Swayam - mai coach hu girls cricket team ka.
All - what!!!
Swayam - kya hua? Nahi hona chahiye tha kya?
Shivam - wo baat nahi hai. But tujhe sun k shock lagega k teri rival team me bunty bhi hai.
Swayam - what!!! Tu cricket kab se khelne lagi?!!
Taani - are... chhod wo sab. Challenge hai.... tu chal, tujhe college dikhati hu.

He held n wrist n grabs her to the canteen.

Taani - a chhotu 2 sandwich aur 2 coke la...

The canteen boy brings the order.

Swayam - Oh... to tu yaha bhi dabang hai.
Taani - are bhai... apna style hi alag hai. Tu bata kaisa hai....
Swayam - mai ek dm thik. Tu ye bata wo dahi wada n tu fir se dost kaise bane.
Taani - dost to pehle se hi the... bus galat fehmi thi. Jo duur hogayi n hum firse dost ban gaye.
Swayam - tu to bahot badal gayi hai. Maaf karna seekh gayi. Jis ladki ko sorry word se nafrat tha usne kisi ka sorry accept kar liya n maaf bhi kar diya. Waah!!! Tu itni samjhdaar kab se ban gayi.
Taani - tu zyada bol mat. N sandwich thoos.
Swayam - chal... aj sham ko sath ghar chalte hai. Taiji surprise ho jayengi.

Taani's mood gets off hearing house word

Swayam - kya hua? Mu qq utar gaya? Maa ne fir kuch kaha kya?
Taani - teri Maa ne sirf kaha nahi... ghar se nikal diya.
Swayam - what!!! Kab hua ye sab? Ye Maa bhi na... unhone 1 baar bhi nahi socha k tu kaha jayegi. Mai aj hi maa se baat karunga.
Taani - nahi. Koi zarurt nahi hai. Vaise bhi teri maa ka shakl dekh k mera din kharab jata tha.... ab to fr b thik-thak nikl jata hai.
Swayam - tu reh kaha rahi hai aj kal.
Taani - are... ha. Tujhe intro karwana to bhool hi gayi. Chal mere sath...

She drags him to the staff room.

Taani - Sam, ye hai prof. Reyansh Singhania. Mere chemistry prof.
Swayam - tere?!!
Taani - Abe... matlb humare. Possessive kahi ka... n sir ye hai swayam shekhawat... mera bhai.
Swayam - bada bhai.
Taani - 21 din bada bhai. Happy!!!
Rey - Oh... hey hi.
Swayam - mujhe malum pada taani aap k ghar reh rahi hai aj kal.
Rey - yeah wo situations aise hogaye the... isliye I thought of giving her a room at my place.

Swayam takes him in a corner.

Swayam - thoda duur hi rehna meri behen se. Wo abhi bachi hai, zyada kuch samjhti nahi.
Rey - yeah yeah. Don't worry kid.... mai us k safety k liye hi us k sath hu.
Swayam - sath!!! Sath rehneki zarurt nahi hai... peechhe peechhe rehna.
Rey - okkk possessive bhai. Chill...

Rey thinks - ya to ye dono bhai-behen pagal hai ya to mujhe pagal kar denge.

Taani - kuch kaha?
Rey - nahi. Nahi to...
Swayam - Taani... aj mai tere prof k ghar aa raha hu...
Rey - qq? (Says with a jerk)

TaaYam r shocked by his reaction.

Rey - I.... I... mean qq bade bhaiya.
Swayam - qq matlb. Meri behen jaha reh rahi hai wo safe hai ya nahi ye to dekhna hoga na.
Rey - apne peechhle ghar se to zyada hi safe hai.
Swayam - r u taunting me?
Rey - Oh... no... not at all. Aap jab chahe tab aa sakte hai Taani k bade bhaiya.

Taani feels weird.

Taani - OK then. Sam, tu ja k ghar dekh liyo, qki mai to 3 din dorms me hi rehne wali hu.
Swayam - haash...

He sighs with relief.

Taani - ab tujhe kya hua?
Swayam - nahi... kuch nahi. Tu mujhe mera dorm nahi dikhayegi.
Taani - are ha. Chal na....

She shows him his dorm. By evening they have their dinner n go to their bed.

