Chapter 18: “VEERified” and how

Next day GG enters the office in full anger, GC gang also reaches there. GG is with Raashi in her office

GC: GG gussa kis baat hai tumhe, ki usne tumhari side nahi li?

GG: Nahi Chachu, usne Akriti ka naam liya aur woh bhi mere samne, Uski himmat kaise hui. Raashi todays is the day, get everything ready

Raashi: Are you sure?

GG:  yes, I am sure.And uss Chant chasmish ne Akriti ka naam bhi Zubaan pe kaise laya Wait and watch ab mein kya karti hu.

GC gang and Raashi are all smikling looking at her, She raises her head up and sees them smiling

Yug: lekin Gungun tu sure hai na inn sab ko lekar

In evening everyone is so excited and ready and so many dishes were made for the arrival of their daughter, Khushi was also presentwith along Ankit, GG keeps looking the door and biting her nails in nervousness, Anubhav sees her and goes and stands behind her quietly

Anu: Kya hua? Dar lag raha hai?

GG jumps as she gets scared: Tum pagal ho, dara kyun rahe hoaur mein aur neroius not all at , mein kyun nevous hogi, nervousness aur mein we get along just fine, so in conclusion I am not nervous

Anu: Ha who toh dekh raha hai, ek sentence mein kitni bar nervous boli tum, correct right you are not nervous.

GG: Dekho help nahi kar sakte toh tum chup chap waha stairs pe jaake khade ho jaao. Go aaya bada

Anu: Look I am not saying what you are doing is wrong and even if it is I will be with you

GG: Toh yeh support kal kaha chala gaya tha, Banaras Ganga mein dubki lagane?

Anu: I am watching atleast in all these years tum taunt marna seekh gayi ho.

Rasika Di and Yash Jiju enters the house but as soon as they about to BP stops them. Everyone looks at BP

BP: Sargam Tum itne saal is ghar mein rahi ho, tum kuch bhulnahi rahi ho?

Sargam: Jethji mein kuch samji nahi

Everyone including Gungun was nervous as to what he is goingto say next, gungun closes her eyes in nervousness and starts praying to god to help her.

BP: Arti ki thali kaha hai, aaj pehli baar Beti aur Dammad Ghar aaye hai Swaagat karna bhul gayi tum.

There was a pin drop silence in the house, everyone wasshocked and gungun eyes was still closed in nervousness, BP their head of the family said Beti and Dammad, together in a sentence, koi agar yeh keh de ki aliens hote hai who bhi maan lege yeh gharwale, But beti and Damaad that was out of context.

BP: Arey, aise kya dekh rahe ho, jaao thali leke aao.

Rasika di had tears in her eyes, Sargam Quickly gets the thali, do their puja, and ask them to enter the house, and seeks elders’ blessings, Rasika Di hugs his father first and both have tears in their eyes,BP looks at Yash for a second and then opens his arms for the hug, Yash getsvery emotional like kabhie Khushi kabhie ghum background music emotional. They meet everyone and everyone is very happy, but one person still has her eyes closed and standing near the door is Gungun. Anubhav sees her and goes to herand taps on her shoulder

Anu: Gungun tum aakhein khol sakti ho.

GG opens her eyes and sees the reunion.

GG: BP accepted them?

Anu: yes, he did

GG: I dnt believe it she looks at Anubhav and says: pinch me hard because if this is dream then I dnt want to wake up.

Anu: This is not a dream, its real, Question is how BP without any fuss accepted them

FLASHBACK: At night BP was sitting in the living roomalone, when GG walks down the stairs and see BP and goes to Him,

GG: Kya soch rahe hai aap?

BP: Meri Beti Khush hai?

GG removes her phone and shows Rasika and Yash photos to BP, BP looks at them and has a little smile on his face

GG: Aapse ek sawaal puchu? Agar aap bura na mane toh BP nodes his head, “Aapne joh ladka shayad choose kiya hoga Rasika di ke liye, kyawoh abhi kaha hai aapko pata hai?

BP: Lucknow mein hi, suna tha uski shaadi ho gayi Love Marriage

GG: Okay, abhi apne Apni beti ki Photo dekhi aur uski Khushi dekhi, Aap Soch ke batayega Kya yeh hasi woh apki beti ko de pata?

Soch lijiye, agar yes toh dnt accept your daughtertomorrow or if you think no, he wouldn’t be able to bring that smile Do acceptyour daughter. Choice is yours.

Anubhav looks at GG, coz he is talking, and she is not replying

Anu: Oh hello, Whats wrong with you?

GG: Nothing chale

They all go in and all of them seems happy, they all laugh and talk and enjoy, BP is so happy and cannot seem to leave Yash side, and BM feeding them sweets with their hands and all, Chavi is busy capturing all the moments in her phone. Gungun is standing silently on a corner and watching all this. BM sees her and comes to her

BM: Thank you, apna vadaa nibane ke liye.

GG: Aise koi baat nahi hai, please dnt say thank you

She gets a call, and she excuses herself

Raashi: So everything is set

GG: what is set?

