Chapter 19: Ex’s and Oh’s

FLASHBACK: Garima Bua and Shweta comes to the shanti niwas house, Shweta takes the kids upstairs

GB: Are you sure, tu yeh karna chahti hai?

GG: Bua, are you sure that you will be okay once the truth comes out?

GB: yes, its high time that Mr Shanker Saxena knows who he is

GG: then, let the show begin

Anubhav: Tum?????

He stands shocked, perplexed, and angry.

BM: Annu, kaun aaya hai?

Anubhav opens the door, and it is Akriti and Mr Shanker Saxena. Everyone gets up from the living room and stands near the stairs.

BP: Tum yaha kya kar raho ho? Ab kya lene aayi ho?

RKC: mein aayi nahi, bulayi gayi hu, mujhe Mr Yash Nanda se milna hai.

BM: Yash se kya kaam hai tumhe.

Yash: Sorry Maine aapko pechnana nahi.

Divya: Yeh Akriti hai, Anubhav ki Ex-wife

Yash: Anubhav ki Ex-wife se mera kya lena dena, Anu bhai aap hi baat kar lo

Anu: Ms Akriti Saxena, why are you here.

RKC gives the paper to him her house deed and everything,Yash carefully inspects the house paper, meanwhile Shankar Spots Garima

SS: toh tum bhi yaha ho, apni beti aur mera tamasha dekhe aayi  ho.

GB: Tamasha abhi shuru nahi hua hai, yeh toh trailer hai,tamasha toh ab hoga, aur mujhe tumhari aur tumahri iss badtameez beti se koi lena dena nahi hai.

RKC: Papa, aap kyun iss aurat se baat kar rahe hai.

Anu: Ms Saxena mere ghar mein mere Guest ke saath aap respect se baat kariye.

Yash: yeh aapka ghar toh Agarwal builders ke pass girvi rakha tha, aur Agarwal builders toh….

GG: Yash Jiju, woh gaana kaunsa hai, Zor Ke Jhatka hai zoro se laga, and everyone turns towards GG who all this while was sitting  on the sofa quietly. “Lekin yaha toh bahut zor se laga, Hai na?” she comes and stands in front of RKC and Both RKC and M r Saxena  are shocked to see her.

RKC: Tum tumhari himmat kaise hui….

GG: Tchhhhh, don’t even try, Mr Saxena, she looks behind RKC and says, Lagta hai, aap apni beti ko mere rules batana bhul gaye. Aur rahi baat yaha aane ki, who tum yaha Yash Jiju se wajah se nahi, meri bulane pe aayi ho.

Samji nahi mein samjati hu, tum ghar se nikli, Agarwal builders pe pass jaane le liye, who logo ne tumhe Bhatanagar Mansion ka address diya, mere kehne pe, tum Gusse mein Bhatanagar mansion gayi, aur waha kisine door nahi khola phir Watchman uncle ne kaha ki mein yaha hu, aur tumhe yaha Bheja

Mr Saxena looks very scared, and seeing his forehead with droplets of sweat, RKC gets shocked

RKC: Papa, aap theek toh hai, aur aapko itna pasena kyun aa raha hai.

GG smiles looking at his state, and replies: koi Mr Saxena ko pani do, aur  Mr Saxena, rules Samja dijiye please warna…

GG: Good, apko yaad hai, Aur aise hi Dar aur mera Khauff aise hi rakhna, warna......, GB who envelopes kaha hai.

SS: Nahi, Mein aise hi rahuja.

GG: Good I like that, see learn something for your father.

RKC: How dare you?

GG: See, you forget things fast, what did you father say right now, you dnt answer unless asked,  just listen.

