Part 3
Getting Closer
Sia: Ananya sach me hamne itna ghamundee insaan nahi dekha
Ananya: kya Sia abhi tak osse lekar bethee ho. Ab jaane bhi do
Sia: Pata nahi Rajkumar Veer onke bhai kese hai. Wo to kitne acche hai. Logo se baat karne kee tameeez bhi hai. Agar Aryanagar ka koi maharaj hona chaheeye to wo Rajkumar Veer hone chaheeye naake Rajkumar Dharam
Ananya: Ab Sia hum Rajkumar Dharam ko itne jaante nahi to phir aisa kese soch sakte hai. Hosakta hai ke jesa hum soch rahe hai onke baare me waise wo hai nahi.
Sia: Hum jaante hai ke wo aise hee hai. Pehlee mulaqaat me hee pata chaljaata hai. Wese bhi ab humne thaanliya hai ke Rajkumar Dharam ke saath hum kabhi koi rishta nahi rakhna chaheeyenge
Ananya: Theek hai, wese dekhne me to wo bhi bohat acche hai, hai na?
Sia: khaakh acche hai. Jesee seerat, wesee surat, Bhool gayee kya kaha tha onhone, 'Theek hai wo, per itnee khoobsurat bhi nahi ke hamare hosh hee urjaaye' hame to hasee aatee hai onkee soch pe. Khud to kisee bandar se kam nahi or chale dusro pe ungli uthaane.
Ananya: (laughs) Tum bhi na Sia
Both the girls laugh about it and continue mocking Dharam.
Next evening all of them are invited to Devghar by Maharaj Samar Singh. it's yet another jashan where nearly all rajyas are invited. Ananya was expecting Veer to be there and she was glad that he was. When they arrived he approached them and asked her to come with him. Everyone were happy about it but one - Rajkumar Dharam who as usual stood in a corner looking over everyone with contempt.
Nivriti was busy yakking amongst her friends and this time she was showing off more than usual.
Nivi: Aapne sahi suna maharani. Rajkumar Veer hamaree Ananya ko pasand karne lage hai
Devghar maharani: Acha? per jaha tak hame pata hai on dono kee to ek hee mulaqaat huwee hai
Nivi: to kya huwa, hamaree Ananya hai hee aisee jise ek hee nazar dekhe ke pasand aajaaye. Or phir yeh to Rajkumar Veer hai
Devghar maharani: Aap to hai baree naseeb waalee
Nivi: Wo to hum hai hee. is rishte se ab or rishte banenge or phir naseeb to khul ne waala hee hai
Dharam was observing everyone and passing by and he heard Nivriti's conversation and wasn't pleased about it. Then he saw Veer with Ananya and he became even more stiff. So he didn't listen to him.
Meanwhile Sawri and Bhoomi were up to mischief and they began teasing some rajkumars. They tied the boys' feet with cloths and then when the boys' fell after attempting to walk, both Sawri and Bhoomi got into fits of laughter. Then the rajkumars began chasing both the girls and in between Bhoomi threw some of her marbles on the ground which made the rajkumars slip and it gave Sawri and Bhoomi another chance to laugh.
Dharam was observing this and continued disapproving even more.
Sia was with Sunaina
Sia: Yeh Sawri or Bhoomi kabhi nahi sudrengee
Sunaina: Ab Sia, abhi wo dono bacchi hai. Dheere, dheere sab samjh jaaengee
Sia: Jaante hai per phir bhi istarha sabke saamne bhi shararat karna choretee nahi
Sunaina: Ab Sia on dono ko choredo or hame batao ke yeh Rajkumar Veer or Ananya ke beech kya horaha hai
both of them looked towards the corner where Veer and Ananya were talking, smiling and teasing.
Sia: hame to bohat khushi horahee hai Ananya ko aise dekh ke. Bohat khush hai or Rajkumar Veer bhi bohat acche hai
Sunaina: to kya onhone bata diya ke wo Ananya ko pasand karte hai?
