CHAPTER 17: Hum saath saath hai.

They return from Mumbai and part individually to their home.

Bhatnagar Mansion, GG goes to GB room and sees her sad,after reading the report

GG: Sorry GB, because of me you had to see the reports, butI couldn’t hide anything from you and to take my revenge I had to get it done,but I wont use to if you say so

GB: No GG, its not your fault I had to know the truth atleast know it doesn’t hurt me anymore. Anyways, Did Mumbai help?

GG: it did a bit, Anubhav and I decided that we will keep our egos and anger aside and try being parents to our daughter, since Chaavi wedding is in 2 weeks, we will decide what to do tomorrow.

GB: Rasika is so happy to meet her mother, thanks to you.

GG: good night bua

Gg goes to Ridz room and sees her, and Champ are asleep she looks at both sits for a while to makes sure they are fast asleep and not just acting and leaves from there.

Shanti Niwas Anubhav enters and sees that everyone was still in living room discussing Chaavi wedding preparations.

GC: Arey Anu, aa gaya tu, ja fresh ho jaa aur dinner ke liye aaga, Divya khana garam kar do tum Divya leaves to warm the food while Anubhav leaves to his room, he calls GG to let her know he reached and to inquire about Ridz andChamp. She informs them that they are sleeping and not to worry much.

 In Morning, Chaavi and Neeti along with Goli Bua comes toBhatanagr Mansion to invite them for the wedding and to meet Rasika Di. Them with Rasika Di in living room when GG comes out of her room.

GG: Arey Chaavi many congratulations on your Marriage.

Chaavi: Thanks Gungun, par you must come to my wedding, otherwise we will not be friends

GG: Dnt worry I will Come.

She says Hi to everyone and lets them know that she has to leave for work and can’t sit long. As soon as she goes out, Goli Bua comes to her

Goli Bua: Gungun, Hume Pata hai, ki humahre gharwalo ki wajah se tumhe bahut dukh hua hai, phir bhi tumne Rasika ki itni Help ki isliye Thank you

GG: Bullet Aunty, aap please Thank you mat kahiye, who bhi Ridz ki bua hai aur apko toh pata hai ki Buas bahut sweet hoti hai, toh help kaise nahi karti.

Goli Bua: Arey tumhe abhi bhi yaad hai

GG: Ofcourse yaad hai aap Pratysuh uncle ki wajah se upset thi aur aaj aap pratysuh uncle ki wajah se kitni khush ho. I am happy for you Bullet Aunty. Okay, Sorry I wish I could talk more but I am getting late for a meeting Bye

At office

GG: Raashi Aaj ki meeting sab lined up hai?

R: Yes, they are waiting for you and, I have a conference set up today for late night as requested

GG: Great, is the reports ready by the investigator because we must send it to insurance company and did the contractors started renovations?

R: Yes, everything is ready just need your signature and everything should eb set.

GG looks at the paper and sign and gives it to Raashi. Meanwhile Anubhav knocks at the door.

GG: Oh God, not him

She looks at Raashi, please send him in

Anu: Wow, aaj toh bina bahane andar bhulaya

GG: Zyada Sarcastic hua na, toh wapas bhej dugi.

Anu: Tumse baat karni hai

GG: Baat karni hai, ya taunt marna hai?

Anu: Baat karni hai, Since Chaavi ki shaadi hai, mein chahta hu ki tum aur Ridz Shanti niwas aake raho.

GG spills put water from her mouth hearing this, she takes the Napkins and wipe her mouth and says sorry and starts laughing

GG: Dekho, Suno tum chahte ho, ki mein Gungun Bhatnagar Shanti niwas mein tumhare saath rahu?

Anu: Yes

GG: Tum Nasha vasha karke aaye ho kya? Itni unpredictable baatein kyun kar rahe ho?

Anu: I am in my senses, and I am saying this that you Gungun Bhatnagar aur Ridhi Bhatnagar Mere Ghar Shanti Niwas mein rehe

GG: No way, no freaking way I am coming to your house.

