Episode 15

The college day has ended Angad and Kripa are both home by now and in their room. Each of them are thinking the same thing weather or not to call each other .

Kripa: Should I call??

Angad: no… I don't know how she is going to react.

Kripa: but we have to work together and we should get started as soon as possible.

Angad picks up the phone and starts dialing while Kripa looks for the phone number he gave her.

Angad: remember don't argue with her no matter what she says.

Kripa's phone rings. Kripa: hello

Angad: Hello, this is Angad

Kripa: oh, hi, I was going to just call u, we have to work together on the project.

Angad: I know where are we going to meet.

Kripa; umm… the library would be good.

Angad: I don't think we would be able to work efficiently over there, why don't u come over to my house.

Kripa thinks for a while: Aliya will also be there so I don't need to worry… ok angad I ll be there in a little while.

Angad is waiting and waiting then finally the bell rings. He springs up off the sofa so fast that it seemed as if there were needles stuck in it. He goes to the door half walking half sprinting. He opens the door and kripa walks in. She is wearing a casual shirt and a comfortable pair of pants.

Kripa: Nice house

Angad: Thanx, lets go to my room

Kripa feeling uncomfortable: Is Aliya home?

Angad: No, she had soccer practice, and she is not back yet.

Kripa to herself: god kripa get a hold of ur self, quit thinking soo much, he is just telling u too go to his room. big deal!

As they are about to leave Naina enters the living room.

Angad: Mom, she is Kripa, Kripa Sharma, she is working with me on one of projects (just to make sure she doesn't mistake her as his girlfriend).

Kripa: Namaste aunty

Naina: Namaste, hmm… Kripa Sharma, beta is ur mom' s name Gyatri.

Kripa: yes aunty, but how do u know her? Kavya enters the room

Kavya: Mom I have to go to office, I just remembered I had an urgent appointment.

Naina: Office again, but u just came, ok if u want to go then go but first meet Kripa. She is Gyatri and Delip's daughter. To Kripa: u know me and ur mom used to be such good friends in college. Kripa smiles. To Kavya who is trying to figure out who she is talking about: Are beta don't u remember we met them at Mr. Kapoor's party last year. It finally strikes.

Kavya in an almost horrified voice: Is ur sister's name Anjali Sharma.

Kripa's smile slightly drops on hearing his horrified voice: Yes, I am her sister but she has been living in USA for the past 2 years.

Naina: Angad, Kripa has been to our house for the first time show her around

Kripa: Thanx aunty

Angad and Kripa walk away leaving Kavya distressed, he wanted to stop her ask her so much but all he was able to do that time was stand there reliving the events that had occurred 2 years ago reawakening the pain he had long forgotten.

Flash back (just random scenes that Kavya is seeing):

Kavya and anjali meeting for the first time at the party, dancing, hoping that time would stop there.

When he had first realized he was in love.

The walk on the beach when he had confessed his love and she had even promised him that they will always be together.

She leaving him with just a letter.

Kavya breaks down: why Anjali why did u leave me?

Kripa and Angad are exploring each of the rooms. Aliya's room, then angad's mom and dad's room. Only 2 rooms are now left Kavya's and Angad's. Kripa enters Kavya's room which is very organized, and filled with many books. The walls are quite empty except for a waterfall painting on the wall opposite of the bed.

Angad: Ye bhai ka Kamra hai. He likes everything to be perfect, and as you see we never have to borrow books from the library because bhai has every book u can ever dream of. Kripa being one of the smartest students is of course in love with books.

Kripa amazed: Wow, so many books. She picks up a book laying on the bedside table. She explores the cover for a while and then flips through the pages, something falls out, Angad also notices. Kripa bends down and picks it up, flips it to the other side. It's a photograph of none other then her dear sister Anjali!! Flash back: how Kavya had reacted, hearing Anjali's name.

Angad: What is that? Kripa snaps out of her thoughts

Kripa stuffing the photo back in the book, oh nothing just a book mark, lets go Angad we also need to get started on the project.

Angad: ya, lets go

Kripa to herself: I don't know why I didn't tell u the truth angad but this just doesn't seem the right time. Is kavya the reason Anjali doesn't want to come to India?

Angad reaches his room opens it partly so only he can see his room, it is of course as messy as always.

Angad: er… can u wait outside for a sec.

Kripa: umm… sure

He goes inside the room and does some quick cleaning. He stuff's his clothes in the closet, take everything else and stuffs it down the bed, straightens his bed sheet. His room may not look as perfect as Kavya's or Kripa's but it looks presentable. He just forgets one minor thing.

Kripa walks in and what she see makes her eyes widen in shock, she looks at angad raising her eyebrows.
