Chapter 13

Recap: professor asks everyone to get with their partners and start working on the project.

Kripa goes and sits next to Angad still unable to believe that she would have to work with someone that had made her roam around the school for almost an hour. And not for a short period of time for 3 whole weeks!!

Angad on the other had could not believe his luck or destiny because luck had been on Prithvi's side but it was destined for Kripa to work with him.

Angad still grinning: Hi, I am Angad

Kripa: Ya I know, how can I forget YOU (emphasis on you).

Angad: Oh.. I know ur upset because of the prank but it was just a silly joke, I m really sorry for it.

Kripa: Ya, ya, whatever, its ok, but this better not happen again or it really wont be good for u.

Angad: ok, did I tell u that were looking really beautiful today.

Kripa: so ur saying that I looked ugly yesterday.

Angad: no, that's not what I…

Kripa cutting him off: Ya sure, no need to get fresh with me, I know how u guys think.

Angad opens his mouth to argue but knows that it would not be wise so he just changes the subject: Er… can I have ur phone number?

Kripa: phone number???

Angad: Yeah, I will have to contact u… because we have to do the project.

Kripa: We! There is no we, there is just me and you and you don't have to have to anything I will do it on my own.

Angad now losing his patience, his voice shaking from trying to control his anger: no this also has my grade in it what if u screw it up.

Kripa: don't worry hun I m not irresponsible like some people.

Angad now really mad and yelling, the rest of the class turns to look at them argue: You have no right to call me irresponsible!!! Ur not the only one with brains u know.

Kripa: I never called u irresponsible its not my fault if you count ur self within those "some people" and the way ur talking it seems as though u have lead filling ur big head rather then a brain.

Angad: You know what ur right there is no we only me and you and I m doing the whole thing on my own while u can just go to hell!!!

Professor: Both of u just stop it!! I don't remember telling that any of you can work on this project alone. If both of u don't learn to cooperate with each other peacefully then u will both receive a big zero. The main purpose of the project is to work with someone that u don't know. U both exchange ur phone numbers and addresses now. I want to see both of u working together without yelling at each other.

Professor had successfully stopped both of them from yelling at each other but just the looks that they gave each other showed how much they hated each other. They did work on the project together but all they did was end up ridiculing and rejecting each others ideas even if they liked it very much. The bell finally rang, it seemed as the longest class period either of them had experienced. Kripa leaves with Prithvi while Angad with Josh.

Kripa: god Prithvi I wish I was working with u, this Angad is going to drive me crazy he annoys me so much. Just looking at his face makes me mad!!

Prithvi: come on he is not that bad ur probably just mad at him because of the prank. But I must admit ur pretty brave, I have never seen anyone let alone a girl argue with Angad Khanna.

Kripa: Why whats so great about him, he seems as an arrogant loser to me.

Prithvi smiles: Well.. He is rich, good looking, popular, and he has a lot of "influence" (referring to girls) if u know what I mean.

Kripa: So what am I suppose to worship him for that. I don't care about all of that, I care about how a person in from the inside, like u prithvi are so sweet and caring. Anyways I m in the crafts and Arts building so bye and see u tomorrow.

She leaves prithvi standing there in complete awe, her voice repeating in his head like a broken record player "ur so sweet and caring" he smiles. Kripa? Can she be the girl I have always been looking for? He shakes his head a couple of times in an attempt to shake off that thought from his mind and heads off towards class.

We see Josh and Angad walking towards a classroom.

Angad: oh god that girl is impossible to talk to she gets mad at me for the smallest things and when prithvi called her hot she did not say anything at all.

Josh is sniggering: that was so funny though u and Kripa were fighting like little kids and what did u expect after the prank she would obviously be mad at u.

Angad: I am starting to hate her more and more as I get to know her but at the same time she is so damn hot. What annoys me soo much is that she seems knows me too well, its as if she can read my mind.

Josh: I told u she was different, but she probably is more similar to u than u think. I mean u both love to argue, u both are stubborn, both top students, both studying music, u have girls running behind u and well guys cant stop looking at her, and u…

Angad cutting him off: No way dude. First of all I am not stubborn and second of all I never argue with anyone its just her.

Josh: Well u never argue with anyone because no one argues with u they know that they cant win. And I have about a million examples of how stubborn you are.

Angad has no answer to give him so he just shuts up.

Josh: So what do think are u going to drop the idea of spring dance with Kripa.

Angad: no way. Are u crazy she might be stupid but she is still hot, I m going with her. And once Angad Khanna decides something he never back away.

Josh: Ok, fine do what u want, ur too stubborn and will never listen to me, so I m not wasting my time arguing. But if u want to impress her u got to stop arguing with her.

Angad thinking to himself: Ya I better stop arguing with her and i got to have her forgive me for the prank. He starts to think of a plan to try to bring her closer to him.

Little does he know that it would result in a major heartbreak for him.

Next part: Kripa goes to angads house (for real this time), she finds out something related to anjali!!