Anu: Toh kya kare bolo, hum decide kiya tha Mumbai mein ki hum apne beti ke liye Ache parents banke dikhayge, phir

GG: Ha, iska matlab Yeh nahi hai ki mein tumhare ghar rahu aur okay fine agar maine ha bhi kardi tumne tumhare gharwalo ko yeh bataya hai?

Anu: Nahi, pehle tumse baat kar raha hu. Dekho Chavi ki shaadi hai, prep mein help bhi ho gaayegi aur Ridz hamare saath reh bhi legi.

GG: Aur uske baad kya? Uske Baad mein Delhi chali gayi toh tum Delhi Aaoge?

Anu: Yes

GG: Sorry come again, you said yes for Delhi?

Anu: Yes, I have spoken to dean mem, to be a travel professor for Delhi for 2 weeks every month

GG: So lucknow-Delhi Is what we are doing?

Anu: Yes

GG: Soch lo, aasan nahi hoga.

Anu: Apne beti ke liye 2 baar sochne ki zarurat nahi hai.

GG: Fine, but ek shart hai meri, Agar mere Guest tumhare gharpe aaye toh problem nahi honi chahiye. Deal?

Anu: Deal and they shake hands again. Sham ko Ghar pe baat kar luga mein, uske baad kal 2 hafte ke liye Shift ho jaana.

GG: Aur Mein Rahuji kaha?

Anu: Meri room mein

GG: Aur tum Living room mein shift ho rahe ho ya store room mein?

Anu: Nahi, hum dono mere Room mein rahege Ridz ke saath.

GG: Aur tumhari family yeh allow kareji? Saath rehna iska matlab yeh nahi hai ki ek hi room mein rehna. Talk to your family. Go on and let them knowthat you want us to stay in your room.

Anu comes home and gathers everyone in the living room

BP: Anu Hume yaha kuch baat hai kya?

Anu: Ji BP, Kal Ridz aur Gungun is ghar mein 2 hafte ke liye move ho rahe hai.

All are shocked, some happy but mostly shocked.

BM: Annu, hume samaj nahe aa raha hai

Anu: BM kal se 2 hafte ke liye Gungun aur Ridz mere saath iss ghar mein rahege aur uske baad 2 hafte mein waha, Ridz chahti hai ki hum dono saath rahe taki use Maa aur Baap dono ka pyaar mile,isliye maine yeh faisla liya hai.

BP: Humse puche bina itna bada faisla liya tumne?

Anu: BP mujhe toh theek laga maine kiya

Chandru: Lekin ek baar baat toh kar lete humse.

Anu: Papa, mein Ridz ke liye faisla le sakta hu,

Chnadru: le sakte ho, bilkul aur hume khushi hai ki tumne faisla liye lekin agli baar puch lena ya bata dena

Anu: theek hai, in that case mein yeh bhi bata du ki Woh dono mere room mein rahege.

BP: Aur tum kaha rahoge

 Anu: usi room mein

BP: Kya, Par

Anu: Par kya Bade Papa, Samaj mane ya na mane Aaj bhi woh meri patni hai. Anyways, mujhe joh kehna tha, maine keh diya and he leaves from there.

He calls GG and let them know he has informed the family, without giving more details he cuts the call.

GG also let GB and Rasika Di know about all of these and Ask Ridz to pack her bags.

GB: Charuji Maan Gaye?

GG: Pata nahi, mein kuch puchti usne call cut kar diya.

Rasika Di: toh ab kya karna hai, waha jaa toh rahi hai, par papa ke taane bhi sunne padege.

GG: Janti hu, lekin joh bhi hai as a parents we will makesure we do not let it affect us.

 Next Mrng Anu is in bhanagar mension, Rasika Di opens thedoor and hugs him

Rasika: An utu janta hai ki kya kar raha hai.

Anu: Janta hu, par karna padega, dnt worry

GB: Anubhav, itna asan nahi hoga aur Charuji ne kuch keh diya toh GG chup nahi raheji

Anu: I know that why I want to make sure the dnt have or atleast have only minimal Conversation and anyways everyone is busy in Wedding prep so lets see. GG and Ridz comes down with her luggage and Ridz goes andhugs her father and says thank you for fulfilling her wish

GG in a low tone: Fulfilling your wish, my foot waha jaake kya drama hoga usne dekhne ke liye, hamare saath live Bane rahiya

Anu looks at her: Kuch kaha tumne?