RKC goes silent

GG: I brought your house, see its simple, Mr Saxena ne mere company ki account se pehle 50 lakh churaye the, aur usko reprimend bhi kiya, you kept your words Mr Saxena, I liked it but wapas  wohi tarika use kiya, wapas paise chori kiya, toh ab itne paise chori kiya toh kuch actions to lena tha, so joh bhi cheezein  jewellery, ghar aur zameen apne girvi rakha through Agarwal builders, ab kya hua ki muhje pata chala toh meine kharid liye, toh ab sab mera hai

RKC is fuming while Mr Saxena is still looking down whileveveryone else is shocked by her actions, RKC opens her mouth to say, when GG says

GG: abhi meri baat khatam nahi hui hai, toh Agarwal builders ke paise samay se na mile toh usne Bank mein girvi rakha aur meine Agarwal builders ko buy kar liye, 61 percent shareholders hu, so by defecto I am the new CEO, bank mein se ghar wapas kharid liya in the original house value, joh ki 50 lakh ka hai, aur bank ko paise diye, so therefore in conclusion, I am the new owner of the Saxena house and also all the land, Aur rahi baat ghar khali karne ke notice ki, joh tum abhi leke aayi ho, I sent them, 7 din ka grace period maien decide kiya to empty  the house,as  I was going to auction it and sell it in higher price, so mera toh sirf profit hi hua hai, loss bilkul bhi nahi.

RKC: Tum aisa nahi kar sakti ho.

Ab slap number 2: Bua, woh envelopes dejiye please.

Bua hands the envelopes, GG goes to Mr Saxena and say in low tone, that only he can hear

GG: Ek mein apke saare galat kaamo ki list aur photos hai, saare affairs ke photos hai

Dusre mein DNA reports hai, the 3rd is a mystery,ab apki beti kaunsa choose kar woh dekhna hai.

Mr Saxena tires to stop her, but to no vail she stops and looks around at everyone face, especially Anubhav who is still unabel to see this avater of gungun.

GG: 3 envelopes mein se ek choose karo, cmon, she goes near her ears and whispers “joh bhi choose karoje, tumhara chehre dekhne mein mazaa aa gayega.”  She steps back “Chaavi please start recording, tumhare Bhaiya ki Ex-wife ki khoobsurat shakal abhi kya reaction dene wala hai woh dekhne ke liye hamare saath bane rahiye live from Kulshreshth house.

Anubhav steps up to GG and says: Bas karo Gungun, Zyada horaha hai.

RKC: Dekha Gungun mere Ex-husband ko meri kitni care hai, ki woh mujhe aaj bhi pain mein nahi dekh sakta.

GG gets dishearten and says to Anubhav: Bahut fikr ho rahi hai iski, theek hai, toh karo fikr I am not stopping aur tum returning to RKC choose one kya ab toh saare ke saare raaz khol dete hai. Cmon open it

RKC takes the envelopes and opens it, she reads and looks at the photographs and keeps on going thru them and re reads all the papers again and again and then looks at her father.

RKC: Papa, kya yeh sab sach hai?  Papa why aren’t you answering kya yeh sab sach hai.

SS: Yes, everything is true.

GC: Aisa kya hai isme Gungun.

GG: Akriti ki saachai hai, yeh mere dusre slap ka jawab. Ab kya kar logi tum. Tumhari toh pura wajood hi nakli nikla . awwww poor baby dnt cry yeh toh shuruvat hai, Aage kya karoji, waise bhi jaisa baap waise beti, yeh meri bua ke 25 saal ke tears ka badla hai,

Aaj tum waha khadi ho, Jahan se aage sirf darkness hai, no hopes for light, Ab tum kaha jaagogi, Apne papa ke pass. Akriti Mr Shankar Saxena aur Ms Garima Bhatnagr ki beti nahi hai, who Mr Shanker Saxena aur shanker Saxena ki Bhabhi Sharda Saxena ki beti hai.

BP: Kya?

GG looking at Anubhav: hamare PWP pe jab tum late aaye kyunki lab mein aag lagi thi, tumhe laga short circuit hua tha, kiya tha, Ms Saxena ne short circuit kiya tha taaki tum uske pass rao aur pwp mein nahi aa payo,

GG: how dare you, us aurat ka naam lene ki himmat kaise ki, Mr Saxena she says it in such a loud tone that even Anubhav gets scared, your daughters third mistake she made by taking Dr Maya name, I am meaner when I am angry, aur tum dono ne abhi tak mera yeh phase nahi dekha tha, ab dekhoge.