Sia: onhe batane kee zaroorat hee nahi paree, onka ishaara hee kaafi tha
Dharam kept staring at Veer and Ananya with a stern angry look as if he was slowly boiling inside. All of a sudden his anger was dying down and he didn't know the reason. then his eyes swiftly moved by the wind and that's when he realised what it was. Rajkumari Sia was smiling and that smile was spell bounding. He tried looking away but he found it impossible.
Sia: Hame to lagta hai ke yeh rishta dunya ke sabse haseen rishto me se hai
Sunaina: Phir bhi Sia, hame lagta hai ke isme jald baazi nahi karnee chaheeye. kamas kam tab tak jab tak khud Rajkumar Veer aisa kuch na kahe
Sia: hum maante hai Sunaina per zara dekho na inhe. inhe dekhe tumhe nahi lagta ke dono me behat pyaar hai?
Again both of them stare at Veer and Ananya and are dazzled by their proximity. it surely did reflect love.
Meanwhile Dharam had forgotten about Veer and Ananya as his gaze was fixated on only one person - Rajkumari Sia. He hadn't noticed this in the first meeting but now something was different. She was different.
Half an hour later
Sunaina: kya tumhe pata hai pichle aadhe ghante se Rajkumar Dharam tumhe hee dekhe jaarahe hai
Sia: Pata nahi onkee kya samasya hai. Agar wo samjh te hai ke mujhe yu apne ghamund se darra sakte hai to phir yeh unki ghalat femi hai
Sunaina: Shayad kuch or baat hai
Sia: Tum onhe choro. Yaha pe or bohat saare behtar log hai
Sia and Sunaina continue chatting
Devghar Maharaj's daughter Rajkumari Antara is also one of the stuck up wannabes. She also has quite close relations with Aryanagar and has always had an eye for Dharam and has done many things to get his attention but he has always been uninterested. This jashan is boring her but seeing Dharam is the only best thing.
Antara: Rajkumar Dharam, aap yaha aaye oske liye shukriya, warna hum jaante hai ke aap ko aise chote logo se milna pasand nahi (referring to everyone else but her)
Dharam: Baat to sahi hai per is baar hame in logo me se kuch aisee cheez milee hai jisse hum apna dhyaan hata hee nahi paarahe hai
Antara: (feels delighted) Acha? kya hum jaansakte hai ke wo kya hai
Dharam: Kabse hum hamare dimaag me chun anokhee aakho ka naksha banarahe hai
Antara: Sach? (evene more delighted) ab hame un aakho ke maalik ka naam bhi bata dijye
Dharam: Rajkumari Sia
When she heard that she frowned and looked in the direction he was looking at and when she saw Sia a rage filled up in her and she burned with jealousy. then she just walked off with a humph.
Veer and Ananya were lost in their own world
Veer: aapko hamaree kavita kesee lagee?
Ananya: Bohat hee khoobsurat thee
Veer: Per aapse ziada khoobsurat nahi. Aapkee khoobsurti ko me labz me bayaan karhee nahi sakta. phir bhi koshish zaroor karta hu
he handed her another scroll and she took it shyly. then began reading it.
"Lafzo me kehna saku
bin keh bhi rehna saku
nasha hee nasha raat din hai
na poocho mera kya haal hai"
She kept blushing and smiling in between whilst Veer kept admiring her innocense.
"mera dil meree jaan.
Me yaha tu hai kaha
mein dekhu murke jidhar
aaye mujhe tu nazar
kehtee hai chahate deewaana me hogaya
Teri chahat me sanam najaane kab khogaya
yeh kaisa hai asar mujhko na itni khabar
kab jaaga kab sogaya
jaaneman jaane ja"
Ananya: aapne to hame kuch or hee bana diya hai Rajkumar Veer
Veer: Aap hai hee aisee to isme mera kya kasoor? Puree dunya ek taraf or aap kee sundarta ek taraf. Sach me ek nasha banke hee mere andar utar gayee hai.
he came closer to her and she became shy
Sia and Sunaina were observing and both were delighted with the sight.