 GG: Nahi, not at all. Chale?

They leave bhatnagar mansion and reach Shanti Niwas. GG is so nervous that she is fidgeting with her finger, Anu sees this and hits her hand to stop it

GG: kya kar rahe ho?

Anu; Tum nervous kyun ho rahi ho, pehli baar aa rahe ho yaha

GG: Nahi, lekin andar aaj joh Drama hone wala hoga uske sochke nervous ho rahi hu.

Anu: kuch nahi hoga

GG: Tumhe Suddenly itna zyada confidence aa gaya hai, kuch baat hai kya?

Anu: Shut up and lets go

They enter the house, everyone except BP comes to welcome them, Ridz hugs everyone as she is so excited, when BP speaks

BP: 2 hafte yaha rehne wali ho, toh yaha ke rules toh tumhe pata hai, follow kar dena. And leaves from there

Sargam: Anu jaa bags upar rakh de aur ridz tum Champ ke room mein jaao.

Anu and Ridz both leaves from there, When BM approaches her and says

BM: BP ki baat ko dil pe zyada mat lena theek hai, aao nashta kar lo sab

As soon as they about to leave, GG gets Raashi calls and she excuses herself

Raashi: Mam, I need some urgent signatures

GG: Theek hai, tum Anubhav ke ghar aa jayo mein wahi hu,sign bhi kar dugi aur meetings ki

follow up bhi kar lugi.

Rasshi: Anubhav ke ghar, yeh kab hua?

GG: dekh, leke aa baad mein batuji.

As GG keeps the phone she is walking towards the Dining room when Anubhav comes down from stairs and they don’t see each other as they both are in hurry and bang into each other and the iconic catch of theirs imagine karlo, GC and Gangsees this and they click their pictures secretly to tease them later, where else this two are so lost into each other’s eyes that they dnt even listen to GC calling them. So to wake them up, GC screams Anubhav name loudly and they come out of the trance and looks at the opposite direction.

Anu: kya hua chachu, why are you shouting so loudly.

GC: Since when we trying to call you both you guys were not listening, so we had to shout.

Yug: chale Breakfast karne warna pap ne dekh liya na toh hungama ho jaaega.

They all have breakfast, Ridz is getting pampered and GG along with Champ. When the doorbell rings and its Raashi at the door, Anubhav sees Raashi and ask herto join them but she says no as she is in hurry and GG excuses herself and goes to the living room.

Raashi: Okay, yeh kab hua?

GG: Kya?

Raashi: Shifting here

GG: Ridz Demand, Anubhav couldn’t say no, 2 weeks here since chaavi wedding and then he will come to Bhatnagar house to stay with us, there everything in anutshell. Aur koi sawaal hai?

Raashi: nahi, the delivery of the medications are going tobe late this Afternoon, Mishraji will look at the products and give his feedback and also there was a problemin delhi office but that ssloved but i will follow up later.

GG: Okay, anything else?

Raashi: No Mam, also you have a meeting With Dean mam at Lucknow Science and research institute today

GG: okay I will meet you directly there.

Raashi leaves after taking the signatures when she gets a message from Rasika Di about Yash’s Arrival.

 She decides to make Rasika di unite with Badi maa and Yashjiju to get accepted. She meets Dean Mam about the promised she had given earlier.She returns home and Facetimes Rasika Di to see Yash Jiju.

Rasika: hi, look how is here and she turns the camera towards Yash

Yash: hello, I came here for you, and you disappeared that’s not fair

GG: Oh hello, first you came here for your wife not for me, so dnt even try to give the typical answer and second also is the same reason.

GG was talking to Them when she sees BM so she talks a bit louder and She indicates that BM is there,

Yash: Gungun tujhe pata hai us din Rasika ne hum sab ke liye halwa banaya tha aur kaha tha ki waisa taste nahi hai jaise maa banaya karti hai, toh tum waha ho na toh puch lena ki kya dalte hai who ki taste waise aaye, Aur ho sake toh ghar pe leke aana Theek hai.

