(Next day)morning breakfast time sujal is supposed to leave today

Ashoke –well everything went fine yesterday without a hitch.(happily)

Sam –it did….

Sid –yah kaveri looked spectacular, sanskriti too

Sam –nick looked as if he wud drop his jaw off.. don't u thin so sujal?

S –yeah he was pretty mesmerized.

Sid –she looked it, didn't she?

S –of course she did. She was the girl.

A –well I think kashish looked very nice too. Just like her mom.

K –thanks dad.

Sid –really… I seemed to have missed u.. what did u wear?

K was hurrying up with her food coz she wanted to get away from sujal. sujal in morning with his wet hair and good morning grin was a lethal sight. She wasn't even listening closely to take offense.

K –umm black. Black lehenga

Sid –u sure? Only black I saw was sujal..

K blushed a little. He matching outfits had been a total accident. No doubt people had looked at them as if they wee a couple last night.

Sam –that's coz u were too busy looking at kaveri. U shud have seen 'em dance.

A –yes thank you. both of u for the dance.

S –it's all right uncle. It was nothing.

K –yah. U don't have o thank us. It's the least we cud do.

A –well all I am saying is that u two make a great team. Whatever u take up always comes off beautifully in the end. Be it a murder case or a dance.

Sam –yeh even hen u two are no willing to do it together.

K –ok thanks for the compliment. Now I gotta go. Bye

S –yeh me too. seeya all in a week.

Sam – uh wait. Sujal when did u say u wud be back?

S –Saturday afternoon.. why?

Sam – cud u go in place to check out the place for the wedding. I gotta go pick up rin that day.

S –sure ok.

A –oh!! I almost forgot. Sujal that lawyer's conference.. is that on Saturday too?

S –umm yes.. I think it is.

A –well then I won't be able to go the restaurant either. Sid why don't u go?

Sid –dad1 u are loosing ur memo. I have to go and pick up nick and kaveri. Remember?

A – well sujal can't go alone!

Sid –then send kashish

A –yes. Good idea. Kashish u go. Please don't say no. there is no other way

K –ok ok.. I wud go, but I have to leave for my camp on Saturday, so I can't.

S smirked chicken

K caught the smirk and glared.

Sam –at what time do u leave?

K -6pm train.

Sid –well isn't there a 1 am train too?

K –but I don't have the tickets

A –I can arrange that

K –but..but…

S –clearly she doesn't wanna go.

K –well yes I don't wanna go with u!! but I'll go for nicks sake(returning sujal's smirk)

S – u will!?!

K –chicken?

S –hell NO. what do I care. I can bear it.

K –fine then 8 o clock

S –better make it 7.30

K –fine. Don't u dare be late by 5 seconds then. Coz u won't see me with u then

S –nothing wud please me more than that. But I'll still be there n time. For nick's sake.

K gave a last glare and stalked out. Sujal clenched his jaw and walked out a min after her. Missing the sly grins of the three men behind him.
