Prithvi puts out his hand for Angad to shake but Angad doesn't respond, Prithvi notices a shocked Kripa standing next to Angad. Angad sees him looking at Kripa, holds her hands and goes away.

 

Lakshya looked at Prithvi as Angad and Kripa walked off

 

L - sorry dude....I.....I'll be right back

P - its ok (thinks) what's Kripa doing here....

 

Angad and Kripa were standing by the bar, Kripa was looking very scared, she held Angad's hand

 

K - he's here....he's going to take me away

 

Kripa tightened her grip on Angad's hand causing Angad to look at her

 

K - why is he here...why now

 

Angad couldn't see Kripa like this and hugged her, he kissed her forehead and caressed her hair

 

A - I won't let him touch you, I won't let him Kripa

 

Angad and Kripa were disturbed when Lakshya came to them

 

L - bhaiya what was that? Prithvi was greeting you politely and you just walked off, that wasn't nice

A - Lakshya go away.....now

L - no, not before you explain....

A - get lost!

 

Angad glared at Lakshya who stepped back and walked to Prithvi

 

L - I apologise on behalf of my brother

P - nah its ok Lakshya

L - come I'll introduce you to my family

P - sure

 

Lakshya introduced Prithvi to the rest of the family, Sujal noticed Angad watching them with an angry look on his face, Sujal excused himself and went to Angad

 

S - bro, is everything ok?

 

Sujal noticed Kripa hugging Angad tightly

 

A - bhaiya leave us alone please

S - ok....

 

Sujal walked off, Angad held Kripa close to him and rested his head on her head softly, he closed his eyes until Naina came to him

 

N - Angad meet Prithvi, Lakshya's friend

 

Angad opened his eyes and rage was shown clearly, Naina looked at him and looked at Kripa who had tears in her eyes

 

N - Angad.....Kripa, whats wrong?

 

Prithvi put his hand out to touch Kripa when Angad held it

 

A - don't.....touch....her

N - Angad what's are you doing....

P - aunty its ok, I know Kripa...

 

Angad pushed Prithvi away

 

A - don't even dare to take her name from your mouth you *******

 

Kripa clutched on to Angad's back as Angad faced Prithvi when Lakshya came

 

L - bhaiya what the hell are you doing?

A - don't get involved Lakshya, get this guy out of here before I lose my patience

P - Angad....you can't stop me from talking to Kripa...

 

Angad punched Prithvi's face

 

A - I said don't take her name!!!!!

D - Angad what are you doing!

P - its ok uncle, Kripa come here

A - you just don't listen

 

Angad pushed him then punched him and Prithvi fell back on to the floor, Prithvi got up and was about to punch Angad but stopped and he moved Angad out of the way and held Kripa's hand

 

P - we need to talk

K - Angad.....

 

Angad was very angry now

 

A - you just made a wrong move

 

Before Prithvi realised, Angad pulled him away from Kripa and began beating him up attracting everyone's attention, he pushed him out of the hall and pushed him onto the ground, Sujal and Kavya came running out side and held Angad to stop him from killing Prithvi

 

S - let go Angad

Ka - you're going to kill him

A - that's what he deserves! let me go!!!!

S - no! Kavya take him into the car

 

Kavya took Angad to the car despite Angad's protests, Kripa came outside and Angad made her sit in the car and drove them both home, Sujal helped Prithvi into a cab and told the cab driver to take him to the hospital, Dilip announced the party was over and all the guests left and the family went home.....

 

D - what is wrong with you!

 

Dilip was angry at Angad, Kripa was merely sitting on the sofa with her arms around her knees while Dilip yelled at Angad

 

D - answer me! I'm so disappointed in you! is this how you wanted to celebrate your mom's birthday? was this the surprise you wanted to give her?

S - dad calm down

D - how can I calm down? this boy just embarrased us all, Angad do you have any answers?

A - none of this would have happened if Lakshya hadn't invited that good for nothing Prithvi

L - if I knew you were going to react like that then I wouldn't have

A - what the heck are you doing with a friend like him?

D - don't change the subject

A - I can't tell you

 

Kripa who had been silently watching finally spoke

 

K - tell them Angad

A - what?

K - tell them.....its ok

A - are you sure?

K - yes

 

Angad sat down next to Kripa and put his arm around her, Kripa rested her head on his shoulder and listened as Angad narrated her past to them, she had tears in her eyes by the end of it, Lakshya kneeled in front of Angad and Kripa

 

L - I'm sorry, if I had known...the last thing I wanted was to hurt you or Kripa, I'm sorry bhaiya

A - its not your fault...you didn't know, but now everyone knows I don't want that good for nothing anywhere near this house or Kripa, or I will kill him

D - Angad I understand your feelings for Kripa but Prithvi is her fiance

A - was

D - no he is, if Kripa hadn't have ran away from her home then she would be marrying him next month

S - any ideas on what you going to do?

Ka - how will you keep him away without killing him?

A - I don't know..not yet anyways but I'll think of something soon

 

Naina stood up and took Kripa upstairs so she could sleep while the guys were still downstairs discussing what to do

 

S - no one can force Kripa to get married, she's over 18, its her own choice

Ka - but her parents don't think that

D - the way I see it, the only way we can keep Prithvi away from Kripa is if Kripa marries someone else

A - then that's it

L - what?

A - I'll marry Kripa.....or I'll convince Prithvi that we are already married

S - are you sure?

A - we don't have any other option, I won't let him ruin her life any more than he already has

Ka - in that case...either you ask Kripa to get married or you come up with a way to obtain a fake marriage certificate, if Prithvi is adamant he will want proof

S - I can take care of that

A - I'll talk to her

 

coming up - Kripa says no to Angad so Sujal plans to get a fake marriage certificate
