Chapter 7

PART 6

 

Aaliya got ready and at 8:30 went down for breakfast.

The moment she reached the dining hall, her eyes searched instantly for Aamir as he had said that he would wait for her, and he kept his word, he was there near the entrance to the cottage staring at the sea nearby.

 

Aaliya was nervous, excited and shy all at the same time.

 

When she was close enough for Aamir to hear her she said, " I hope I did not make you wait for long."

 

Aamir was startled, but his voice remained calm, " not really", he said.

 

" Lets go have breakfast," he said. Aaliya nodded and followed him.

 

Half the way to the dining hall.

 

" Aa.. aa.." Aaliya was a bit hesitant.

 

" Do you want to ask me something?" Aamir asked. He had understood the hesitant feeling that Aaliya had.

 

" Well yes." She said.

 

Aamir stopped, and turned around so that he faced Aaliya.

 

" No actually I just wanted to ask whether your sisters' had come in last night. I wanted to meet them but I did not know when I feel

asleep."

 

" No actually they did not. They decided all of a sudden that they wanted to spend the night at their friend's place nearby. They will be arriving here soon, I'll have you guys introduced formally."

 

"That's great."

 

 

Both of them headed towards the dining hall.

They finished their breakfast unaccompanied, as everyone else seemed to be too busy to eat with them.

 

 

" Would you like to go down the beach with me?" Aamir asked a little while after they had finished their breakfast

 

Aaliya was a bit hesitant but her heart and Aamir's politeness brought a yes to her mouth instantly.

 

" Sure."

 

 

And thus they both walked down towards the beach together.