GG looks at BM which is listening to their conversation from the corner, she cant see GG but GG can see her clearly.

GG: Theek hai main kal hi puch lugi agar who bana sakti hai toh aur mein extra banae ke liye keh dugi ki office leke jaa rahi hu aur ghar deke jaayugi.Okay got to go bye.

GG leaves from there and goes to their room. She sees BM still standing there and thinking something, so she goes down again near BM and Speaks

GG: BM, woh aapse ek request karni thi.

BM: Ha Bolo bitiya kya hua

GG: Woh Rasika di ne na ek Badam ka halwa banaya tha, par humse kaha ki woh kuch toh missing hai, toh aap kal bana doge taki mein taste kar sakuplease aur ha thoda Zyada banana mein office bhi leke jaayugi.

BM: “Zyada bana dugi toh woh Rasika aur Damaadji ko bhi dege” Theek hai kal subah hum bana dege.

GG: Thank you BM, Good night

She smiles and goes to her room. In the room she sees Ridz, Champ and Anubhav all sleeping peacefully, She takes the pillow and goes to the balcony and sits on the chair and goes to sleep looking at the sky, Anubhav wakes up in middle of the night and sees that Gungun is nowhere to be seen so he goes around looking for her and finds her asleep on the chair in the balcony, he picks her up in bridal style and puts her down on the bed and goes to his side and goes to sleep.

Next morning BM is early in the kitchen when Sargam and Divya ask her

Sargam: Jiji, itni subah subah yaha aur aap halwa bana rahi hai kyun?

Divya: Aur aap itna sara kyun bana rahgi hai, pata hai naagar Jethji ne dekh liya toh wapas paise ka tamasha hoga.

BM: Arey tum dono zara Dheere bolo, yeh na hum Rasika aurYash ke liye bana rahe hai, kal jab Gungun bitiya unse baat kar rahi thin a tohYash ne kaha ki Tum banake lana, isliye.

Yug how was pasing by heard this and goes to Anu’s room and on his way calls GC also

Anu: Bhaiya, chachu aap dono itni subah subah yaha?

Yug: woh Gungun kaha hai, hume unse baat karni hai.

Anu: Woh Balcony mein hai

They go the balcony while Anu goes to get Champ and Ridz ready for their Play Day

Yug: Halwa aur bhi Rasika di ke liye?

GG: Dheere boliye Bhaiya, Chant Chashmish ko yeh baat pata nahi hai and she narrates the whole story about how before BM use to cry for Rasika di when BP was not at home and the promise, she gave BM

GC: Beta, tum joh bhi karoji hum tumhare saath hai par karoji kaise

GG: Pata nahi but aaj nahi karuji that’s for sure, let fewdays past peacefully also us din Chavi, Neeti Bhabhi aur Goli bua bhi aayi thi unse milne aur Shaadi mein invite karne, So let’s see

Few days passes in peace, no fights, no nothing everything is going on Norma, but normality and Shanti Niwas was never an option so after dinner when everyone is gathered in the living room, GG gets up and says she wants to speak to everyone, she asks Champ and Ridz to go to the room. She looks at BM, Yug and GC and she is too nervous, but she had to do it today. Anubhav looks at all of their faces and he knows today something big is going to happen

GG: Mujhe aap sab se ek baat karni hai, permission chahiye thi, Kisiko dinner pe invite karna tha?

BP: Kisse?

GG looks at everyones faces, closes her eyes and takes in a minute and says: Rasika Di aur Yash Jiju ko

Everyone stands up from their places, BP has anger in his eyes and so does Anubhav

BP: tumhari Himmat kaise hui, yeh kehne ki.

Anu: tum pagal ho, kya bol rahi ho.

BP: Us ladki se hume kuch lena dena nahi hai.

