Chapter 14

Her tests were done and the reports came soon to. It was the next day , Arnav was again and again going through her reports. And everytime he opened them , he remembered her sad face, when she heard about how Level 1 had not worked for her. Arnav had told her that Level 2 , the final and dangerous Level can be performed only after a minimum gap of 15 days , so she have to wait for 5-6 days more. He didn't wanted to perform this 2^nd level as it was really dangerous , and if even a small thing went wrong , then it would become impossible to save Khushi. But , Khushi somehow persuaded him , and made him agree.

He closed the file and got up from his chair and walked towards the glass window to have a look of the busy city. He looked at the road and suddenly a smile lit up his face , he knew how to cheer her up. And not wasting anymore time , he went out of his cabin.

Khushi was sitting on the bed and was as usual talking with Akash, when Dr. Payal came in with a bouquet  of white orchids  and Khushi winked at Akash and asked

"Oh ho! Dr. Payal.. kya baat hai... white orchids... kisake liye hai.. kahin yeh mere side ke bed par lete hue patient ke liye toh nahi..."

Payal suppressed her smile and said

"Aha.. Khushi tumne thoda galat guess kar liya... yeh toh Akash ke side waale bed par lete hue patient ke liye hai.."

"What ??? Mere Liye ???" she asked all excited.

"Haan tumha r a hi toh naam likha hai... and tumhe hi dene ko bhi kaha gaya hai..."

"Kisne ????"

"Aur kisne... tumhare Doctor ARNAV ne..." and saying this Payal burst into laughter and Khushi blushed and said

"Dhat !!! aisa thodi na ho sakta hai..."

"Aare aisa hi hai... and iske saath ek chota msg bhi likha hai... though maine msg nahi para hai .. still I will help you in reading."

And saying this she brought the bouquet near her bed and opened the small folded card and looked away, giving Khushi her privacy.

 Our Date 11pm.

Arnav.

She read it , and re-read it and smiled and said

"Dr. Payal hogaya.. thank you.. you can turn now.."

"So kya likha hai tumhare Dr. Arnav ne..." she asked fully curious , Khushi smiled and said

"Yehi.. ki Dawai time pa le le na..." and saying this she started laughing while Payal said

"Haan... haan .. thik hai mat batao... Aagar woh mere senior nahi hote ... Toh mai zarur padh leti.." and from side Akash added

"And also aagar yeh unn se nahi darti toh..."

"Shut up Akash" payal said while keeping down the bouquet on the side table.

Khushi after Dr. Payal left looked at the clock and saw it was only 11 in the morning. Still 12 hours left. Akash laughed seeing her condition and said

"Khushi abhi bahut time bacha hai..."

"Wohi toh ..."

"What ??? Mujhe laga tumhe sayad tension ho raha hai ... or you are nervous... but tum toh..."

"Ofo ho Akash.. mai bhala nervous kyu houngi..."

"Nahi maine suna tha... that girls before going on a date become nervous."

"Aare... nahi mujhe kyu tension hoga... na mujhe dress select karna hai aur na makeup karna hai... aur na kuch "                                                  

"Hmmm... Who bhi hai.."

That's when Dr. Payal re- entered and said

"Akash we need to  go for your check uo..." and then both Akash and Payal left the room.

Khushi sighed and looked at the clock it was showing 11:20 . She looked at herself and said

"Mai sayad duniya ki pehli ladki houngi... jo... aapne first date par hospital ke kapde pehen ke jayungi... whatever... but pata nahi Arnav ne kya arrangements kiye honge... Eeehhh... M so excited..."

There Arnav entered his room , and being tired simply lied down and soon slept.

TOO SHORT ???? YAAA... I KNOW.. BUT DONT WORRY.. THE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL UPDATE WILL BE A LONG ONE... SO KEEP LOOKING , IT WILL BE UP ANYTIME ...
