Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Rohit dies without learning Ruhi’s truth, taking Charu-Abhir’s secret along

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Kaveri approaches Ruhi and Abhira, asking them to reflect once more on whether they truly wish to move forward with the baby. Meanwhile, Abhira encourages Ruhi to reconnect with Rohit, believing it might bring her clarity. The two women head to the hospital room to visit him together.

As soon as Ruhi sees Rohit, a wave of emotions crashes over her. She realizes that her heart has always belonged to Rohit and regrets letting her thoughts about Armaan cloud her feelings. Overcome with emotion, she pleads with Rohit to wake up. Miraculously, Rohit responds to her voice, showing a subtle sign of awareness. Elated, Ruhi shares this moment with Abhira, convinced it's a positive sign of Rohit's recovery.

Uplifted by Rohit's response, Abhira decides it's time she speaks to Armaan as well. The doctor informs her that time is slipping away and she must reach out to him immediately. Standing beside an unconscious Armaan, Abhira tearfully confesses how time seems to pause whenever they're together. She urges him to wake up, reminding him of his role in their unborn child's life. Overwhelmed, she breaks down beside him. Suddenly, Armaan's vitals begin to drop, prompting the doctor to ask Abhira to step out.

Outside, tension grows as both Ruhi and Abhira grapple with the declining health of Rohit and Armaan. The doctor reveals that neither of them is showing signs of improvement. In a surreal turn, Rohit's spirit makes an appearance in front of the Poddar family. Armaan sees Rohit and, sensing something is wrong, pleads with him not to leave. He reminds Rohit of Vidya's prayers and Kaveri's fragile emotional state, hoping it will convince him to fight.

But Rohit, with a serene expression, tells Armaan that his time has come. He assures him that although he may be gone physically, his presence will remain with them forever. As Armaan breaks down, Rohit asks him to become the family's strength—particularly for Ruhi and Daksh—and to share their stories with both babies. Armaan refuses to accept his brother's departure and begs him to stay.