Bhoomi and Sawri had now become bored with teasing the rajkumars and wanted to do something else.
Bhoomi: Pata nahi or kitna yahapar rehna parega
Sawri: yahape kuch naachna gaana bhi nahi horaha
Bhoomi: kese hoga, wo Avantika itna bura sitaar baja rahee hai
she stood up and strode towards Avantika
Bhoomi: Avantika! Avantika! apna yeh sitaar band karo
she said it so loud that everyone paused and looked in their direction
Avantika: yeh kya Bhoomi, hume yaha pe hamare nritya kala ka anubhav milraha hai or tum hame band karne ke liye kehrahee ho
Bhoomi: kyu ke ose sunkar hamare kaan pakgaye hai. osse na hum naach sakte hai or naahi maze karsakte hai. Hame naachna kudna hai
Avantika: abhi hamaree teen chaar sur rehgayee hai oske baad tumhe jo karna hai karo
Bhoomi: nahi! isee waqt yeh band karo. Ma! Ma! aap kaheeye na Avantika se ke yeh band kare
Nivi: Avantika band karo ose. wese bhi yaha koun sun raha hai wo sab bakwaas. Bhoomi ko naachna kudna hai to karne do
Avantika makes an aghast face and Bhoomi giggles and sticks her tongue out at her.
it just puts up a show in front of everyone and Sia just wants to hide away somehwere. She is really frustrated with her foolish sisters.
Avantika: (stands up) Theek hai, tumhe jo karna hai karo. Hum chalte hai. Hame koi shoke nahi aise bandaro kee tarha uchalne ka.
Bhoomi just makes a face at her and walks off towards the group of people with the instruments and other people who want to dance as well. She drags the previous rajkumars with her too.
Everyone seem to smile at all of them and some join in and some observe.
Sunaina: Lagta hai Rajkumar Veer or Ananya kee jodi sabse khoob rahegee aaj raat
Sia: Bikul
both of them looked upon the dancers and Veer and Ananya also joining in. Everyone were enjoying themselves.
Dharam still stood staring at Sia and occasionally observing Veer and Ananya. He had realised both of them were getting quite close and if he didn't do anything quick then things would become worse.
Dharam thought: hame tumhe rokna hee hoga Veer
just then he heard a soft laughter and he turned towards Sia again forgetting about Veer and Ananya.
Maharaj Samar Singh: Rajkumar Dharam aap yaha akele kya karahe hai? aap bhi jaaye in logo ke saath
Dharam: Ji nahi, hame aisee fuzool kee harkat karne ka koi shoke nahi
Samar Singh: Fuzool kaha? ye bhi to bus ek kala hai
Dharam: Hum jese logo ke liye nahi
Samar Singh: sahi me, theek kaha aapne
Bhoomi and Sawri have got over excited with the rajkumars now in the dance.
Sia: hame lagta hai ke hame hamaree dono behno ko roke na parega isse pehle ke dusra tamasha hojayeh
she tells Sunaina and begins walking towards the dancers passing by Samar Singh and Dharam.
Samar Singh: Ah Rajkumari Sia
Sia: Maharaj (turns around with a smile)
Samar Singh: aap bhi yu yaha akelee kya kharee hai? apnee behno ke saath naachna nahee hai aapko?
Sia: ji maharaj, is baar hum hissa nahi lenge per agli baar zaroor
Samar Singh: Are aise kese. Dekhye hamare paas aapke liye behtar saathi bhi hai
takes her hand and brings to Dharam
Samar Singh: Rajkumar Dharam dekhye Rajkumari Sia bhi yu akele kharee hai. Kyu na aap dono milke isme hissa le
Sia: nahi maharaj, hamne kahana ke is baar hum hissa nahi lenge (frowns at Dharam)
Dharam: hame koi takleef nahi hogi aapke saath hissa lene me
Sia: Per hame hogi. Hamne kaha na ke is baar hum hissa nahi lena chahte. Aapke saath to bilkul hee nahi
saying that she strode towards the dancers.