Next day.

The girls were going on ground for practice but saw that St. Andrews have already occupied the ground.

Taani - iski to...

She ran to them n anger.

Taani - 7-10 ka timing humara hai. Tum sabko practice karna hai to baad me aana.

PL 2 - are... aise kaise nikle. 1 to humne pehle hi time book kia n hum tum sab se pehle b aaye. Hum nahi niklenge.
Taani - jaate ho ya... (she raises her hand to punch her, but swayam comes in between)
Swayam - kya baat hai taani?
Taani - humne ye ground 7-10 book kiya tha... n ab ye log beech me aa rahe hai taki hum practice na kar paaye.
Swayam - lekin taani maine khud ground book kiya tha.
Taani - to kya mai jhoot bol rahi hu.
Swayam - achha rukja. GS ko aane de... usise puchhte hai.
Taani - is vishesh ki to...

While vishesh comes early to do his work.

Taani - oye chirkut, idr aa.
Vishesh - kya hua taani?
Taani - kya hua? Tujhe kaha tha na humare booked time me koi b ground me dikha to pitega.
Vishesh - ha to kaun aa raha hai aap k aur practice k beech.
Taani - St. Andrews.
Swayam - Vishesh maine kaha tha na 7-10 timing me koi prblm hai ya nahi. To tumne kaha tha koi prblm nahi hai. To ye sab kya bawal chal raha hai.
Vishesh - aapne 7-10 kaha tha... to us hisab se sham k 7-10 maine aap k naam pe ground book kiya tha.

All stamp their temple.

Taani - Teri to...
Vishesh - mujhse koi galti hogayi kya?
Swayam - nahi vishesh. U can go.
Taani - hum yaha practice karenge.
PL 1 - hum karenge.
Kriya - hum karenge
PL 2 - hum karenge.
Shivam - achha achha OK. Tum sab yaha practice karo we'll practice at terrace.
Taani - what!!! Ye kya bol raha hai tu?
PL 1 - he's right. Tum log host ho. Tum logo ko adjust karna aana chahiye.
Taani - tu apna mu bnd rakhegi thodi der.

She shuts her mouth. N after thinking a lot taani agrees.

Taani - OK. Lekin sirf aj k liye. Kal se hum hi yaha practice karenge.
Swayam - ha meri behna.

They practice hard n this way 2 days passes with hardwork.

Next day

All were nervous. Their bodies were shivering due to nervousness n fear.

Shivam - guys... ab darrne ka waqt nahi hai. Jo bhi seekha hai waha ja k dikha do. Us St. Andrews ko dikha do that we r the best.  Aj hume 5 saal ka record break karna hai. 5 saal se humari team haar rahi hai... but is saal jeetegi. OK....
All - OK.

Here the pitch is made on the ground. St. Andrews VP arrives to watch the match. N also to taunt St. Louis VP.

St Andrews VP - VPA
St Louis VP - VPL

VPA - oh... look who's here. The loser.
VPL - Itna ghamand karne ki zarurt nahi hai Mr. VP. Is baar tum haroge.
VPA - ye to tum har saal bolte ho Mr. VP
VPL - is saal ki baat alag hai. Aj tak tumhara pala meri student taani se nahi pada na. Aj u will regret being here.
VPA - we'll see.

This conversation was seen by one of the student of St. Andrews. He forcefully pushed VPL, but taani came at the right time n saved him from falling.

Taani - sir, r u OK?
VP - yes.. I'm fine dear.
Taani - 1 min sir.

She went to that guy n gave a tight punch to him. While VP closed his eyes as he knew what's gonna happen.

Guy - how dare u??!!
Taani - how dare I... how dare u push our VP sir.
Guy - look who's talking. Tujhe janta nahi kya mai. Saamne izzat n peechhe insult karte ho tum log apne teachers n prof ki
Taani - shayd tujhe insult n fun me frkh nahi pata. Hum sirf harmless fun karte hai apne prof k sath. Tum jaise bigde hue baap k beto k tarah teachers k X rated naam nahi rakhte. Janti nahi kya mai tum logo ko. Har 1 harqat se waqif hu tum logo ko. N baat rahi VP sir ki... to ye humare guru hai... life ki seekh li hai humne inse. Aainda agar kisi bhi prof k sath aisa karne ki socha... to ye punch yaad kar lena.