Raashi: Arey Mission Veer is set. You know what to do right

FLASHBACK:

Raashi: Lekin Anubhav Sir ke mind mein Shaq kaise paida karege

GC: Simple aaj sham jab who hamre saath hoga toh Gungun jaise hi Raashi Veer se baat karke Signal degi, tum Anubhav ke pass khade reh jaana aur ankit tum Rasshi ko message kar dena, ki veer ke phone se Gubgun ko phone kare, aur GG tum caller ID aise Dekhna ki Annu ko Veer ka naam dikhe andcuts the call.

Ankit: Wah, chachu kya idea nikala hai aapne.

Yug: Gurudev aaj mein apko 2 samose aur khilauga.

GG: I dnt have Veer Number

Raashi: I will forward you right now save it

GG: Raashi, this is a stupid plan

Raashi: Just go with the flow please

GG: tumahre Flow ki na aise ki taise. Go ahead

GG cuts the call and goes inside and stand next to Anubhav,she signals you to send the message and, in few minutes, she ask Anubhav to catch his phone for a second and she bends down pretending to tie her heels strap. Suddenly her phone rings and Anubhav sees VEER name flashing on thephone screen, GG hears the tone and immediately takes her phone sees the name and cuts the call.

Anu: Phone kyun cut kiya, baat kar leti

GG: its fine I ican call him back later.

Anu: Arey work call ho sakta hai

GG: its not a work call, it’s a personal call, dnt worry I will call him back. BM is calling me I got to go

Anu to himself: “lekin Badi Maa ne use bulaya hi nahi,aur personal call, Aisa kaun hai jiske liye usne suddenly apna phone mere se leliye”

Seeing him tensed up, GC gang is enjoying themselves, Neeti and Khushi Is passing they ses the trio observing Anubhav

Neeti: Aap log Anu ko aise kyun dekh rahe ho?

Ankit: Arey Bhabhi, that tension on his face, is worth enjoying

Khushi: Matlab?

GC: Arey, Suno and narrates the whole story to them.

Neeti: aise baat hai, toh ab toh mazaa aayega, Bachara Annu dekh na kitna pareshaan ho gaya hai.

Yug: Neeti, abhi toh game shuru hua hai.

Yash: Kaunsa Game?

GC gang gets 2 additional members of Rasika and Yash, they get everyone included in this plan.

Rasika: Kya chachu, Bechara mera bhai, but I am happy ab mazaa aayega.

Khushi: Chalo dinner ke liye bula rahe hai. Ab sawaal yeh hai ki Annu bhaiya ko apne trance se kaun bahar layega.

Yug: Ridz

Yug calls Ridz and ask her to get this father to the diningtable

Ridz: Papa, chaliye mujhe bahut zor ki bhuk lagi, and she drags Anu towards the Dining room and he sees Gungun doing something on herphone.

Anu: “Phir se phone aur itna secretive ki corner mein khadi reh kar kya kar rahi”

Anu: BM Sara Khana Apni Beti aur Damaad ko hi khilaogi, Ms Gomti Nagar ko bhi credit milna chahiye. Hai na?

BM: Arey Zarur, aa Gungun bitiye, kahe waha phone mein guze hue ho, yaha aao, Dinner karo aaj maine Amkhan Mishri banaya hai, tumhe Pasand hai na.

GG: Ji BM, thank you so much and then looks at Anubhav “Not bad Raashi, Ek chingari toh laga di, aur itna Dhuva, not a bad idea.”

Anu comes to her, and ask: yeh VEER kaun hai?

GG looks at other Gang Members and they understand what isgoing on.

GG: tumhe Veer se kya lena dena, who joh bhi ho tumhe use kya.

Anu: Main kaise bhul jaata hu, tum seedhe sawaal ka kabhie seedha jawab nahi deti.

GG: Jante ho toh puch kyun rahe ho. Waise tumhe sach mein janna hai ki Veer kaun hai?

Anu: Yes

GG: Itni inquisitive meri life mein, kyun?

Anu: nahi batana toh mat batao

GG; Okay, nahi batana jawaab mil gaya , bye

Anu: Arey, lekin suno and before he could say anything sheleaves from there and joins the GC gang and secretly hi-fi them.

GC: step 1 is completed now Step 2

GG: Step 2?

Raashi: Step 1 ignite a fire

                Step2 Add a bit of fuel

GG: Tere ideas itni bhayankar  kyun hai, seedhe seedhe bol ab kya Karna hai.

GC: Karna kya, who tum hum pe chod do, hum aise acting karege ki dekhti jaao, Thoda fuel add karte hai , tu dekh kitna aag utha hai.

GG: Chachu, aapne galat line choose kar li, Bank mein accountant nahi, koi film director hona chahiye tha, aur saath mein aapko itne saare Assistant bhi mil jaate.  

GC: Yeh toh hamara talent hai. Agar aisa hota na, toh film hit ho jaati.

GG: Nahi chachu, hit nahi flop, aise story leke film banate toh flop hogi.

GC: Arey who sab chod, hum sahi line mein hai, sirf hit story toh #Anugun ki banani hai.

Yug: lekin Chachu, step 2 mein karna kya hai.

GC: Arey who aaj nahi kal karege, aaj dinner enjoy karna

GG: “Dinner toh enjoy kar lo, kyunki uske baad dhamaka hone wala hai iss ghar mein”

After dinner everyone is in the living room, enjoying the icecream, playing games and music and dances and Dumb charades when the doorbell rings, Anubhav goes to open the door and he is shocked to see the person on the door.

Anu: Tum????
