Chapter 3

Pratima and Devesh looked at each other; they knew so many beautiful memories Suhaney Pal are there in their marital life, the ones that mean the world to them, which make them so very happy. Why have they been looking at the other side of the relationship all the time recently?

Yaad karkey kahan galat gaye they woh,

Dil mey hazaar nafrat key beej panap jatye hai,

Yaad agar karey kaise sab kuch debethey they woh,

To Dil ko samajhnekey liye, pyaar barsane keliye asaani hoti hai

They were now among the few couples left to share their thoughts , the happy moments seem so very few for most of the couples there… and that thought had actually sprung up in most of the minds of the people there. Knowing a thought a lesson in life, to get, to derive, to have many beautiful memories, many Suhaney Pal in their life to lead a life positively as that will be the ones, which will always make them to smile and make them to know life wasn't bad it was good at so many time.  That will enable a positive energy to enjoy and to feel as a winner… Some kind of silence could be felt in the whole place as if everyone thinking about this… not only Pratima and Devesh but each one sitting there… wanting to remember the happy moments in their life and they r so very lucky to have it…

Zindagi ko agar khushi khushi jeena hai,

Aur Ek dusrey key bin agar Naa jeena hai,

To ek dusrey ko mauka to dena hoga,

Ek dusrey ke sath rehkar beech ke faslo ko meethana hoga…

The next prop was seen and everyone started laughing endlessly… the prop was a remote control…. All were sure having beautiful moment with remote is just not possible, fights happen all because of it.  The few couples were honest to admit they r disqualified as with the remote in hand they can recollect all the fights at the time of dinner or a cricket match or a serial… few couple had a happy situation to say as  buying huge TV and taking the remote in hand… when Devesh & Pratima were asked Pratima said,

Pratima: I remember I was watching news on Tv in the evening and

Devesh was in the room uploading  pictures on his website and at that time the tarot reader on the news channel said the Bhavishya vani of all the star signs… I wasn't interested to hear that so I was switching the channel and Devesh said, "hey wait lets just hear …" as the voice of that reader sounded very sweet to him.. And I was like… 'no'…

Devesh said, 'come on'… and I was saying… they say everything nonsense… I had switched off the Tv  and he came and he again put on the channel..  The Tarot reader read my birth sign .. and Devesh said, 'hear … listen about u .. ur future for today' it irked me, and I got very furious yelling 'No.. I don't want to.. Its all crap.. ' and.. And I switched it off.. 'he again took that and had on it...and said 'dehkhooon aaj tumhara bhavishya kya kehta hai…'  the tarot reader said, 'Aap ka meejaj chichida hoga….'

Devesh heard

and said .. 'Wow!! Listen she is so right.. See urself.. how irritated u r.. she is perfect bang on..'

I switched it off again..and said, its baseless useless.. I don't believe in all this.. and Devesh was enjoying and tried to irritate me more saying, I believe it once a tarot card reader had told me the girl whom I will marry will have the power to heal others in pain…and see u do .. As a doctor..

Pratima said, 'really ?'

Devesh:  ya the tarot reader also said, she cant heal me but can make hell for me.. Pratima got angry and threw the pillow on him …

Devesh laughed and switched the channel again… the tarot reader said,, 'Aap ka hath kisipe uth sakta hai isliye sayaam rakhe kahin kissi mushkil mey naa fass jaye..'

Now Devesh was excited he said, 'Pratima see how right .. she is saying.. U lifted ur hand on me.. didn't u hit me with the pillow… she has said, u shouldn't lose ur control.. sayaayyam rakho … ' and  Pratima was angry…

Pratima: I better loose my control but not this remote control….

She tried to snatch from him.. and Devesh again switched it on… the tarot reader said, "Aap ka shani bhari hai.. parishram karnepar bhi safalta haath sey chuutati jayegi..hath mey kuch nahi ayega…" Devesh laughed and said… " see .. u  couldn't get this.. tumhare hath mey kuch nahi ayega… she has said so rightly…" Now Pratima wanted to prove that tarot reader wrong and take that remote from his hand… with been so close to him.. she held his hand.. and took him close and kissed his cheeks.. and hugged him while trying to seduce him.. Devesh was totally taken unaware and before he could realize .. she had snatched that remote and

she said, ' I think I was right… the tarot reader is wrong.. While she took the remote .the tarot reader said, "Jo aap ke hath mey aye woh sahi dhang se kamaee hue ho yeh koshish karey galat rasta apnaey par hath mey kuch ajaye lekin baad mey pachtava hoga duvidha mey phas saktey hain….." Pratima got angry hearing that and Devesh was smiling .. Pratima switched off the Tv but Devesh went close to her to prove how correct the tarot reader is… and didn't remove her from his clutches…

Devesh: Galat dhang sey kamaee jo hath aye uska parinaam duvidha mey daal sakta hai.. u heard it right..

Pratima: duvidha ..Nothing here..

Devesh: hai.. as u have completely changed my mood... now there is no other work.. but love me baby kiss me baby… 

He tried to make her hand feel his bare chest and Pratima couldn't stop smiling ….

Pratima: Let me go…. Plzzz ..

Devesh  switched on the Tv now and the tarot reader said, "aap ka shani bhari hai lekin rahu ke honey par parivaar ko pass layega. Hath mey laabh na ho lekin parivaar mey prem banaa rahega… "

Pratima just smiled and couldn't say anything now there were many co-incidents going as she hung herself on to Devesh smilingly Devesh too smiled and kissed her.. she too kissed him and said,

Pratima: This is just weird..

Devesh: U have started believing in it…

Pratima: No, but its fun to hear them once in a while.. If it makes u leave ur work and take me so close enough…

Devesh smiled with that.. Both kissed each other on the lips…and in the background as the tarot reader was reading it out… he said, "yeh hai aap key aney waley Kal ka bhavishya…  ab dusrey rashi ki aur jatey hain Unka KAl ka bhavishya padhtey hain " Pratima looked at  Devesh,

Devesh closed his eyes feeling opps, this wasn't today prediction but tomorrow and Pratima had laughed while Devesh too and threw themselves up on the sofa laughing it out..

Pratima shared this memory and everyone there were smiling and laughing… while Pratima and Devesh looked at each other that day .. that moment… It was the day when they had spoken about future together never to let any Rahu Ketu Shani to make them leave each other. That was the moment when Pratima & Devesh had made dinner together and had felt love in every morsel of the food they ate. Devesh had left for Germany the next day and Pratima had got busy with her scheduled operation. The tarot reading was a trick for God to make them to love each other… that's what they felt now…  They silently looked at each other knowing there is so much happiness they have shared and so much pain now they r going through but this moment remembering those fond Suhaney Pal they have only one thing in mind. To love and start loving and feeling each moment the same way which they shared for so many years.