GG: Really, woh apki koi nahi lagti? Saya while looking at BP and then looks at Anubhav “woh tumhari bhi kuch nahi lagti right? Chahe woh aap dono ki kuch nahi lagti ho, par in sab ke liye kuch lagti hai Woh BM ki beti hai, is ghar ki beti toh agar is ghar ki beti aur us Haq se toh who aasakti hai.

BP: who yaha nahi aa sakti?

GG: Kyun nahi aa sakti

Anu: Kyunki….

GG: Bolo Kyunki, Aage bhi bolo

BP: Kyunki humne kaha isliye.

GG giving slow claps: Yeh sahi aa, aaj BP aur Anubhav dono ek koi toh baat pe agree kar rahe hai, very nice to see that, Tum pointing at Anubhav, tum khud ko BM ke bete mante ho na, toh tumhe apni maa ke tears dikhayi anhi dete, ya dekhna nahi chahte. She waits for her daughter, Aur Aaap BP waise toh bhaut gyaan dete hai ki patni ki chinta karni chahiye, Patni yeh, patni who, betiya yeh, bitiya woh tph aap ko bhi inke tears nahi dikhayi de rahehai, BM kitna tadapti hai apni beti ke liye, aap kyun aisa kar rahe hai uske saath. Aap toh unke papa hai, Beti ke liye aapko bhi fark nahi pad raha hai.

Mana Woh ghar chod ke gayi, par woh apni life mein khush hai, successful hai aur ladka bhi sahi chuna hai. Agar aap joh ladka chunte kya aapke paas guarantee thi ki woh apki beti ko khush rakhta jitna yash jiju kar rahe hai. Maan lo ki woh khush nahi hoti toh liya apka dil nahi dukhta?

Aur tum, Tum bhi apni beti ke liye tadap rahe the na, maan lo mein use milvati hi nahi toh? Toh tum kya karte? Bolo hai koi jawab.

Aur rahi baat Rasika di aur yash jiju ki toh who toh iss gharmein kal aake rahege, maine tumse kaha tha, ki I will invite my guest to your house,you should be okay with it, they are my family mein bhi dekhugi how will you stop them. Got it

BM aap kal Rasika Di ki Fav dishes banana dinner pe, kyunki Chahe koi dekhe y ana dekhe aapka haq hai unse milne ka, aur Rasika di ka iss ghar mein aane ka.

BM gets so happy that she has the biggest smile on her face,GG leaves from there for the room and Anubhav sees BM smiling and leaves behind GG. Here in BP-BM rooms

BP: Us laski ki himmat kaise hui yeh sab karne ki.

BM: Joh aapko karna chahiye woh Gungun ne kiya, Saath nibhane ka wadaa kiya than a, hamesha mujhe khushi rakhne ka bhi toh apko meri Khushi, meri Rasika nahi dikhai di. Kal meri Beti aur Daamad aa rahe hai, ho sake toh meri Khushi ke liye unhe maaf kar dijiyega

In Anubhav room:

Anu pulls GG and pushes her towards the wall and stands in front of her, while his hand on the wall blocking GG ways.

Anu: Neeche kya tha?

GG: Sach  tha, joh tumhe aur BP ko dekhna hi nahi hai. Kamaal hai joh BP ko itne saale se Seedhe muh baat nahi ki aaj uski Ha mein Ha mila di. Rasiak Di meri Family hai, tumuse mano ya na mano, Aur Maine BM se vadaa kiya tha, ki shaadi ke baad Mein BM aur Rasika Di ko milva ke rahuji, Aur Shaadi hui nahi, Akriti se itna joh pyaar tha tumhe, Par aaj mein iss ghar mein hu, Aur agar She can make efforts to make me comfortable here, I can also do that and I never back from my promises.

Anu: Yeh meri family ka matter hai, tum kuch bich mein pad rahi ho, aur Akriti ko beech mein kyun laa rahi ho

GG: Aur Rasika Di meri Family hai, Kal woh yaha Aake rahege,Aur Badi Fikr hai na Akriti ki, woh toh Barbaad hogi, Aur us Barbaadi ka tamasha tumhare samne hi karuji. She jerks his hands and leaves from there.dekhti hu tum kya kar loge.
