xcuse me Officer, can you please tell me what is going on here" Naina asked one of the officers there.

"Bomb Blast hua hai madam" He answered.

"What the hell? Bomb blast?"

"Haan madam"

"Any casualties"

"Madam dekhiye yahan pe bheed mat lagaeye. Please."

"Look officer, I am Captain Naina Singh and I need to know what is happening here"

"Oh!! Madam abhi ek ghante pehle yhan pe ek chota sa blast hua hai. Humein kisi ne phone kar ke bataya tha ki yahan pe bomb laga hua hai lekin isse pehle ki bomb squad yahan pahunch pata, yeh blast ho gaya. Lekin koi casuality nahin hai."

"Okay, thank you Officer. Can you tell me road clear hone mein kitna time lagega"

"About half an hour maam"

"Thanks"

Naina came back to her car. She thought first of all she should inform about her delay to the academy. Major-General Chandok was still popular for his discipline and when it comes to indiscipline, he believed Naina and Rajveer are the best, hands down.

 

Naina finally reached academy at 1930 hours. She was too late. Order lee informed her that Major-General Chandok has asked her to meet him first thing in the morning. She was walking down the corridors of KMA. It wasn't that bad to be back there. Infact it wasn't even half as bad. She was nostalgic. KMA days still had a very special place in her heart. She realized that only now. She stopped in front of Wall of fame. Her Bhaiyya's picture was hanging there on the wall.

""Waise Bhaiyya the bahut dashing" She smiled at her own silly thought. But after seeing that photograph she felt some happiness on being back.

"Welcome back to Kanchanjunga Military Academy, Captain Naina Singh" That voice was so familiar. It was Dr. Shalini. She was still there. Naina was elated to meet her after so long. She has always been a friend for all the cadets in the academy. Besides when Naina was in the hospital she developed a very nice bonding with Shalini, since she hardly had any one else to talk to.

"Ma'am, it's so good to see you again"

"Same here Captain Singh"

"Please Ma'am, call me Naina"

"Okay Naina, so how was your journey"

"Arggghhh….Please ma'am ask me anything but not that"

"Ok Naina…Just relax. By the way tum kafi late ho gayi aane mein. Everyone here was expecting you. Even the cadets. They have heard so many things about you that they were dying to meet you."

"Hmmm… looks like kafi speculations hain yahan pe mere aane ko le kar"

"Haan…everyone wants to know ki is bar Naina ke vapas aane se academy ke kitne rules tootne waale hain" They both had a hearty laugh on that.

"It's good to be back ma'am" This time Naina meant it.

 

Very soon Naina became very popular amongst the cadets. Not just because she was a good teacher but also because she was a stunner. She knew that more than half of the male cadets of the academy had a crush on her but she was enjoying it. She remembered how Huda and Yudi used to fight for Simran Maam's attention. It was normal for guys at their age. Besides she found a very good friend in Dr. Shalini. They gelled very well & her company was as fun as ever. Her life in KMA was smooth. Infact much smoother than the last time.