She picks her phone and calls someone, throw everything out of the house, I want the house empty in an hour got it.

GG: jaao aaj se tumhara ghar, lands aur bank account sab mere hai, I made a no one from someone in a minutes, jaao sadak pe sao ya kahi aur, bina paise ki zindagi tum jeeyogi apne papa ke saath, get out aur tumhe pointing at Anubhav bahut taras aa raha hai apni ex-wife pe toh tum rakho ise ,yaha pe apne saath aur mujhe aur meri beti k bhul jaana. She goes to Mr Saxena and speaks something to him and gives him a card, and she leaves the house. She goes near her car and looks at shyam bhaiya who opens driver door for her and he sits in passenger seat.

GG: Shyam bhaiya kya mein sach mein Dr Maya ban rahi hu?

SB: Nahi, agar hoti toh laakho logo ke baare mein nahi sochti, agar hoti toh saare Delhi ki slums mein educations, aur medical camp nahi set karti, agar hoti toh bina kuch kahe sabke zarurat puri nahi karti.

GG: toh phir sabko kyun lagata hai ki mein Dr Maya ban rahi hu.

Meanwhile in the house, Rasika knows only one who can calm the anger after Anubhav is Yash, so she looks at Yash and yash goes out to the car.

RKC: Aap papa se kyun kuch keh rahi ho, apni us besharam ladke ki wajah se aaj hum be ghar hue hai, aur aap papa ko sunai jaa rahe ho.

Anu: Ms Akriti Saxena, meine tumhe mere ghar pe mere hi guest ke saath badtameezi karne ka haq nahi diya hai. yeh dusri aur aakhri warning hai 

In the car, Shyam sees Yash and opens the door for him

GG: Aap bhi apke us brother-in-law ki tarah kuch bolne aaye hai. Aapko bhi lagta hai mein galat hu.

Yash: Nahi, aaj joh tumne kiya who sab sahi tha, Aur agar galat hoti toh Mr Saxena ko uske ghar mein rehne ki permission ke baare mein baat karke nahi nilakti.

GG looks at him,

GG: Apko kaise pata chala

FLASH BACK: Remember before going out she whishpers something to Mr Saxena

GG: Chahe toh woh ghar mein reh sakte ho, lekin rent mujhe dena padega, apko aapki bade spending ka bills mujhe dikhana padeja, rent joh bhi mein fix karo, woh apko Manzoor ho hona chahiye, Soch lo , kal subah agar manzur ho, toh yeh number par phone kar dena.

Yash: The card gave it away.

GG: Mr Shanker Saxena jaise bhi ho, woh Garima bua ke kuch toh lagte the, isliye woh kiya.

Yash: ek baat puchu, Aakhir abhi tumhe Gussa kis baat hai,Dr Maya ka naam liye uska ya phir Anubhav ka. Kyunki Dr Maya ka gussa hota toh everything in shanti niwas aur even here would have been broken, lekin nahi kiya, toh gussa Anubhav ka hai, hai na?

GG doesn’t answer anything and try to divert the topic.

GG; Andhar chale aur bhi kuch baaki hai.

GG enters the house as Akriti was leaving.

GG: Ek minute and they stop, she in between Anubhav and Akriti

GG: Ek baat batana toh bhul hi jayi, Chess khelte ho

Anu: yes, sometimes

GG: Do you know which pieces is more powerful on the cheeseboard?

Anu: Queen

Akriti and Mr Saxena leaves from there, she looks at everyone and speak

GG: Sorry, meri wajah se aap sab ko apni evening spoil karni padi but bahut entertaining thi.  

GB: Mujhe lagata hai ab hume chalna chahiye, looking at Rasika and Yash.

