….

 

 

A: haan tum usko mana nahi kar saki naa…..tumhara dost jo hai……..main kaun hoon kuch bhi to nahi……..

 

 

B: who baat nahi hai

 

 

A: whateva………forget it!!

 

 

Sayin he storms out of the house………bhumi is sad…….she didn't know how to react………….

 

 

 

Evening………bhumi is no mood for going to the fest……but she still gets ready for the sake of promise given to aksh………

 

 

Aksh arrives in time……bhumi goes with him……although her mind keeps drifting to arjun and his words………..

 

 

They both reach the place…..and they go in…….they go hand in hand……..

 

 

The place is full of crowd……full of colours…..many stalls….dance….pomp……flowers…..fun…… a fair……..and all the fun…..

 

 

In short it was a excellent arrangement of the fest and fun………

 

 

But bhumi was hardly interested in all this……her mood was not at all good……

 

 

Aksh notices this…………

 

 

As: bhumi ye kya huwa tujhe……there's so much fun happening all over here……enjoy urself naa……….

 

 

Bhumi just smiles…..he takes her along with him to all the stalls and then they come for dancing…………

 

 

They start dancing…..its too much crowd……aksh starts enjoying himself completely…….Bhumi is still engrossed in arjun's thoughts……..

 

 

The time just passes…..and bhumi and aksh are separated…..

 

 

 

Aksh hardly notices this……but bhumi is worried to the hilt…..she starts calling his name....

 

 

she even sees him and calls him…..but her voice is not able to tear off the noise in the party………………..

 

 

She is worried………just then a guy starts misbehaving with her……

 

 

The gguy: hello !! aap akeli hai!! Main bhi akela hoon lets go and have fun naa………

 

 

 

He holds her wrist and pulls her towards him……..

 

 

The guy: lets have fun naa babay!!!!!!

 

 

B: chhodo mujhe!!

 

 

the guy: arre  we both are alone…..hum ek doosre ko achchi company de sakte hain…….

 

 

Bhumi feels like crying…….tears start rolling from her cheeks

 

B: chodo mujhe…….

 

 

The guy: itni jaldi kya hai!! Ek dance to ho jaaye! Waise mera naam shunty hai aur tu……

 

 

 

Bhumi bites his hand and runs away……

 

 

Shunty: aarrghhhh……kaththi hai

 

 

He runs behind her……he is high on alcohol……..bhumi keeps on running and after some moments when she doesn't see that man……

 

 

she rests her head in a tree………and closes her eyes.......

 

 

 

Shunty comes near her and shouts

 

 

Shunty: HEHEHEHEoOOOOOO

 

 

B: AAAAAAAAAAAAA

 

 

Just then a hand comes and stops the guy…….

 

 

Bhumi looks up at him……..It was arjun…….his eyes red……

 

 

A: maine kaha chodo

 

 

The guy: who are you to say that

 

 

 

Arjun makes the guy release bhumi……..and catches hold of the guy…..

 

 

A: agar apni zindagi ki salamaati chahte ho to yahan se chup chhap chale jaao……warna zindagi bhar dance karne ke layak nahi rahoge!!

 

 

 Shunty  is a bit frieghtened by all this……..and he leaves………

 

 

He leaves…….arjun looks at bhumi…….who is sobbing…….

 

 

A: ab kyon ro rahi ho…..woh tumhara dost kaha hai?? Hmm

 

 

B: (crying) pata nahi……yahi tha…..dance ….chala gaya….

 

 

Arjun understands that she was a bit scared ………..

 

 

A: chalo ab yaha se……..come……

 

 

 

Arjun holds her in his arms and leaves…….he makes her sit  in the car…..

 

 

As soon as they sit in the car……bhumi starts crying…….

 

 

A: arre bhavri kuch bhi to nahi huwa……

 

 

B: nahi mujhe tumhe iss tarah chodkar nahi aana chahiye tha

 

 

Just then arjun realizes that bhumi is crying over something else…….

 

 

He slowly brings her to him…….

 

 

A: bhavri kya huwa Kyon ro rahi ho…….

 

 

B: arjun maine tumhe chodkar nahi aana chahiye tha………main sirf tumhe hi yaad kar rahi thi….. I am sorry!!!!!

 

 

A: bhavri its okay…..seriously…..chalo ab rona band karo…….

 

 

B: nahi mujhe phir bhi tumhe iss tarah chodna nahi chahiye tha

 

 

Just then another car passes from the other side......

 

 

The guy in that car looks at them......arjun feels a bit embarrased.....

 

 

A: bhavri shut up!!! log dekh rahe hai

 

 

B: to dekhne do......mujhe aisa nahi karna chahiye tha

 

 

A: uff galti ho gayii.......utro meri gaddi se

 

 

B: kyon?? tum mujhse naaraz ho naa

 

 

A: nahi .....par ab ho jaaonga ....... for god's sake pls thodi der ke liye moun vrat dharan karo pls.....

 

 

B: par

 

 

A: moun vrat!!!!!

 

 

B: the.......(stops saying anything else)

 

 

A: uff......

 

 

He wipes the tears from her face……….

 

 

B: par tum yaha kaise……tum to……..

 

 

A: who mujhse office main kaam nahi kiya jaa raha tha……aur agar main yahan nahi hota phir uss aadmi se tumhe kaun bachata hmm…….??

 

 

Bhumi feels sorry and sad…….

 

 

B: mujhe tumhe

 

 

A: I said moun vrat!!!!

 

 

Bhumi falls silent

 

 

Then they drive back home…..