Everyone heard it n were proud of taani. While She again rushed to VP.

Taani - A... koi pani lao.

She ruffled n straightened VP's suit. VP drank water n was relieved.

Taani - sir aap thik to hai na?
VP - ha dear. M absolutely fine. N I know aj tum ye match jeet k rahogi.

Taani again gets nervous seeing his trust on her.

Taani - sir plz, Itna vishwas mat kijiye. Yaha mai khud bahot nervous hu.
VP - tum janti ho maine ye challenge tumhe qq diya.

She looks at him.

VP - qki I know.... Tum hi ho jo humare college ko jeeta sakti ho.

Taani smiles n simply nods.

They move towards the ground.

Nisha - OK guys. Pehle bowling apni hai... achha hi hai. Let's take our positions.

The match was of 10 overs. The both teams played really well.

Here taani was thinking - ye rey sir kaha reh gaye. Mujhe best wishes bhi nahi di.

Soon 1st innings gets over. St. Andrews makes 97 runs in 10 overs.

Nisha - let's go guys.

While swayam comes to wish taani.

Swayam - all the best behna.

Taani just hugs him tight.

Swayam - chal ab ja... late ho raha hoga.

Taani nods n leaves.

In St. Louis team taani, kriya, Sarah, sneha, nisha, sudo were the strongest players. They started hitting 4's n 6's.

Last 1 over was left. All were out except kriya n taani, while taani fall down during running.

All - taani!!!

Taani gets up taking the support of the bat. While all runs to her.

Swayam - taani!!! Tu.. tu.. thik hai?
Taani - ha Sam... m OK.

(She stretches her hand but ends up screaming due to pain)

Taani - Aah!!!
Shivam - tera hath... ye to khoon nikl raha hai.
Sarah - ab taani khelegi kaise?
Taani - don't worry guys. M OK. Mai khel lung.
Shivam - taani tere right hand pe chot lagi hai. Batting kaise kar payegi.

She thinks for a while then takes a cloth n tightly wraps it around her elbow.

Taani - chal kriya. We have to win this match.

Kriya nods n they r back to the pitch.

All r looking at taani with concern, fear n nervousness.

Taani - sun.. mai 1 run lungi us k baad tu sambhal lena.
Kriya - cool.

She does as per plan. Now 5 balls her left for 8 runs. Kriya hits again but misses the chance to run.

4 balls - 8 runs.

Kriya again hits n they take a run.

3 balls - 7 runs.

Taani misses the next ball.

2 balls - 7 runs.

Taani - kanha ji. Aapne aj tak bina bole mera sath diya hai. Aj sabki umeede mujhse hai. Sabne mujhpe bhrosa kiya hai n mai wo bhrosa tootne nahi dena chahti. Isliye ab aap par bhrosa kar k hit karne ja rahi hu. Sath dena.

She hits the ball n the ball breaks the boundary line.

1 ball - 1 run.

Taani again hits the ball n again it's a 4. They win by 3 runs.

The college starts hooting. They all lift taani n kriya on their shoulder.

Taani rushes to VP.

Taani - hum jeet gaye sir. We won... aapka sapna pura hogaya.
VP - yes taani we won. I knew it... mujhe pata tha tumhare liye kuch bhi impossible nahi hai.

Then it clicked him.

VP - 1 min. Tumhe kaise pata k ye mera sapna...
Taani - maine aapki aur AVP mam ki baat sunli thi. Frankly bolu to ye match mere liye zyada important nahi tha... but iska importance sirf aap k baate sunne k baad aaya.
VP - thank u taani.
Taani - my pleasure sir.
VP - n ye rahe RH k keys. Ab RH officially tumhara hua... as promised.
Taani - but sir, exams k result to nahi aaye abhi tak.
VP - tum life k exam me pass hogayi... to ye to normal exam hai. I know tum sab pass kar loge.
Taani - to matlb RH humara hua?
VP - yes.
Taani - matlb humara band ab official hai?
VP - yes yes yes.
Taani - yes.... we did it. Guys...

She runs to her friends to celebrate their victory.