Dharam was dazed by her attitude but instead of getting angry he felt impressed. Soon the night was over and the jashan was over too.
Few days later in Sumaina
The family is having dinner
Sainik: Maharaj, yeh sandesh Rajkumari Ananya ke liye aaya hai
comes forward and hands Ananya a scroll
S.M: kahase aaya hai?
Sainik: Ji Aryanagar se
Nivi: Aryanagar se (really excited and gets up and goes towards Ananya) Lao hame dedo (snatches the scroll)
Ananya is not happy about it. it could be yet another one of Veer's poetry and she didn't want everyone to know.
Whilst Nivriti read it her face was lit up and she couldn't stop smiling.
S.M: kya likha hai maharani
Nivi: Maharaj jiska hame andesha tha wahee huwa. Rajkumar Veer ne hamaree Ananya ko Aryanagar aane ka niyota diya hai
Ananya and Sia both were delighted
Nivi: yeh to bohat hee acchi baat hai. Hame lagta hai tumhe aaj raat hee nikal lena chaheeye
S.M: Maharani itnee raat gaye aap Ananya ko bhejne kee soch rahee hai, or phir bahar itna toofan bhi hai
Nivi: Wahi to agar yeh isee waqt nikle gee to phir kal subhe tak pohoch jaaehgee or phir waha rehne ka bahana bhi miljaaehga kuch din toofan kee wajese
Ananya: Ma! yeh aap kya kehrahee hai
Nivi: sahi kehrahe hai hum. Ananya tum jaane kee tayaari karo or ha hame lagta hai ke aap akele hee jaaye bina koi sainik ya daasi ke. Or behtar hoga. Phir Rajkumar Veer tumhe jaane hee nahi denge
Sia: ma hame lagta hai kuch ziada horaha hai
Nivi: Sia tum bhool rahee ho ke hum tumhaaree ma hai, or acha bura tumse behtar jaante hai. Bus hum kuch nahi sunna chahte. Maharaj aap bhi kuch nahi kahenge is baar
Everyone is helpless and Ananya has to oblige to her mother's wishes. She is literally sent out by herself in a lone carriage. the night is terrible with heavy wind and rain and Ananya is having a hard time.
Sia is looking at the weather from her room window and is really worried about Ananya and hopes she is well.
Next morning Ananya opens her eyes and sees she has entered Aryanagar. Her eyesight is faint and her head is pretty heavy.
When her carriage stops outside the mahal she steps out cautiously and looks around at the surroundings. one sainik comes and asks her who she is and then takes her inside
When she walks through the lavish halls she is awed by it's beauty but feels a bit light headed. When she enters one hall she finds another rajkumari there.
Antara: aap koun hai?
Ananya: Ji hum Rajkumari Ananya hai Sumaina se
Antara: oh to aap hai Rajkumari Ananya. hum sab aap ka intezaar karahai the. Aapka safar kesa raha?
Ananya: ji...ji...theek...theek raha. (she is finding hard to stand and talk)
Antara: hum yaha kuch dino ke liye kuch kaamse aaye hai. acha huwa aapse mulaqaat bhi hogayee. Rajkumar Veer kuch khaas kaam ke liye bahar gaye hai, kuch dhair me lautenge. Aap aaye behtye
Ananya: Ji hum wo.... (the world is spinning around now and before she knew it she fainted)
Avantika: Sainiko! sainiko!
Sainik: Ji Rajkumari
Avantika: Jaldise hamaree madad karo or kisee vaid ko bulao. Rajkumari Ananya kee tabiyat theek nahi
The sainik obliges and then carries Ananya away to a room.