Yash: ji bua, papa and Maa thank you for accepting us and Gungun thank you for the effort. Ab hum chalte hai aur rasika waise bhi ab aadhe din yaha hi rahegi, chavi ki shaadi joh hai

BP: Arey Rasika kyun aap bhi kabhie bhi yaha aa sakte ho,yeh bhi apka hi ghar hai.

Yash: Ji, acha hum chalte hai. Good night

Gungun looks at Anubhav and then at GB and says: Bua ek Minute, mein bhi apna purse leke aati hu, Rasika Di aap aur Jiju take the the first car Bua and I will come with Shyam bhaiya, She goes near Yash and says: Apka promise yaad hai na, kaha tha ki Agar BP ne accept kiya toh aap Rasika di ko ek romantic drive pe leke jaayege, so go enjoy

Yash smiles and hugs her and leave. Everyone else departs towards their Anubhav who is still rooted there, GG comes down with her purse, when Anubhav stops her and ask

Anu: where are you going?

GG: Bhatnagar Mansion, thought to leave you alone aakhir apni ex wife ke baare mein bura feel kar rahe the na, toh karo akele karo aur mujhe aaj meri jeet enjoy karne do Okay giving the sarcastic smiles and is about to leave

When Anubhav holds her hands and stops her.

Anu: Shyam bhaiya aap please take bua to the house, sorry bua agar aapko kisi baat se dil dukkha ho toh, uske liye mein maafi mangta hu.

GB: Nahi Anubhav, Akriti deserved it and I am glad I can befree from now on and Dnt worry GG aaj yaha hi rukegi. Good night.

Bua leaves but Anubhav and GG are still standing there, he doesn’t leave the hold of the hand.

GG: why are you stopping me?

Anu: Har cheeze batana zaruri nahi hoti and then he picks her up in bridal style and takes her to the room.

GG: leave me, chodo warna mein chilaugi.

Anu: Sssshhhh, tum theeki nahi ho kya, itna boli neeche abhi chilaogi toh gala kharab ho gayega.

GG in anger: Mera Gaala hai, tumhe kya lena dena and leave me warna I will punch you.

Anu still still doesn’t leave her and lays her down on the bed,

Anu: chup bilkul chup.

He takes the purse keeps it on the table, removes her shoes and makes her lay down and tucks her in and sits next to her.

Anu: Dekho aaj joh bhi hua, who bura tha ya nahi, I am not going to judge that, mujhe puri story nahi pata thi, ki tum yeh sab kyun kar rahi thi.

GG: That’s your problem, you never listen to the whole story,you just assume things on your own. Every time you did that, and because of that you always misunderstand me. I always do things when needed, I thought in these many years you must have learnt your lesson of not assuming anything but no we are still there, where we were 51/2 years ago.

Anu: I am sorry

Anu: Yeh sahi hai pehle assume kar aur phir sorry bolo, Agar who mujhe marne mein successful ho gayi hoti, toh tum sorry kisko bolte meri aatma ko?

Anu shuts her mouth and had tears in his eyes: Dobara aisebhi mat karna please, bahut baar tumhe khoya hai, Dar lagta hai ki tumhe kuchho gaya toh mera koi wajood nahi rahega.

Tumne Dr Riddesh ke funeral wale din meri kya halat hui thi when you were not breathing, do you know what I was going thru, aur us waqt jab tumne sleeping pills kha li thi, tab meri kya halat hui thi tumhe pata hai.

In 5 1/5 saal mein zinda hoke bhi , kabhi zinda nahi tha,kyunki tum nahi thi. Isloye please dnt even think about dying please.

GG looks at the other side, not because she is angry but because she can’t see his tears. She closes her eyes while Anubhav careeses her hair until she falls asleep and Anubhav seeing her sleeping he gets up from her side and changes and goes to hos side of the bed and go to sleep.

Somewhere in Lucknow, someone is running, and police is chasing him, the police are successful in catching RV and takes him to the police station. He is kept in remand and the police are interrogating him.
