The whole family witnessed Kunal getting debarred on his own case. They waited for him outside court.
Siddhi: Seema Bhabhi!, I would like to stay at Kapil bhaiya' house tonight. ( She probably didnt want to discuss what happened in the court with others)
Seema: I'm sorry Siddhi, All this is happening, I dont know who to blame. ( consoles Siddhi by hugging her)

Anand: She was here a few minutes back bhai
Seema: Bhaiya! actually she left to her bhaiya's house for tonight. Let her be there, she needs to be left alone sometime.

Anand: Bhaiya! we need a lawyer for the next hearing. If my licensce was active I would have fought but now we need someone

Kunal gets immersed in the paper work not looking at time, when he realized it was already 8 pm and he lost one day.
He walks through the streets of chembur, the same street which he walked years as a kid, as a young man in love, as a drunken loser and now as a worried husband. The road to the end leads to his home but Kunal's heart was somewhere else, probably all these days he went hope to look for that face which greets him despite his rude face. And today she wont be there, he looked up for a second and walked the other way.
Siddhi was letting her tears flow on her balcony away from everyone's eyes.
Siddhi's POV: I hope this night never ends, I wish I could hide myself in the darkness of this night forever. What will Kunal do now? Will he able to find another lawyer in time? All this happened because of me, my bad luck ruins everyone around me.
A tall figure looked at her from the corner of the street, as time passed the figure inched closer to her view
Kunal: How long are you gonna water your balcony?
Siddhi: Aap? I'm not watering plants
Kunal: Haan, but you have been crying long enough to water them, Come down
Siddhi ran like a child who saw a balloon leaving all her sorrows behind. (She did a hard stop before Kunal and finally took a breathe..)
Kunal: Aaram se baba, you are not running in Olympics.
Siddhi: Is everything fine Kunal?
Kunal: Haan , sab teek hai
Siddhi: (looks at him)
Kunal: So you want to know why I'm here? ( Siddhi Nodds her head both the ways)
Kunal: Haan bol or Naa bol, what is this ?
Siddhi: Kunal, (hesitates) Did you find a lawyer?
Kunal: Wait, you think that I'm here because I didnt find a lawyer
Siddhi: Aishe nehi!! Why do you always misunderstand me? I was concerned about you
Kunal: Teek hai , chalo! walk with me for a while
Siddhi: Its very late at night Kunal
Kunal: You are walking with your husband not a street rogue ( they walk along as the talk)
Siddhi: But you were a rogue today
Kunal( looks at siddhi): Thank god that I didnt become a murderer today

Kunal: And we shouldnt under value some things in life. Do you want to eat gol gappa?
Siddhi: This time? Its 11 pm Kunal
Kunal: Chalo, lets have some. (Pulls siddhi by her hand into a nearby roadshop)
Siddhi: Aaj kya hua?
Kunal: Havent I got you anything late night?
Siddhi: Not that I can think of, Haan I remember getting some scoldings from you late night but not Gol Gappa.
They both enjoy their Gol gappas and walk little further, suddenly Kunal stops...
Kunal: Siddhi! I want you to take my case, (Siddhi interrupts).. hear me completely. There's a very little chance of winning this case, and I know the odds. The witnesses are against me, no one knew what happened inside, and when the test reports arrive there might be a chance that it says I was under alcohol's influence. I know i didnt drink but I was unstable that night and I have no clue on how and why it happened. I dont mind losing but siddhi, I want my wife to be at my side when I lose. I dont care even if the court or family or the entire world says im a abuser but if you say i'm not that is enough.
Siddhi pulls Kunal into a hug and cries her heart out.
Siddhi( still hugging him, cries): Don't say like that, I wont let you lose.
Kunal(sad): I'm not worried about it, see we both are lawyers and when things turn grey people bring the worst out of them. (pauses a while) Siddhi! i'm sorry once again for all that you went through because of me. (consoles her)
Kunal lovingly looks at his wife who sobbs like a kid, unable to let her cry he holds her face with his palms and goes closer to her. In a fraction Siddhi's tears stop flowing, she was ready to embrace a sweet moment in the middle of the road. Kunal inched closer to her, holding her waist in one hand and her face in other palm went near to kiss her for the first time...
(Ring.. Ring... Ring... Anand's name flashes on the screen, in a jiff Kunal moves back leaving Siddhi in a dilemma)
She was unable to understand Kunal, a moment ago he looked her with love and the next second pushed her like a stranger.
Kunal(to Anand): Haan Anand, yeah I'm coming home. No, I had some work regarding case.... haan, I will be there in 20 mins ( Cuts the call)
Kunal: Voh, actually Siddhi everyone is waiting for me at home (not able to justify his act). Come I will drop you at your bhaiya' ghar
Siddhi: No, I can go alone . Auto!!
Siddhi gets into an auto and leave heart broken.
Kunal left home with emptiness, he waited the next day for her to return home. He knew that no matter how mad she is with him, she always returns for him. But that day she didnt return, he tried calling her but she didnt pick his. The chopra's were worried and upset on Siddhi;s behavior. They expected her to be home atleast a day before the case but she didnt and Kunal was adamant on having her was his lawyer.
on the day of the hearing Siddhi return back to her house(sasural)
Seema: Siddhi! Where have you been? We were worried and Kunal bhaiya was restless.
Siddhi: Bhabi, we have 2 hours before the trail and I want to do something important. You can scold me later ( moves to her room)

Kunal: Aye! the other day I told you that its ok to lose, but I think you were preparing for that yesterday? You have a hearing today and you are home two hours before it?
Siddhi doesnt respond to Kunal's rants, she continues to search for few files and gets her coat ready.
Kunal grabs her hand tight
Kunal: I'm not letting you go untill I get my answer
Siddhi: You might wanna take that back Mr.Chopra, Anand is outside and that might make him uncomfortable ( She mocks him over what happened the other night)
Kunal lets her go without a word.
At Kitchen...
Anouki: Chachi... Chachi...
Siddhi: Anouki beta, kya hua?
Anouki: Chachi, I want to file a case against mom. She told she will get me a teddy bear if I join her in trek but now she is not accepting it.
Siddhi: Next time we can trap mumma and file a very good case where she cant escape.

Like anand said,the best revenge is to win the case.Kunal requesting siddhi to take up his case,saying that even if everyone calls him abuser and all if she doesn't call him so that's enough for him and siddhi hugging him and crying saying that age wont let him lose was emotional .siddhi's court scene was superb.richa getting exposed and the judge giving her punishment was interesting.
